Hi guys it's me ray from ReadyTalk Skoda at UK and welcome back to another video. So if you've been subscribed, you might have been one of the people that have been saying in the comments girl. You need to get your hair trimmed. Well guess! Why did six months ago, lol got my hair straightened as well as trimmed so in this video you're gon na see what I had done. So if you want to find out more than is sure that you stay tuned therapy because it is therapy Diaz, Martin, what's the name again so first off the hairdresser he's a man he's excellent. I'Ve been back to him after this to do some crochet braids really really recommend him all this information will be down below, if not, it will be pinned but yeah it'll be down below or on the screen. So I had my hair washed and I had it washed. I think he used Tresemme products, my hair felt quite nice and stop stuff. My hair felt quite nice and soft after he had washed my hair. It was quite relaxing. I will say, though, you know where my neck is. That thing was quite hard but yeah other than that I did quite enjoy the experience. It is nice to get your hair done by somebody else, especially if you have hair like mine. I do enjoy doing my hair, but sometimes it is a bit of a chore so once it washed it, he then moved on to deep conditioning kind of, or can I say, conditioning he applied the conditioner to my hair and then got a wide tooth comb and Began to detangle certain sections, I didn't notice, he didn't thoroughly detangled my hair, but I was ok with that. My hair didn't feel like it was being poured. He was extremely gentle when it came to handling my hair from the start. To the finish, there were times where I was a bit nervous. You know because we're dealing with heat here, but he was very understanding and he explained what he was doing and that I had nothing to worry about, which is excellent. When you're looking for a stylist, you want someone who listens to you and reassures you that they know what they're doing and they're able to evidence that they know what they're doing. If, at any time you don't feel comfortable in your stylist chair, then you need to stand up and you need. Oh just take your bag and you need to leave or voice it. You know, but if that continues, then you might want to just up and leave once my hair was wash condition and detangled my hairdresser or hair stylist went and towel dried, my hair yeah. He just rubbed the towel and he just started my hair. Then he went on to blow drying, so he used a comb attachment to blow-dry my hair and he did so in sections I wish I had. I wish I I wish I had taken notes on how long this whole process took, but I didn't, but I wasn't. I don't think it was too long. It was quite enjoyable. I think I was just too busy enjoying myself so yeah. So here are some shots of him blow-drying, my hair. Then after he used a comb attachment, he then used a paddle brush to blow-dry. The remaining of my hair, so there was a lot of heat used, but I didn't receive any damage. He definitely knew what he was doing, because even when I had reservations, as I said, he was able to reassure me and when I got home a month when I got home a month later, I washed my hair and my hair was fine yeah. So here he's just using a paddle brush continuously from the tip to root root to tip. You might see me make some weird faces throughout the course of this video. It'S not because I'm in pain, I'm one of those people that I slack, I just don't know how to fix my face, but yeah once he had once he had blow-dried my hair. He then straightened it with one pass. I didn't want my hair super straight and I was a bit hesitant, so he just said: okay, that's fine, and then he just did one pass and it did last for about a month it wasn't bone straight and my hair got like really be called fairly big Towards the end, not that big, but you know it wasn't as straight as it was when I first got it. I could not believe that this was my hair, because you know you know oh yeah quite held my head, but then, when it was blown out it was that Wow he did apply heat protectant when it came to the straightening part when it came to blow-dry and He didn't do so. I think I did raise that up. I said, oh, no, it's fine that there was no need to worry, but I've been. I think he did put some other stuff, no Rachel. This was so long ago. This was so long ago so before he actually did straighten my hair with a straightener. He then goes on and then blow dries it again using a. I think, it's a again of the paddle brush or was it a roll brush? You know what I just hope. You enjoyed this video. You can see here just straightening, my hair yeah. It was quite a nice experience and then now I look so nervous just like I said during the course of this video, but there was nothing really to worry about, so he just took my hair and he did the chase method when it came to straightening. My hair, I felt quite comfortable, even though in my head I was panicking, but I felt comfortable like I said he knew it was doing extremely patient with the hair, or he also advises on what to do when it comes to your hair. He made mention of the fact that for years and years, he'd been trying to encourage women to embrace their natural textured hair, and this is something you want to look out for when you are selecting a stylist. Are they the type that will you know ridicule or make comments about the fact that your natural you want someone who understands natural hair who is comfortable working with natural hair and goes as far to even encourage you, the client to keep your head natural if they Start talking about you should relax your hair or complaining about your hair is too thick. That is a cue that you need to up and leave, or you need to, if you're, if it's already too late, that you're in their chair and they've done. Like half of your head just take a mental note and know that looks this: I'm not coming back here or look sir I'm not coming back here, but anyway, that's just some tips when it comes to picking a stylist. So I thoroughly enjoyed the results and, as you would see from the images my hair looked quite straight, it wasn't bone straight, but I did quite like the way it looks so in the comments below I was sorry and also to mention after he straightened that he Did trim my ends as well, so in the comments below please, let me know what you think of the results. Have you straightened your hair before your natural hair? What was your experience? Please share this video that leads one friend I'm trying to get to a thousand. Subscribers have a good day Ray
