It'S super in arizona. The questions i get most often is super. Where do i get my hair done? The guys? Where do i get my hair cut guys? I have a great video for you, i'm over here in north phoenix in the sunny slope area, i'm at one of the top full service salons here in arizona where you can get your hair done. Your nails done the whole night, i'm gon na. Let them tell you all about it: we're gon na go in we're gon na talk to some of their stylists, we're going to talk to the owner. Hey what's happening, what's going on, what's good, all right, jess how you doing today right? How are you excellent, sir? Excellent: hey there there's miss uh, daria right there, hello there. I was just telling everybody about your new salon, and i see you finishing up right now and that is a beautiful job, all natural all that trash all right, hey when you get a chance. Would you be able to sit down with me and show me around give us a tour all right cool? My name is daria. I am a natural hair stylist, i'm a stylist all around i've been doing here over 30 years and i'm also a an educator in the cosmetology field, and i also have a lot of products and um yeah. I kind of focus on natural hair. I teach classes to um people who are interested in different in certain and specific techniques like locs or crochet, or weaves or braids, or just whatever different techniques they're interested. I do everything, but i specialize in natural hair. Is it a difference taking care of your natural hair in the desert? Oh, it's definitely a difference. I'Ve noticed a lot of very bad split ends, a lot of very, very dry hair, a lot of breakage, and so that's why we have offered. We have two machines here. That would be that is so super great for uh that moisture that's needed because there's a lack of moisture here, the water is hard, i mean, so we have an answer to all that and you have your own products. I do. I had about seven to ten at one point, but i scaled back. I wanted to kind of really focus in on one at a time specifically so i'm holding on to the lock and twist gel that we have it's used for lock, starter locks. It'S used for comb twists, it's used for wash and goes double strand twist, lock, maintenance. Are you open for booking this? Oh yeah, absolutely you're also a celebrity stylist too yeah. Yes, i do um some celebrities, but all my clients are celebrities. Let'S uh show us around: let's do it. This is our waiting area for our lovely clients, and this is the reception area. Hi justin you're, one of the owners. What do you do here just day to day uh anything that'll do with the money, advertising um any work, we need done and tvs. We need to be put up anything. We need to be ordered anybody that we need to talk to network. That'S that's what i do earn her daughters. Just they do the hair, and i can do everything else. Do you guys have any uh promotions that you guys are running right now? Well, we do. We have a couple on the first promotion that we have is, if you refer, if you're a client - and you refer a potential client that gets some work done, we're sending you 25 cash limo cash, app um cash. When you walk in zell whatever you need we're going to make sure you get your 25 and it's not gon na be like next week or friday. We gon na, send it to you right then, and there immediately so immediately. We will give them a discount if they watch this video. If they come in and get service okay, we would definitely um come in. You mentioned big super right off topic, we're taking 20 off just because they mentioned you so, but then, if they refer their auntie, their sister cousin brothers, whoever, then we give them 25. So that's like a double for them. They getting money off the search because they missing you and they getting 25 cash because they brought somebody else. You said something about another program that you have where you were like doing: some type of assistance for uh, something you're saying you said free right, that's what i heard okay! So right now we see a lot of kids who have different types of hair. A lot of interracial couples out here and a mom or the father really don't know what to do with their hair, we're about to start offering um basic free, braiding classes for anybody. It'S free um, we're going to put the link in on our website within the next week or two. So we're going to show um doctor is going to show you how to braid and marves too, and one more thing that we that we plan on doing is um, especially for the ladies we're going to be offering um cocktails and conversation where we're going to be Giving us clients, on maybe saturday sunday we haven't, figured out um free marmosis to the lady clients that come in on the weekend, a stress reliever from their kids to come in and have my memorizer too rub elbows with you know other like-minded people. We want to network, a lot of people are not from here and we want everybody to come around. I do like knotless braids, mostly um or like passion, twist butterfly locks, but mostly not loose, braids, okay, yeah, how long you've been going here. Are there any like specialties, or things like that that you do with nails, designs, nail forms, regular, manicure, pedicures men and women, okay, yeah all right, so uh go ahead and give them your uh. We offer full hair services for all types and textures um as well as we have a barber, and our mailchimp barrier will be over in this area. We just we just haven't, set it up yet our um again, our nail tech is sinead. She will be in full blast, probably in about a month and a half she'll be ready to take on some clients. These great machines i was talking about this is the equated mister. This is not a steamer, please don't call it that we are not basic around here. This is called an aquatic mister. This will help you with the moisture that your hair lacks it's great, for it has red light and blue light. Therapy is great for anyone that has dandruff thinning, balding um. Anyone who has psoriasis and different different problems on their scalp. This will help with those issues. So it also colors hair in eight minutes. So this is a tool that is great for any stylist, but you know we have it here in arizona and it's nowhere else, but it's here. Okay, in that result, all right and then did y'all get that, and then we also, we also have our um other tool that i spoke about. This is it's like a dryer, but it doesn't dry the hair where it's bone dry. It dries the hair where it holds the moisture inside in your hair. So most dryers, you sit down under the dryer because and it allows your hair to get just bone dry this one. It allows your hair to get dry to moisture, so it dries the hair bliss to moisture. It also has the red light and blue light therapy on it as well, and it is great for those um scalp issues as well. So it's an awesome product. All right, then well, no, as far as working is concerned, there's three generations here: okay, mother grandmother, that's my daughter, daria and the girls are my grandchildren, and this is nice to meet you. She loves touching on the people to give them a sense of usa. This area here is what we will use for someone that does lashes or someone that does skin care or waxing. So we have also have another monitor on the wall. It has your own. It has its own little separate remote, where you can kind of you know, use this room as you will as well as if we decide to have someone that want to come in here and do have their own private little suite, we'll take that too. Okay. So you know dary, that's something i wanted to ask. I'M glad you brought it up. Do you have room space for stylists and you know different? We do have some salon stations that are available, so i encourage you to get it while you can. We only want the best of the best, so we are looking for those in individuals who have good high energy that love what they do and that do a great job at what they do that don't mind working. So that's what we're looking for! Okay, um! This is our selfie wall. It'S not quite done yet we're still working on it. Clients can come and do their little selfies of you know themselves after they get their hair done. Maybe before and afters. However, they want to do it all right: yeah loctition, that's our lactation yeah and she comes once a month um. So when she comes to phoenix twice a month and she stations here, um two weekends out of the month and she take appointments. You just see her name, you see her phone number chicago was kind of known for for life yeah and here's the restroom um we're actually still working on that too. Hey it's a bathroom everybody. This isn't good, but we want a tutor. So when you see bob marley on the wall yeah, he is cool trust me he might be in there all right. I think bob won ow. You want to be out here.
