Nobody'S stealing covers i like to drink to so we're going to do a language language exchange. Now it's really dark, as you can see every time i wash it comes brighter, that's a trick about when you do like ash blondes and everything nobody's stealing covers. I know i never showed to you guys my body um yeah, because it was a shame, but now i'm like yo. This is a real body. The most important thing is i'm working on it yeah. You can work on it too if you want so well anyway. Let'S make breakfast items since i started living alone, i started to order everything online, some packages, basically food, arrived today and i know what you're thinking, what the hell are you doing with your shoes? Don'T worry these shoes um? Actually these are just for um doing exercise. They never touch the dirt of outside. So it's okay to wear this at home. Don'T worry! Okay, my alloy just arrived, and also some organic cage. Free eggs has a lot of good properties for your stomach for your digestive system, so i started to consume alloy. It really made a difference in the morning when going to the bathroom it just put like some water. I just let them rest overnight. Bota get out all that yodo yodin, i cut them. I store them in the freezer. I eat them usually every other day with uh, hot water and lemon. It really makes a difference with me i'll be waiting. Look at this green looks a little ugly, but yes, this tastes um nutty cheesy with pesto. Oh yes, i think this can be a great topping for everything. You know stylish stove little overcooked egg, because i was preparing the sauce um but yeah. This is the pasta cream, damn it tastes, so good, some almond milk to swallow. I'M ready! Let'S get it chatting in a coffee shop sitting by the window, walking down 8th avenue, you've been on my mind, foreign. I came to take the test in my korean classes. If you take the test, they give like three hours: three hours, free um of assistance. So next week i might not be able to go to one of my classes, so i need those three hours that was honestly my main motivation to take the test, so he told me like if they send me a message, i'm negative. If they call me okay girl until here, whatever the result is better to know so if you didn't took the test, yet i recommend you to take it. It'S not as bad. I felt like when you're in, like in this in the swimming pool or when you go to the beach. That'S what i felt. So it was not that bad here in korea they give it for free. So i'm very thankful for that. Come on nobody's gon na say something about my mask super cute. I spent last year with the timmy of the mask, so this year i bought it like rainbow, and i have like pink green. When you got your hands 90s now could call is daddy. I really wish to try like the really omamat omason kimchi, but well maybe one day in the meantime just buying this one that my friends recommend. So, let's see i'm back home and the bangs are jesus. I bought this hat because i like it, i can use it a lot like this um spring and also on summer so liking it. I buy like kind of some stuff on lush who loves new things. Everyone. Many of you are telling me that you see me better or you can see that i'm happy from inside something like that, and i really appreciate you. I always been interested in taki, which is human development. I'M really really interested in that that topic and from last year i decided to take it more seriously. I'Ve been investing on myself, taking some courses, some workshops and so on, and if you guys are interested in knowing what are the things i'm doing to improve myself, i would love to share with you in the comments i read. Many of you don't know how to achieve your dreams, your goals, i would love to dedicate a special video on that. Like small changes that make difference - and i think you can see your improvements, not when you're happy, everybody is happy when good things happen to them. I think you can see the real improvement when, like life beats you or when you encounter some difficulties, that's when you can see like oh okay. This is really working overall, i'm happier and i tend to enjoy a lot of majority of the moments. I am from simple things to see the morning the birds singing that puts me in a really good mood. The last couple of weeks i had like kind of some things going on when those things happen. I was very surprised how i reacted 2020. I i was not working that much, so my budget got really small. We can call it that way. A couple of weeks ago, a friend contacted me, and he told me there was this project you want working for like sponsor video and everything, and i was like. Oh my god. Thank you. Oh my god, that's perfect, because i was a little short on my income. So that's great time, thank you so much and i film it. I edited and i sent him for approval and everything and that video supposed to come like two weeks ago, yeah two weeks ago, i was already like okay he's gon na pay me this money and i already made plans with that money that money already was spent. I already like sent him to him already spend my time, my effort, everything and saturday afternoon. He calls me and told me, like, unfortunately, something happened and yeah. We have to cancel the project. You know i was like devastated, then you know what was the first thing that came to my mind. I was so shocked about myself. The first thing that came out of my mind is narda. Don'T worry better things are coming. I was like what i was like. Am i not freaking out? Am i not being desperate crying and everything wow? I guess all the hard work i'm putting on improving myself is showing when that happened. I just let it go like after that. I said to myself what this situation is. Teaching me when something bad happens to you, you can decide to blame victimize yourself, give away your power and everything or you can choose to use that situation as growth. I realized that in the past sometimes i was not super professional in some work tasks. This is how it feels not to be professional now, i'm in the other side and it sucks. Okay, thank you, life for teaching me this big lesson and i'm learning this took it as a lesson to be more disciplined and more responsible in my work, and i let it go. That was how i solve it. I was really surprised this happened like uh early early february. I think i was preparing a topic. I was like i'm not gon na. Be that way going doing the topic in english, i'm gon na show, i can do it in korean and i just put like ingi topic on youtube popular monologues and it was a short monologue. I memorized all the text and then i was okay. I need the intention the scene of uh dokchon is the movie. It'S like really strong scene, that one of the guys is about to burn the bad guy, like literally a lot of negative hate revenge, anger emotions. As i told you this year, i've been feeling really good. I'Ve been in a really good position, good good spot, so i was in a really good mood have to transform in this. Like i hate you eager time it was sunday morning. I was on my way. Um to the class, what i do what i do, i need to feel anger hate all this thing, because the scene is like about to kill someone and then i remember, there's some people that they made videos about me without my consent, without my knowledge and in Those videos they talk whatever they want about me. I have to tell you guys that i avoided those videos in the past two years. I know they are negative. I was kind of scared to watch them because i thought that once i watched them i'll be destroyed. I'Ll be full affected. I will be super sad that watching those videos will destroy me. Even i knew there were lies, not accurate information i'll be so scared to watch them here was. I need to feel all this negative emotions so desperate times, desperate measures. Then, when i was watching it, something really really surprising happened, i didn't feel anger or hate me. Those i was looking for actually uh preparing for my scene. I felt little compassion, kind of peaceful, knowing that those things are lies is not reality. I know what it is. I know myself, those are those people's opinions, negative yes destructive, yes, but it has nothing to do with me and i was so surprised of myself of like i cannot believe i was running away from this kind of videos for the last two years so fearful and The moment i decided to just watch it because i was desperate, nothing happened at the end. Actually it was kind of funny. Well, i arrived to class and of course it was a disaster because i i didn't achieve that emotion, but that's other story actually working on yourself. Making some changes really shows life is not going to transform and be like so happy me and sauraj life is going to be continue being life with the goods and the bats. But when the bats happen, and you don't give your power away fashion, you kind of see it from a different perspective. Everybody don't have to like me, there's always gon na be people they're, not gon na. Like me, and it's okay, there's people that choose to believe other people that talk bad about me. I don't have control of those persons, the only situation and the only person i have control of is myself and i choose. If i give power to those people or those situations or i choose, if i don't react - and i use my energy and my power to other things - it's almost 12 jesus - ah i'm so tired and i'm so ready to take all this makeup so yeah it was A while that we spent a day together, i don't sleep this way. I sleep like this, because if you sleep like this, it doesn't cause you wrinkles, i'm gon na sleep now and remember everything is possible if you work for it. Yes,
