Last Minute Holiday Hairstyles! Updos And French Twist Hairstyle | Medium And Long Hairstyles

Hey guys for today's video, we are going to do some last minute. This is very last minute because I'm posting this on Christmas Eve, better late than never, but some last minute holiday hairstyles. So let's go ahead and just get started so for this hairstyle. You want to divide your hair into three equal sections with the middle section, just tie it into a ponytail, then I just tighten it and then I'm going to take a brush and just smooth out the two sections. Then what you're going to do is take those two sections and you're just gon na crisscross them right over that middle ponytail. Then you're just going to do a regular three strand braid. So I'm going to take one of my outside sections and I'm just going to cross it under that middle section of hair, then with the opposite section of hair. So this will be my right section. I'M just going to take that and do the same thing cross. It under the middle section, then you just keep doing this all the way down. Take your outside section cross it under the middle section, take your opposite outside section across it under the middle and then just repeat this all the way down you can see here. I have to bring it around my shoulder because my arms are getting tired and that's okay, if you have to do the same so just do it all the way down and then tie it with a hair tie. Now you can leave your hairstyle like this. It is absolutely beautiful, or you can take that braid and start at the end and just roll it under all the way until you reach the top of your head once you reach the top of your head, just kind of push that bun into your head kind Of flatten it a little bit tuck your ends up underneath that bun and then just bobby, pin it to your head, I'm using metagrit bobby pins pinch and pull for some fullness, and you have yourself a really beautiful updo. I love how simple this one was, and it just looks stunning stunning for any time of the year, doesn't just have to be the holidays. I picture this hairstyle with a really beautiful sweater or a dress for the second hairstyle you're, just going to gather your hair into a ponytail, then I'm going to take my right hand and I'm just going to hold under the ponytail and then twist it around my Finger two times, and then it gives you this beautiful twist. I recommend using Fringe pins, but I only had bobby pins, so I'm just using my meta grip bobby pins and inserting a couple to make sure it's nice and secure. This hairstyle literally took like 30 to 60 seconds. It just was so fast and so easy. The result is beautiful. It'S a French twist ponytail! Let me know what you think of this one for this last hairstyle, I'm just going to gather my hair in the back, but I'm going to set aside a small section up front and then, with the section in the back, I'm just going to pull my hair Through, like I'm doing a ponytail, but on the last time I'm just going to pull my hair tie over my ponytail just a couple inches, so it forms a little bun. Then I'm just going to fluff out my bun make sure your bun is tight and not droopy. With my ends hanging out, I'm going to split them into two Twist them around my finger. It doesn't matter which way you twist them, but I am twisting them towards my face and then I'm just going across cross crisscross them at the top of the bun crisscross them at the bottom of the bun, give them a nice little twist again and then just Cross them again at the top and bring it around to the bottom. Until I run out of hair, then I'm just going to bobby, pin it underneath the bun, with the section of hair that we left out in the beginning, we're just going to drape it across our bun. Once we drape it across we're going to give it a little twist and then just with the ends hanging out continue wrapping them around the bun twisting them. Once you run out of hair, just bobby pin everything underneath the bun, and then you can kind of pinch and pull for some fullness. I had some hair hanging out that was Bobby pinning. This is just where you do some fine detailing make sure everything is nice and secure, make sure everything is fluffed, make sure your bun is not lopsided, and then you should have a really beautiful updo.
