How to Get Beach Waves Hair Tutorial - Peter Gray Hair Stylist Tips - The Monday Makeover - Vogue

Starring: Peter Gray

My name is Peter gray, I'm a hairdresser, and today we're going to show you how to create luxurious Beach, hair for me creating perfect Beach hair, it's all about not using service ray. I like it to feel nice. I like it to smell nice. The first thing to do is to damp the hair down or work on freshly shampooed and conditioned hair. I really like to use the shamira ample angora mousse. It'S really important to get this down to the roots. The key is to apply it at the root area and then comb it through with wide tooth comb mid length to ends dry, the hair, thoroughly invert, the head and just blast. The hair off get your hair 80 to 90 percent dry, section off the hair into rough loose sections and twisted up into Zillah knots. You can use bobby pins at this point to secure the hair, just use a soft diffuser to dry them off, release the knots and shake the hair free invert, the head again and really get that wild loose texture. Once that's done, I like to apply a little bit of the shimmer oil. It just gives the hair a real natural Sheen, takes out the frizziness and gives you a bit of a summer glow. One of the real big trade secrets I can let you in on is obey dry texturizing spray, it's literally volume in a can. The final finishing touch I like to apply is a little bit of the Obey gold / made apply to the parting area and then squeeze the remainder just through the ends through the tips of the hair. It'Ll give you that real sunkissed finished look, and there you have it easily achieved dry Beach, hair that you can refresh day off today, nice and easy to do yourself at home. Enjoy
