How to style My Little Pony Rarity's hair into her signature 'do.

Hello: everyone today we're going tile Verity and to do this we're going to need three hair pins, two drinking straws, some hair elastics, a dog hair brush, a small towel, a bowl of warm water and the pair of scissors. First, take a hair, pin and push a straw over the bumpy side of it, cut the straw same length of the pin to make a mini hair. Roller repeat this: until you have three pins that look like this next bit, relish is made in the water and brush through it until it's completely smooth and free of tangles. When you're finished brushing leave the maned to portions right between Rarity's ears, pull the bottom half the hair onto the display side and the other half on the opposite side. Take the lower portion and brush through and smooth the hair into flat and shiny, like a ribbon holy ends together and carefully push a roller on to the very end of the hair roll the hair tightly and evenly as you can around the pin, then tighten the Curl and secure in place of elastics next pick loose hog, the main back into the water and brush through it once again, smooth the hair. Look like a ribbon being careful to catch all the ends, push one of the rolls over the ends and curl the hair. As tightly as you can then secure it in place of elastics, now dip the tail in the water and brush it until it's smooth, flattening it into a ribbon, push the last curler over the ends of the tail and curl it going towards Rarity's head. Tighten it and secure the curler place more elastics dunk Rarity's hair in the water one more time to secure all the curls, and please now leave rarity like this for at least 24 hours to give her style time set when it's time to take the rollers out. Very carefully use a pair of scissors to cut the elastic securing the tail without pulling the curl out of place. Pull the hair pin out now slip the elastic securing the top curl holding onto the hair, as you do so as carefully as you can pull a hair pin out of the hair and the straw without disrupting the curl gently ease the straw out and cut the Remaining elastics again gently pull last, pin out emember straw next dip, your fingers in the water and ease the payer out into a ringlet, then the extremely careful use a damp finger to push the ends of their hair into the center of the curl. Lastly, take a clear elastic and put it around Rarity's neck to hold down below a curl make sure the elastic doesn't get tangled in the curls, as you do this, and with that you're done. M. B.: Huge thanks for this series. I got the Friends of Equestria pack at a local discount store, and all of their manes are messy from the packaging. It made me feel a little silly at first, being a grown adult with pony toys, but I get a kick out of seeing them lined up on my windowsill with their hair all fixed up. Part of being an adult is having the money to indulge this kind of silly desire and the maturity to say, "hey, these are cute toys and I'm allowed to like them."

Izora Iza: My rarity has tinsel in her hair so I moved it out the way by collecting the tinsel, twisting it, and putting it against the hoove by using a elastic band. All I have to do is style the rest of the hair that isn't tinsel. It took me almost 2 hours to collect all the tinsel though it is worth it. Edit: I don't have the straw so I'm using my bic mechanical pencils instead to curl it. I'm also not curling the tail because it is way to messed up from the previous owner. The tail looks a little bit melted and frizzy.

I have managed to roll the curls up and added the elastics, although it's kinda messy, the ends of the hair in which I moved to the side aren't inside the curl, they're a little visable. Izora Iza: I'm going to try this on my rarity that came with orange glasses once I get the stuff for hair rollers and some more elastic bands(clear and not clear ones) also I tried to style my fluttershy because her hair was a mess without a tutorial and it looks pretty accurate to the show... my dad found fluttershy and a pursey pink in a house he was working on... i don't even mess with pursey pink much after I styled her and got her fixed but when I got them I noticed that their hair was Slightly sticky and that they had some black stuff on them that kinda looked like mold but it didn't smell like mold... i just cleaned them with a wet rag to get the stuff off then went into the bathroom to soak them in hand soap and water to get anything off that might still be on them... I washed them then let them dry... I then decided to pop off their heads to check for anything gross inside of them luckily nothing gross was in them that I know of.. I had also found it pretty easy to get the heads off compared to a new store bought ponies.. i didn't remove the neck plug because I didn't want to ruin them... their hair was really frizzy and tangled when I first got them so I got my mom to use fabric softner and water to fix them then I later styled them with no tutorial..
