Easy Holiday Hairstyles 2021 Perfect Medium - Long Hair Hairstyles

I thought i'd share with you: three easy holiday hairstyles and since there's no better time to play around with cute sparkly bold hair accessories, i added my favorites to show you how you can easily elevate, even the simplest of hairstyles. Shampoo. Just make sure you open your samples before you get in the shower and have wet hands and you may have noticed somebody's got my hair highlighted and toned for the holidays. It was a long overdue, but my hair was feeling really dry damaged and sad. So i made sure to stock up in the pureology hydrating, shampoo and conditioner. These are deeply nourishing and they have the anti-fade complex, which protects your hair's color. Now this has been my post salon routine, since i was in high school that was a long time ago, but these contain sage green tea and jojoba oil, which is my favorite oil, just really lightweight, and it leaves your hair like nourished, hydrated and soft, and the Best part these ones smell like the spa. It'S such a nice experience every time you use them now. You already know i always go in with a leave-in. Conditioner, don't skip this step, but i love the redken one united, because it's a multi-use product. This one has 25 benefits for your hair. It'S going to help hydrate, it heat, protect, it strengthen it, which my hair really needs right now, and it just leaves your hair so soft and shiny. Now i already went ahead and sprayed this all throughout my hair and i just love how it leaves it tangle free now. I want my hair to be really shiny and smooth for these hairstyles, so i'm going to follow up with the hair oil and not just any hair oil. This is the shu umura essence: absolute nourishing protective oil. This was actually recommended by one of you earlier this year and now i recommend this product to everybody. First off this product smells unbelievably good and there are so many different ways that you can use this. But my favorite way is to just apply it to damp hair and it just helps to rebalance your hair's moisture and it just leaves it so soft and i like to kind of grab lightly and shake as i apply it, because i don't want to put too Much on one section i want to ensure it's evenly spread and then once i do that, i really go in and work it all throughout. Let'S get rid of these frizzy bits, but you can use this hair oil on dry hair. It'S really great at eliminating frizz and flyaways, and i also like to use this to style. My hair. It just adds the most incredible shine whenever i use this hair oil. Like i just know, i'm gon na have a good hair day and if you've been wanting to treat yourself to a more luxe hair product or maybe treat someone special to one, then i definitely recommend a hair oil like this one. It'S just something that you're going to use every single day. It'S such a lovely experience and it leaves your hair looking so beautiful. Now this is a great base to let your hair air dry, but i am going to go in with a blow dryer just to give it a nice smooth finish and i'm going to finish off my hair with the l'oreal professional steam pod. I love this to create that really straight glass like hair and there's up to 91 percent less breakage over time. I have a full tutorial on this, so i'll link it down below but really quickly. You just want to remove the water tank and it comes with this tube here. You just fill it with distilled water, fill it up to the max line, close the tab pop it in, and i'm going to use this on, the lowest heat setting and i love to work in sections. So we can get nice and close to the roots. So you want to place it comb side down and just clamp, nice and close to your root, and you just move nice and slowly down your section and that's it all right, i'm just going to continue throughout the rest of my hair, super quick, so hair prep Is done, it is looking so soft and shiny a huge improvement from this morning, but i will leave links to all of these products along with a few of my favorites in the description and comments below but be sure to check out hair.com by l'oreal. It'S a great place for hair inspiration, advice, tips and, of course, to shop. All of your salon needs all right, i'm going to change into something a little more festive and let's start the tutorial. First is down hairstyle and i love it. It'S just so simple and beautiful so begin by creating a super straight part wherever you like and then start teasing all the hair around your crown just leaving out the top and side sections and trust me. You want to tease a lot more than you think. I promise it'll flatten down by at least 90 percent when you're done, but i love to use a brush to tease. I find it so quick and gentle, but you want to make sure you're working in small sections and only tease downwards, to prevent knots all right. Once you look like this and you're worried, you went too far. That'S perfect begin, brushing the top layer of your hair at your crown backwards, just to smooth down that teasing now tightly comb. Your side, sections back behind your ears and using a boar bristle brush, will help get all those really fine hairs and then hold it tightly into place and slide your breath up in front of your ear, slightly angled back catching all of that hair on the side And then repeat, on the other side - and i love how dramatic it looks with the side part there - you have it, how simple yet beautiful and you can have a lot of fun playing around with different clips and pins, make it your own. Next is a classic low, bun the perfect holiday hairstyle, so starting with the base from the first hairstyle. This will give the updo a more formal look. You then want to smooth all of your hair back into a low ponytail and using a boar bristle brush will give you that super sleek look and to clean up your neckline spray it with some hairspray and then comb upwards to gather all those fine hairs. Now to secure i'm using a diy bungee, this just helps to keep the base nice and smooth, but a hair. Elastic works perfect for a sleek, look, add some oil to your hands and then you want to divide your ponytail into two equal sections and then take your right section and begin tightly twisting it clockwise all the way down. Now you want to secure the bottom, with a small hair, elastic all right to get your bobby pins ready, and you want to bring your twist to the left. Underneath your left section and then up and i like to place a french pin just to hold it in place and then bring it over your elastic and down the right side, placing another pin to help create a circular shape. And then, if your ends are still out continue wrapping them underneath your first twist and secure out of the way now take your left section and tightly twist it clockwise and secure the ends with a small hair elastic and again wrap it clockwise. But you want it to sit just below your previous twist so that it almost sits inside of it and then just continue wrapping your ends, clockwise underneath your first twist and make sure to secure them, underneath it out of the way now go ahead and insert bobby Pins or french pins securing the outside of the twist to your head, and you also want to slide a few pins. Attaching your second twist to your first twist and i find that french pins work great and to tame any flyaways hairspray your bun and just smooth down the hair. Now, to finish off the look, i added a sparkly headband, it's so holidays and i just carefully tucked the ends underneath the hair. Now i've shared so many low buns over the years - and this is definitely one of my favorites. This whole look had me feeling like a princess. Lastly, my favorite technique for a beautiful sleek ponytail so start with the base from hairstyle one and then trace from the back of your part, to the back of your ear and just section it off for now and then repeat on the left side and then smooth Your back section into a low ponytail about two inches up from your neck and just secure with a small hair elastic next smooth back your right section from earlier create a soft swoop like this and then hold it against your ponytail and repeat on the left side. Now you can use a hair elastic to secure everything together, but i find a diy bungee is much easier and neater so to do this, insert one bobby pin in the top above your elastic and hold everything in place with your left hand and then pull tightly Clockwise around your hair elastic and then insert the last bobby, pin up through the bottom and then to hide the hair elastic grab a small section from underneath and then just tightly wrap it clockwise around your hair, elastic and secure it into place by sliding a bobby Pin up through the bottom through your elastic now, since i was adding a bow, i just thought that this ponytail needed a soft curl, so i'm just using my steam pod and i curled all of my hair in the same direction. But you can definitely do this ahead of time and then i clipped my bow breath just above my ponytail, and this moment gave me flashbacks of my mom getting my hair ready for holiday concerts when i was younger, but this sleek ponytail is the perfect look for The holidays - and i just love how the bow pulls the whole look together.
