A Day In The Life Of A Hair Stylist // Habit Hand Tied Extensions // Color Clients & More

Hey guys, I just got into the salon. So today, I'm gon na take you on a little like day in my life, so on work day, edition where's, my phone, like literally like nine nine 4914 and I've already been by to supply stores on my way in here today. My client will be here in like 15 minutes, I'm gon na go to mix up her color. I have like a really busy day today. This is how, like more what a normal day for me, it's like, I usually start between 9:00 and 10:00, and I'm here until like 7 8, so tonight I'll be here till probably 8 o'clock. I'Ve got a color retouch with a haircut and a color retouch. Then an extension move up, then an extension move up with color and then another color you touch with a haircut, so it's gon na be a long day. I'M sorry that could be kind of fun to show you guys like what I kind of do in a day and some befores and afters. So I hope you like it okay, so this is bad and we're gon na touch up her roof. She was really in your four weeks ago. This team is about to go vacation, so we're just gon na do a her color retouch and we're gon na do a halo, foil and then maybe just freshen up the antosha crackling. I love it. Okay, perfect! So maybe we'll just shape up you've enough all right. We just finished that hair. She has no more ripped and we always add a couple. Little coppery red highlights in here she's all shaped up and ready for her vacation. Okay, so we're just going to it's been about three to seven weeks or six stuff in wheat, and you can see where her extensions have kind of grown out, so we're just gon na take them out and move them back up all right, she's all moved up. So here's what they look like all missed up and sewn in up at her scalp, and you cannot see them anymore and she'll, be back in another seven weeks to get these moved up. Okay, so Taylor's here we're gon na be moving up her extensions today and also touching up her color. So we haven't drawn her color, since we first put her extensions in and it's a little bit looks bad, it's just time to touch it up on the top that we she's got some blondes up at our roots again and then we'll return, everything to make sure Everything is the same color and that's all good, all right, we're all done with her move up, she's, all fresh and blonde. On top. So much better in the motion. Look back so pretty! Oh, my gosh! It'S so gorgeous all right and then she'll have another. Like seven weeks or so and she'll be back again and next time, we'll just touch up her rose, let's see that's what it looks like the knee, so seamless, hey, guys: okay, it is 5:34 hi, I'm so tired. I I forgot to film one person, because I was in a rush and it was like all this stuff going on, so I kind of forgot that person, but I think I've filmed. Basically, I filmed everyone else, except for one color retouch and I have one person left she's at six, so I have a couple minutes the mid or into the bathroom and try to drink something, and then I just have one person left you guys. I got a bad, I guess, but she's so cute and and then I can go home and have something to eat because I'm starving I would eat since breakfast. So I'm gon na go chug a diet, coke and run to the bathroom and we'll be back with Jana soon. Also, I forgot to add that while I was doing Taylor State Board came in and I inspected, they always show up unannounced and I got a 100. This year last year I got a 99 because I did something wrong here. Remember what um, but I got a 100. So that's super exciting. Go put this little baby up! Okay, this is Janet. I love to end my day with units cuz she's, so funny cute and we're just gon na touch up her grave and then shape up her haircut. She gets a super cute fun little pixie cut and we leave it a little long around her face. So she looks super cute and feminine and we're just gon na get her color on and let her process and then get her all trimmed up all right. So we just finished up her. We meant we trimmed up her haircut, we tossed rubber, color, and now she has all good to go. Hey guys, all right. So I finally finished was a long work day. Let'S see seven o'clock, so I actually finished pretty early um and I'm just gon na go home and have some dinner and have a nice night.
