How To Silk Press 4C Hair / Las Vegas Hair Stylist Hair By Shaunda

Hey: hey, Shonda, dolls, welcome to hair by Shonda TV. My name is Shonda, thanks for stopping in in today's video I'm doing a soap press when is the extremely curly healthy, beautiful hair, so I already shampooed and deep conditioned it using Catholic haircare or argan oil, shampoo and conditioner. Now I'm going to go ahead and apply Catholic haircare shine, bliss serum and this is going to help seal the cuticle, so they are here, doesn't revert and it helped her suppress lasts a long time. So now I'm just rubbing in the product - and I just want that - you guys know that you don't need a whole lot of product, because too much will wear the hair down. We still want body and movement in her hair. We don't want it to be too stiff and oily, so I just want to give you a brief background about her hair. She doesn't get a heat-treated often so it's a little dry, especially living out and begi sea air is dry and it can dry your hair out. You know you're in the middle of the desert, so she really needed a deep conditioning treatment. So that's what we did after we deep conditioned it. That'S what made the hair more softer and it was full of moisture and you see how easy the brush is just gliding through her hair. That'S what a deep conditioning does when it's too dry, it's stuck! It'S it breaks off, but it's there's no breakage anymore. The hair is obeying and it's doing what I wanted to do so yeah. I left the conditioner on for maybe about 15 minutes and massaged it through her hair and brushed it through each strand. And here we are now I'm telling y'all, don't roast me about halfway having my mask on, I have my own little area so what nobody back there but me her, but I'm not gon na like for lunch. I had this um PF Changs and asked some onions in and I was like whoa. If I had a man, it would have been okay, but you know whatever. So now I'm just trimming her hair because it's been a while, since she had a trim - and I noticed that when I was brushing it, it was tangling up a little bit on the end. So I just want to cut those scraggly ends off to make it look healthy and to make it healthy period, so yeah all right. So now I got our are trimmed up. I'M gon na apply this little perfection these legs around our edges and proceed to straightening. Her hair, I just want to show you how much I use to its bottom. I don't know nickel-sized the mouth and I rub it until it kind of disappears, so that helps me not to goop it. So much in one spot make sure it's evenly distributed around the back and the front of her hair around the perimeter. So far the edges, you see I'm using a really small pencil flat iron by red kiss, it's probably the flat, the smallest flat iron. I'Ve ever seen, especially any electric one anyway. So that's what I like to use to do my perimeter in my edges of my clients, hair okay. So now I'm gon na apply some heat, protective Castley hair care, how luck or heat protectant so her hair, because I'm getting ready to go in and really start flying and curl our hair. So I am flat ironing her hair and straightening it before I grow it and I'm using none other than the infamous soap master, professional, titanium Flatiron. So just give you a little information on these flat irons. Well, I'm using it at 450 degrees for our hair, because her here is very coarse and it's very thick and we wanted to get you straight and bouncy as possible all right now. So I got her hair all straight herbs and I'm ready to put a few curls. I need to give her hair a little bhakti. I just dusted a little bit. What you see me doing is just dusting the inside of her hair. I did it all over, but I didn't want to put it in the video because it took too long. I do have another video on how to do that. You know if anyone's ever curious as to why we do that, because we want that bang to fall right. So we got ta, keep combing it back and pushing it forward until we get it just right like so, and she could stay and have a little layers kind of bang, but we're not gon na. Do that. We'Re just gon na leave it because once she wraps it, it's gon na fall where she wants it to fall. So yeah look at her.
