Today I'll show you a quick and easy no heat technique to curl your hair overnight. We're going to create beautiful mermaid hair texture with bohemian waves/curls using a simple twisted halo braid. When it come to the extensions, I also curl them without heat in a regular 3-strand braid. This hair texture makes me think of Shakira and Daenerys Targaryen :)

Hello and welcome to another hair tutorial today, we'll be curling our hair, in fact, we're going to create beautiful waves. Bohemian and mermaid, like you know, right here, without applying any heat to our hair. It'S an overnight technique that I really love and what you are going to love about. It is that it works for all hair lengths. So you don't need to have mermaid hair to use the technique. It'S also suitable for medium length, hair for shoulder length hair. But if you apply it to your hair extensions and then it ties your hair extensions you're going to get this kind of effect. As you can tell, my hair lacks any sort of volume, it's very thin and all my life I've been dreaming about Zig hair, but today I'm going to transform it using only water. I spray this water all over my hair to slightly dampen it keep in mind that your hair should remain 70 to 80 % dry. So don't overdo your spray. At this point you could also texturize your hair with a special texturizing spray. If you'd like to make your hair harder and less slippery girls with thin and soft hair will know what I'm talking about, but this step isn't necessary. Now, I'm going to create a hairstyle, that's going to be responsible for curling, my hair overnight. I basically grab two strands of hair and start twisting them away from my face. I want to create a twisted crown so every time I twist those two strands, I'm adding some hair, some of that loose hair to the bottom strand. I add - and I twist I add anti twists when I get to the back of my head: I'm going to swap my hands so now the left hand will be holding the twist and the right one will be adding that extra hair to the bottom strand. This way, I'm going to incorporate all my hair into this twisted crown and then use the ends to create a regular twisted rope braid. So I twisted the two strands of hair tour with my face and it with the hair in each of the strands away from my face, I tie the ends with a small elastic. Now I'm going to wrap this braid around my head and what I like to do here is to tuck this braid in the pockets under my twists and voila. Don'T worry. This hairstyle doesn't have to look perfect. It can be as messy as you wish, because the next step is to sleep with it and curl your hair overnight. Here I thought I would also show you an idea of a retro hairstyle that could be suitable for a themed party. I basically tag on my twists: push it closer to my face and secure it in place. Creating some volume here also push the hair at the back higher up. I actually quite like this hairstyle. I just need to find an occasion where I could wear it. You can also pull out a couple of strands to give your hair that messy touch. That'S what my hair looks like in the morning and now I can undo the twist here. I recommend you to stay away from the brush, because then it can get really frizzy and your waves will lose its definition. Just split your hair with your fingers, you can run your hands through it. So, let's the result - and I just love it - for girls with thin and flat hair, like my own, who dream about a lot of volume, this technique is simply the best. It'S easy, its quick. You don't need to waste a lot of time. As you know, I'm a huge fan of flown here so today will be also using my glands and hair extensions, and here I also braid them overnight, but in a regular 3 strand braid, I dampen my extensions in the evening, leaving them 80 % dry, braid them And let them dry overnight as a result, I get this gorgeous mermaid waves, they're kind of bigger than those in my own hair, since the extensions are much thicker, but they still blend in beautifully. I don't even have to wear all the extensions and that's the finished. Look, firstly, I just love this hair texture. I got those beautiful mermaid waves with the effect of here spending just a couple of minutes on the entire procedure. If I were to use a curling iron, it would take me hours plus it would damage my hair well with this technique. There'S no hair damage whatsoever.
