The Perfect Spiral Curls On Dry Natural Hair || Heatless Permrod Curls

Here is an easy way to get heatless, bouncy, spiral curls. I use this technique when I don't want to get the traditional "shirley temple"
curls. I did this on dry, stretched natural hair because I love the volume and look this gives. Enjoy!
PRODUCTS USED
Curls Creme Brûlée
Unrefined Coconut oil
Orange and Tan Permrods
Water

Hey guys welcome back so today, I'm going to show you my fluffy spiral, heatless curls and I'm going to be starting off on stretched hair and to get this stretched out. Look. I just stretched my hair for a couple days and pretty much a bun or ponytail, and then I just use my comb to comb it out gently of course, and then I got this look now, I'm going to split my hair into four sections just to make It easier to roll my hair, it just gives me a little bit of sanity and just makes things a lot easier. You want to section your hair into sections that will give you enough hair to roll around the roller. You don't want to put too much hair on it and you don't want too little. So I think that size is about good enough. Then I'm going to be using my creme brulee by curls, which I used last time and you guys know I love this stuff. I cannot rave enough about it. This stuff makes your hair feel so moisturize, so soft, and it gives really good definition. Then I'm going to spritz my hair lightly just a little bit, so it won't revert back to curly and I'm going to spiral. My hair around the perm rod and I'm using the orange perm rods you can use whatever size works best for you and I'm going to finger detangle. Then I'm going to use my brush to get it a little more detangle and then, as you can see, I'm spiraling around I'm not going to roll it up like how you would get Shirley Temple curls. I don't want those. I want the spiral curls. So that's. Why I'm rolling it this way, and I'm just going to continue doing that throughout that whole section until it is all finished spiralling your hair can be a little bit tricky. It took me a while to actually get it because I couldn't figure out what to do with the ends, so once you spiral it around the roller, once you get to the ends, you want to take a little bit of whatever moisturizer or curling agent you're using I'M just going to be taking a little bit of the creme brulee, I'm just going to add it to the ends and that way it kind of sticks to the roller. And then, when I roll it up, then it's secured that way and that's just a little tip for you guys, because I know spiraling your hair like this can be a little bit difficult. Sometimes you guys don't have to do this style on stretched hair. You can do it on freshly washed or just wet hair in general. I just prefer to do it on stretched hair because I, like the volume it gives me, but that's just my preference like I said you could do it on wet hair. It might take a little bit longer to dry, but it's totally up to you, as you can see, I didn't use all orange pramod's. I use a little bit of the tan ones just because I ran out of the orange ones. I thought I had way more than I did, but it's okay, because they're very similar in size, so it's going to look fine once I take it out and I let my hair dry for about six hours and it was completely dry if your hair is wet. It will take a little bit longer to dry, so keep that in mind and I'm going to be taking some coconut oil and coating. My fingers with that and that's just going to help when I take out the rollers so that it is not as frizzy and just kind of like Coast. The hair and moisturizes. A little bit makes a little bit shiny as well. And I'm just going to take each perm rod out, make sure you take them out kind of carefully because sometimes they can snag your hair. So I try and take them out pretty carefully and, as you can see, they look like spiral curls. They don't look like your traditional curl, I like to call them Shirley Temple curls, because that's what they look like to me but yeah. I was going for this spiral curl, so they look a little bit different. Next, I'm just going to separate my curls, and this is just going to give me a lot more volume and then you can really see the curl and it looks really pretty once you separate it. I don't really have a method for separating the curls, I'm just pulling them. Apart from the top of the curl and one of my curls right here, kind of didn't come out, hi 182. So all you have to really do is twirl it around your finger and, as you can see, it is back to normal and it curls right back up. Do you see how much volume you can get from just separating your curls and then, of course, I'm going to add a little bit more volume and take my wide tooth comb and fluff it out, but I'm not going to do it too much, because I want To preserve my curls, I want them to last a few days, and this is pretty much the final look. You guys. I love the creme brulee. I just can't stop talking about it because they make my curls like really pop. I really love that stuff, but anyway, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Was so busy during the week I didn't wash my hair nor comb it. It got to a point that I had to tie a scarf to class. But coconut oil has been sitting in it since midnight so, my wash should be easy, clean and moisturized.
