It is day 45 of learning how to do my hair. I wanted curly hair today, but i didn't want the heat and i hadn't done heatless curls last night, so i decided to see if heatless curls could be done in two hours. I decided to do the scarf method and then i sprayed it down with a little bit of water. I definitely didn't want it. Soaking wet so two hours went by and i was a little nervous to take these out. I just thought they would go completely limp, but it worked out so well. They were looser than if i had slept in them, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. I think damage free, heatless, curls, win again.

Aunti Gingy: Pro tip for hard to curl straight hair: If you wash your hair, add gel or curl cream when it wet, let it air dry without touching it again with a comb, brush etc 100% then braid it and spritz it a bit when you braid it The curls will last longer. The shape you put in your hair After it’s dried the same day will create a long lasting pattern in the hair.

Courtney Monnin: Get aloe vera in the circle container. Depending on how much hair you have it might take a while, but scrunch that aloe into your hair while it's damp. You will get a wet dry look and it holds just as good as mousse for curls
