To recap, in this video you will see RaDona show you how to do Cutting Long Hair Hairstyles For Women - Long Hair Hairstyles. For this video we have our cut and amazing client here with us today named Taylor. Our client Taylor is wanting to cut her hair a little bit shorter than what she has right now, but she wants the hair to be cut straight. She wants a straight haircut. This haircut is super low maintenance and easy to handle and take care of; which is essential for busy parents. This haircut and style is a straight cut without any layers. This will make it so that it is easy to curl, braid, and pull up without having any problems or weird hairs sticking out. This is a fun hair tutorial where RaDona shows how to cut straight across and provieds additional hair styling tips. Some of these tips are to make sure you double check the length that your client wants off so you do not cut too much. Another one is if the hair is super long, make sure that the client stands so the back of your chair is not hitting your hair. This will cause you to cut their hair unevenly and to cut it shorter than they want as well. For this haircut, RaDona is not going to add any layers or texture to the hair.

Today I have Taylor with me and we she'd have a little bit longer hair. She wants it just below her shoulders and she wants a nice smooth, just a straight cuts: okay, one length, so I'm gon na put her hair head down. I'M gon na just comb. Her hair down straight this way, you know, hold it on her back and this way you can see you know where that's gon na dry, so that's about where she's wanting it so I'm gon na come in start up, cut there and hold down straight against her Back - and this is really nice, if you're wanting it asleep book or something more smooth, this is the easier style to do just because it is one length, but it looks very nice but, like I said it, just smoothes and sleep okay now slide make sure your Head is up okay and then you're just going to hold this straight out and then back here again we're going to just hold her head straight down. I'M gon na comb this straight down and come straight across okay up again make sure you keep. You know your fingers straight here: you're not going up, because then, when you get to the front, it's going to be shorter, so make sure you keep your your fingers angle that way: okay and then tilt the head a little now when you get this side, just Pull that straight down so nice to get those ends off nice and fresh okay. No, you just want to hold both sides seems like this is a tiny, tiny bit longer again make sure their chin is up. Okay, hold it back here by the shoulders between the surrounds. You know hold it up this way, so you know what's even along here and then straight down here in the middle, especially when it's you know just one length: okay, now we're gon na style this and then what's nice after well I'll show you when we get To that point, okay, this is my morula marula oil. It'S almost like the you sign right, how's. It sound anyway, Marilla whale okay. This is a conditioning. It'S a three-in-one conditioning cream, so oil cream, it's not too like oily, doesn't seem that's really light weight. I'M just gon na put this through her hair. I don't want to put it through her root area. You just want this all through your ends. This helps frizz. This helps helps it look smooth and it's conditioning actually it'll it'll protect. So it's a really good one. So I'm just gon na put that all through the ends: okay, [ Applause, ], okay and with Taylor's hair, it's a little thicker. So I'm just going to take a little section up here. If you just on the dry is even so, and then we're just going to come straight down with the flat iron, okay, yeah, I'm just gon na take those sections and just go over it um a lot of people feel like they need to go over. You know each section gazillion times. I promise you, don't that's really. What does the you don't gives you? The split ends is all that heat. So if you can avoid doing that, that would be best, and the other thing that's good about this. Also, you can see. I'M cutting a little bit right here. Cuz, I seen a little piece off, so it's nice to dry it like not. I take each section and and follow your neck. Then you can play exactly where you cut. I love this too, because if you have the stick as Hera, she does it's really nice, I'm easy style, but it looks really good. You know if you're wanting to a nice snow in it, if you feel like it's starting to sink or something dry, schampoo super good to just throw in those roots and freshen it up a little bit but easy to maintain. And obviously you know people are supposed to get their hair cut every six weeks, but it seems that longer haired people don't get it cut as often so something like this was myself. Okay, we are almost there and I cannot wait. I love. I love ya, we'll just do the video anyway. That'S why I love drawing all of my clients. You can always see if there's any hair that you've left out over here, there's just a little bit, so I'm just taking that off to even it out, especially where it's not one length you want it super nice and even okay and there's rare oil. The the oil that I put in the three-in-one there is my elective is because some oils that you find - or you know, leave-in conditioners - can make your hair fill either heavy work oily anyway, and this was really good because it makes you know your hair fill like Its normal self, but a gift or a little bit, obviously protection, and then it just comes down the frizz a tiny bit. Just she won't sit straight down. I'M just gon na put a little bit of product through there just keep those little flyways down. Where I didn't put anything you know in the scalp for the frizz, I just put that down a little bit with the bedhead manipulator. Okay, there is the one length cut, turn her okay. Thank you guys so much for watching and we'll talk to you next time. Thanks, you

HeadHome: Love the way you just cut the hair without sectioning. Just shows, with fine/low density hair, there really is no need to section it and over complicate matters.
