So happy five minute friday, where i talk about five products for five minutes, and today i am bringing you my top five hair tools for short hair. I almost called this my top five hair product. I almost called this my top five hair tools of 2020 because i did get these and purchase these in 2020. But honestly, they are basics that really helped me grow out my short hair over the year. So that's why, where i'm calling it my top five hair tools? And i we don't need this explanation. So, let's start with the basics you guys may have. If you are not new heard me talk about some of these hair tools, but if you're new welcome i'm here to help because growing short hair out, especially fine hair is very difficult, just like top top top, you need is a good flat iron. Now i have several, i have purchased several it's embarrassing, but i purchased one last year that really changed the game. For me, and you guys have probably heard me say this, but if you haven't it is the ghd platinum, it is what i use to style. My hair today i'm finally getting the hang of flat iron waves, and i love this flat iron. I feel like it is a godsend, my old, that i purchased, maybe three of them over a lifetime favorite flat iron was the subdue one-inch flat iron, and they just don't make that version anymore, that flat iron had a bigger and better sister. It would be this. The ghd platinum amazing, it only heats up to 375 because, like i've said before, ghd believes that 375 is the only you, don't need to go hotter, otherwise you're just causing damage, and i agree another recommendation. I don't use this as much anymore because my hair has grown out quite a bit, but when it was shorter, shorter. I used this baby all the time. This is the t3 mini flat iron and it comes with a little. You know thing little. You can stick this on even when it's hot, it's great, for any length of hair, but it's especially great for short hair when you want to do waves and things, but your hair is shorter and you can't use something. That'S like this. So when my hair was shorter, like a french bob, i use this all the time for my bangs to flip them. This way to flip them that way to get underneath, and then i could go in. You know without curling iron. On top help me keep my short hair cut like in line. You know, let's get into my most recent purchase - and i have talked about this another five minute friday about short, hair, must-haves or something i will link it below, as well as the playlist to catch up on five minute fridays. But this is an instant top. Five must have hot tool in your collection if you have shorter hair, and that is the ghd glide. Now i have showed you guys how i use this. I will let my hair, mostly air dry, then just kind of shuffle it around with my blow dryer and i will smooth this out. This is also great if you have shorter hair, and you want to wear your hair up and kind of sleek. You can go in smooth any kind of frizz or anything going on and get a sleek smooth bun. I also like this when i use a curling iron and instead of raking through my waves and curls. I will just quickly use this to go through and it's like you know when your curls or waves are at their peak settling moment and you're like oh. Finally, my hair has settled. It looks great that's what this does right after you curl your hair, so it's like peek everything's set you're ready to go because, oh, i hope you guys know that moment. That i'm talking about next is something that was sent to me and then i also showed you guys how i use it on this channel, and i will if i can find the video i'll link it below. But this is the hot tools like a blow dryer and a brush in one, and it is a quick and easy blowout. So i do love my dyson hair dryer. I use this when i need to get out the door, but need to have shiny and bouncy hair and not have to worry about a round brush and a blow dryer. This is it in one and it's got a cool, low and high setting and it locks on and it blow dries your hair as you, and it's got this little nice little tip nod knob nod knob, so i like to give myself a little blowout with this Last but not least, and the reason why it's last is because it's a little specific, it is for all of my fellow curly headed people. Okay, i did a whole video on like how i keep up with my curls, not curly girl friendly, and this is not curly girl friendly. But you know when you have those days when your hair is curling. There'S always like one section, maybe in the front in the back or usually like, underneath that just will not naturally curl girl. I have found a use for this. Do you guys remember if you are not new to my channel when i use this? For the first time now i use this quite a bit actually to kind of perfect my curls, the chopstick styler. It was one of the most fun videos i've ever filmed like. I had fun like the amount of fun that i had. It was incredible, but anyway i just spit this is great to just get in there and the looser that you wrap your hair around this. The looser the curl will be wrap it around tighter.
