Yesterday was such a big day! We celebrated 1 Million by releasing a video I've been working on for the past two weeks so if you do watch the video try not to cry (maybe I'm the only one who gets emotional) and leave me a note and let me know if it inspired you!
Has anyone noticed that my hair looks different on my instagram (https://bit.ly/2vlnHLy) and in my videos has had a lot more volume? Well my boyfriend bought me something from Dyson a little while ago so when Dyson contacted me about partnering on a video I couldn't say no! I've been using the Dyson Airwrap for two months and it's now a part of my morning routine. Before I started using it I wasn't able to get the volume I wanted without a hair stylist so if I wasn't on set I wasn't able to give my hair the love I wanted too. Have any of you ever used this product before?
I'm still feeling the emotions from yesterday! Not only did I share the 1 Million video, but we also successfully streamed our first ever LIVE cooking show that I'm going to start doing more often! Good morning guys it is 9:00 a.m. and I just finished, I had the gym in today's video. I want to take you guys with in my morning routine a little bit. Quite a lot of things have been changing in my morning, routine. I changed up my hair care routine because I actually know like I have such like straight and kind of like fine, I wouldn't say thing but just super fine hair and I always found it like extremely hard to style it, and you guys saw my other morning Routine, where I was like using curling irons a lot and I won't point my hair is breaking today's video. I partner up with Dyson, and I want to show you guys how I use it and how I like style, my hair right now. That'S it I'm going to take a shower nothing better than taking a shower in the morning after work, I'm going to do a quick, little makeup, and I'm actually so happy today, because it is one of the first days in the last month. That is actually like. Really sunny outside and prior me moving to LA, I had never heard about June cool that apparently in June they're super gloomy wetter, but today she can see it is so sunny and it makes me so happy sunscreen today my makeup is ready. Actually, I recently changed up my makeup routine, also a little bit because I'm also not wearing mascara anymore, because I feel because it's getting quite like warm and hot outside. I always end up with so much mascara in my eyes that I'm, like you, know what. Let'S not put any mascara on hair where's, my hairbrush. I don't lose everything. Ok, so I'm gon na brush my hair. So because I like to work out in the morning and obviously you're sweating. I love to wash my hair and I try not to wash it every day, but I kind of so what I really love about the Arab from Dyson is that it actually it works from like wet hair. So especially for me, that is amazing, because my hair is always wet in the morning, so you have like a base and you have different kind of tools on here. So it's kind of like an all-in-one. You can go to curly hair. You can straighten your hair. You can make a wave in there just with this one piece, so we're going to start with blow-drying my hair and over here I can do like hot and light medium of heavy, so I'm just gon na go full on with Haile texturizing spray. This way, when I want to do something with it like make a little curl in it, then it just say it's better. So it's kind of crazy because I I actually asked my friend's mother not a long time ago. She always had like gorgeous hair and it looked kind of like blow dry and honestly, I have tried, what's like hairdressers, do you know with like a round brush and with a hairdryer, but I just still like. I can't figure that out, it's so complicated and I feel that's something a hairdresser should do so with the Dyson tool actually made it so much easier, and I was actually able to do so if you're not the biggest hair queen or hairdresser. This is like amazing. So after I blow dry, my hair - I am using this brush, so it kind of has these like tiny little tiny little spikes in here, and I use this one. I just kind of want to straighten my hair and just give it like a nice smooth back sure, because sometimes when it just dries up, especially here because it's like warm it just kind of looks a little dry. So this is smoothing it out. So sometimes when I'm like kind of in a hurry or something I'm just using this tool, so it just kind of strides it and like straights and said that makes it like very smooth. So this is kind of my natural. I personally, like it, there's a little bit more of folium in my hair, it's kind of like to mess it up and to give it like a little more plump. I would say your volume for that after I use this one, I am using the curler, so they're, actually two sizes like a big one and a small one, because my hair is super fine and like medium length, I use the small one. Otherwise, the cross-like are like really big and it kind of falls out. So you have two of each and, as you can see, it has like the arrows - and you use this one on this side because you want to curl to the outside and this one there. It'S amazing: it's all like instructive, very, very clearly and made it so much easier to use, tie up the hair hair. You want to make sure that your hair is 80 % dry and still 20 %. I wouldn't say wet it's more like 10, as you can see. So the reason for this is because it curls much better and also your hair needs less heat if you curl from kind of like damp hair to dry instead of dry to dry. So your hair damage is also less, which is great okay, so I'm gon na make some sections and I will show you here with the Franz Franz piece, so keep it here in the middle. I have it on high heat and full full speed. So I'm gon na bring it to the middle and it's gon na wrap around itself and then we're just gon na hold it well instead of five o'clock so easy, so you don't have to go it like a curling iron and I'm gon na go now section By section all around, until I'm like on the other side, I'm gon na switch to other side we're going to switch I'm having so much fun in doing this. So now I finished the lower section you're just gon na let this sit and then at the end, we're gon na brush everything up. So I've. Almost everything done the front pieces. I actually do a little bit different than the rest, so you do everything vertical with the front I'm doing like backwards. Cuz, it just gives us like extra volume in your hair, goes outwards from space so and if you feel your hair gets like a little bit too dry just grab a brush, I'm like Russian truth. There we go, I'm just going to put my hand, string we're gon na spray, tiny bit foam hair spray, so it stays and tada bombshell. Hair is ready. So if you don't want these like kind of big curls or a lot of volume, you can also use this and just like, if you have like straight hair, just give your gift the ends like a little bit of an extra extra curl, but guys does it. Look like I went to a hairdresser or not so I would say this is actually really easy to use if you are really like a beginner to kind of hair or if you find it very difficult like me, and this made it like so easy to actually Give my hair, like a ton, a ton of volume that is almost looks like I went to like a hairdresser. Look I mean Empire is extremely extremely straight and dry, like you, guys, have seen it, but this definitely really really helps, and it's amazing how you can do like smaller curls and big curls and like blow dry, your hair in all the same tool, and I make It like extremely extremely easy, so yeah, I am ready to start today. You know what it's funny, if you, if I had to choose like get my hair done every day like that or my makeup, I would choose my hair for some reason. I always feel more confident when my hair is like fully. My son looks really good. We'Re thing wears. I know it's. marina _: I’d recommend getting a straight haircut without layers and letting it dry naturally. It will look thicker. I think it looks better. Also just wash it just once every 5 to 6 days. It’s not healthy to wash it that much! You can use a bath/swim cap on your hair if you shower in between. That way your hair won’t get wet.
