Keratin Treating Stretched Relaxed Hair Story #Shorts

Um, no, our hair doesn't break when we stretch our relaxers, but that's only if we stretch it for a long time. I think when we did one stretch, it was like 14 15 months stretch that was stupid, but yeah our hair was starting to break off a little bit but um on the flip side. If we do get relaxers often our hair will break. So that's why we kind of trained our hair to stretch, because you don't want to put relaxers in every like two or three months that most people do but yeah just train your hair to stretch it won't break off. But don't do too long of a stretch. Also keratin can't Aid in um helping you stretch your hair, so we do both. You can do both uh Keratin treatments are relaxed. Hair is a thing so um like in the middle of your stretch. You want to get a keratin treatment to kind of help. You stretch along so you won't have to deal with like the wildness of New Growth, but yeah. You can do that. That'S what we've done um but yeah. We didn't completely switch to carrots and we're still getting we're still getting our relaxers, I'm actually due for one in about a month, so I'll be getting relaxer soon.

Kalisha J: I agree with that cause I started out stretching to 12wks and now I stretch to 16-18wks. Every once in a while like this year I did a 16wk stretch and a 6 month stretch that i just completed so I only got 2 relaxers this year cause I'm not due again till next year.
