Five easy beginner friendly hairstyles that are great for working out or any kind of activity. I know these won't include your space, buns or loose hairstyles, because when i work out my face looks like this and exactly just like in this quote. So if you want to see more heat tutorials from me subscribe and let's begin now - first one we have is a hair, flip updo. What i do is, i gather my hair, just like in a little ponytail and i twist my hair around my finger like so, and i take the ends with another hand and using a clip, i secure the hair. I really like this one because it keeps my hair out of my face and out of my neck, and this is great for oily hair days as well. Moving on to number two, we have a dutch braid, probably my favorite one, the one that i do the most when i go to the gym. So i gather most of my hair, like half of my hair, and i split it into three and just like in a dutch braid, i'm going to be dividing and putting the strands underneath now. The main thing of this braid that you only need to pick like three maximum to four sections. So, like you know, we are working with big sections. If you are beginner, it's going to be really easy for you, because you don't have to deal with a lot of like sectioning and whatnot. Now, once i am picking this last piece, i tend to kind of tighten by braid a bit because sometimes, if you're not going to do it, the last section may be a little like loose a little bit loopy. But you can always. You know just go back and use a poppy pin to secure it. Now you just finish it with a regular braid, secure it with a hair tie where exactly you want it to be secured, and this is how your braid looks like. I love this one because again it keeps my hair out of my face and out of my neck and it's great, for you know oily hair days so moving on, we have a low ponytail. Now i comb my hair backwards. You can only seize a bit if your hair kind of tends to split in the back, but again i'm all about practicality and at the gym, i'm not there to impress anyone. So i don't really pay attention to these details, but i'm using these hair ties that are wore in maybe like 2015, but i secure my handle ponytail. But honestly, i really like this hair ties because, honestly, when i time my hair, i don't have to like pull it again because it literally stays like this through the whole workout. I really really do appreciate that, but yeah. So, let's move on to another one. We have a high pony now. You know me, i don't do high ponytails tight hairstyles whatnot because they do cause your hair, breakage and hair fall out, but there have been some days once a month when my hair is so disgusting that the only thing that i could do with mitt is just To throw in a high ponytail, so i'm using the same hair time, but again you can use you know scrunchie and whatnot. Sometimes i do give it a little a little bit of a pull. But you know what again this one actually lasts, pretty damn good through the whole workout. It does not move at all. Of course you can always kind of go back around your hairline and loosen some sections. If there's you know parts where you know, it's really really tight, but what i also wanted to show you guys and how i take this hair tie out. So i search for the last loop that i did as you can see, and i pull my hair through this then in a twist itself into second loop, and i pull through that as well, and this is it. This is literally what it takes and it's so easy, no here fallout, no breakage and great. So, let's move on to the final one is a classical braid, so i do a sectioning by using a couple of thumbs, just like i don't have more thumbs. But what i do is i just you know section my hair like this and i braid it. I tend to braid a bit tight because, if you're going to braid it too loose and you're going to bring it to the side, to finish your off your braid, it's gon na be really loose.
