I have spent the last 20+ years in the salon industry, tech and fashion. I left the industry at some point to become a Fireman and Aux. Police Officer. I did 6 years service and resigned shortly after 9/11.

I have a passion for helping people, educating and motivating. I work with major brands, local businesses and individuals looking to expand and grow.

Hey guys, Stephen A Salon guy here and today I'm really excited to have Stewart's in my studio now Stuart man, how you feel bro, really great, it's really great. It'S so awesome to have you here. Stuart has been following my YouTube channel for quite some time. He'S actually doing haircuts now he's really talented and uh he's come a long way, and I'm just so stoked to have you here dude. So thanks for being here, man thank you for having me Stephen awesome, uh. What I'm going to do today is I'm going to show you guys how to kind of re-texturize and reshape a hairstyle so say, for example, you know you wake up and your hair is a mess or you wear your hair like this all day, but you wanted To try to change it up a little bit, I'm going to show you with one of my products talc, which literally everyone who knows talc you love talc, don't you I use it every day, yeah awesome man, it's literally one of the first products I came out With I'm going to use talc and Stewart's hair, so to show you not only how good this product is, but also how to kind of restructure the hairstyle from this into something different, so, let's jump right into it now. What I'm going to do is I'm going to look at his hair and what you guys want to do is before you actually style your hair. You really want to start to work it in uh your hands, just to kind of see what the texture is. Any sort of natural movement you're getting from your hands and if there's not a lot going on, that means you got to use a lot of product, but if it has some product and already from before, you know, that's actually a good base or good foundation. But you can see it's kind of like you know, kind of dropping down a little bit, so this is where talc is going to come in. So how I use this is, I simply kind of dab it on like this and when you get this bottle, I hear there's a lot. People think it's empty, but it's a powder. So it feels like there's nothing in this, but literally this bottle here could last you five to six months. Another way you can use, it is simply squeeze it like that and you get little dabs coming out of it that way. So what talc is going to do? Is it's really going to immediately start to work into the hair, to kind of pull the hair strands together to make them thicker so that you can really work the product in and texturize it, and especially on finer hair as well? It works great on fine hair works, good on thick hair and, as you can see, I'm putting in his hair and it's immediately doing something, and also if your hair is very oily or it's a little bit kind of greasy from whatever you're using or there's too Much product in it, this will actually help soak up that product, help reshape it and restyle it, and also give you that volume and texture - and I'm telling you this product literally, is a lifesaver and I'm just doing this with one hand, and now I'm going to Give this to you to hold on two and now I'm going to work this style in. So look at that already. Look at all that volume he has in here, just from just from me rubbing the product in his hair. So what I want to do is I just want to kind of show you how to kind of get that added texture. So you want to take your fingers like a rake and that's the best thing. You can do a lot of times. People start to kind of use the tips like this. It doesn't really do much of anything. You want to really get in there and work that product in from the scalp the base. This is the foundation is right on the scalp here. So, as you can see, I'm working that in but look what's happening, you're getting that texture right away. Getting right of the scalp is where you want that style to start from the ends are going to kind of live wherever you piece it like this. But this is what builds volume. This is what builds body, and this is what builds texture. So you can see right into the front here, I'm working that through and look at all that volume he's getting. I mean, that's insane. I think it looks really really cool. Let'S go on this side over here again, you can mold it. You can shape it, and this literally was done in seconds, and I think he looks really really awesome and let's give him kind of a spin around shot here. So you can see how good it looks. Well, guys there you have it. Talc literally Works in seconds. What do you think about talc Stewart? I love Talcott. I love the instant volume that gives my hair cool man and you see how it kind of thickens the hair pulls it together and you can literally work it into any style and it's I don't know, I'm obsessed with it and it's again one of my first Products I came out with so I hope these tips helped you guys and uh. Let me know in the comments below if you have any questions, but let me know if this also helped you

John EPresent: This might be a little off topic and I’ve already commented it on your other videos, so sorry to bother but I was wondering if you could possibly make a Tokita Ohma hairstyle tutorial sometime in the future? Many people are wondering how to achieve a look similar to that. I figured the salon guy would know how
