Hello, my sweet potatoes. It is Michelle and today I'm back with a new video and I'm going to be showing you some quick and easy hairstyles that you can actually do for back-to-school, I'm a potato, but I'm just trying to be a cute potato. Sometimes you know so all of these are like my go-to hairstyles. I don't like to curl my hair, I'm not too big on like a braiding, because, let's be real ain't, nobody got time for that. A lot of these hairstyles are very basic, but I just wanted to compile all of them into this one video to give you guys a bunch of ideas for what you can do with your hair in the morning without further ado, let's start with the video. So if I'm just not feeling my hair being down, my go-to thing is to split my hair kind of in the middle, so like a middle part like that and do a low ponytail. So I'm kind of pulling it upwards to kind of make sure that all the hairs o'clock looks very tight right now. So I just loosen it up, pull out some hairs, gon na get a little Messier. Sometimes I like to tug at the top as well, just to add a bit more volume, and that's literally all I do so it's kind of a more messy low ponytail. So that's like my go-to hairstyle. It'S like nothing else is working this next one. I have been loving and it is a half-up half-down ponytail, but the ponytail is like super high, so I literally just grab some hair, starting from like the edges of my forehead and scoop some hair up, I try to make sure that there are clean hyah. It'S a little tight at the top here, so I'm going to loosen it up and I like being able to really see the ponytail water falling over the top of your head, like that, you can make the ponytail stand up even bigger. If I like teasing it a little, but I don't like to do that to my hair, I would usually just leave this and go on with my day, and I do have a lot of baby hairs here. You could also use some hairspray to tame the baby hairs. You can leave it honestly. I think it looks fine that way. Please don't mind this little bald spot that I have here there's what it looks like from the front. I think it started cute and very edgy, so the next one we're just going to work off of this foundation, is going to grab my hair and wrap it around itself to motion my hair down and tight. If it's messy it's okay, now I'm just pulling it apart kind of messing it up a bit: it's not very secure! So that's why you need bobby pins, grab some sections of hair and pin them down. I know like this is what people always say, but it's true, you just grab sections random sections and pin it down. I used about five bobby pins, just like in random places all around my bun, and this is what it looks like I think so adorable. So I'm going to grab all of my hair all the way to pull my head tight with the same elastic. That'S literally it just a super-duper high ponytail. I think it looks very chic. I always make sure to pull out my hair at the side. Sometimes I like to clean up the side so I'll just take my comb through it just to make it look a little cleaner. It'S like your basic ponytail, but better can be like a helicopter. I was my hair back and forth on her forehead and back info. Okay, I'm getting dizzy now so with this we're going to move on to our next year style, which is the messy bun. So I'm grabbing my hair and wrapping it all around the elastic, but I'm doing it very, very messily kind of just gathering all of my hair and wrapping it around and I'm going to secure it. There are some like loose strands. I'M going to take my bobby pins, pin them down bobby pins. Are your best friend and kind of tug on the Front's of your hair. To give it a little bit more volume, I'm going to mess it up, just a tad more things. Okay, so that is the finished look. It feels very secure, like I probably look crazy doing this. I know some of you might say, like my messy buns. Never looked that good, but I think the thing that really helped is tying your hair up in a really high ponytail first and then wrapping your hair around that men tying it again. This way defuse it up the more structure and makes it hold a little better. So this next one I just grabbed a little bit of hair from both sides, leaning it to the back of my head. This is the one that I do when I really don't have a lot of time, but I want to do something to my hair that are going to tie it with this tiny little elastic, put your fingers through the loop and push the ponytail up into it. I'M going to do water tight, you can tug at your hair a little bit, make it a little mist here. I did not mean to pull out that much hair. Oh, my god sounds crazy. I think it looks very elegant, almost princessy. So next we have another half of half down hairdo, so I'm going to grab some around the crown of my head and then we are going to split this into three parts and we are going to braid it. Does anyone else think that braiding is such an arm workout, especially when you're trying to do it in the back of your head like what, even instead of a normal three-strand braid, you could do like a fishtail braid, I'm skilled enough for that secure with a tiny Elastic but we're going to make it a little cuter by pulling it apart. So literally, just kind of tell you at the braid loosen it up for some reason: when braids are a little Messier, they just look better like I don't know why. So the next one is going to be a really simple, like half up half down hairstyle. So I'm just going to grab hair starting from like my sideburns and I'm going to go up this way. I'M just grabbing your hair from like the top layer and I'm not grabbing this hair down here too, because I want a bit more volume at the bottom. We'Re going to secure this pulse and hair out at the top and kind of loosen it up a little bit, and you can definitely leave your hair like this or we can take it one step further and create a little bun. So I'm going to take my hair and wrap it around itself - very mistily, very messy another, very messy messy bun that we're going to do. I really can't see this, but just take your messy bun and secure it with another elastic. Take a look at it in the mirror and speaking like it's most likely, you are not going to like it, so this is where we just bobby, pin the heck out of it, so I'm just kind of liking the way that my bun turned out. It'S so weird, because usually I hate the way that it turns out the first time, so this is like the other hairstyle, but just not as high up on your head. Okay, so for this next one, it's another half-up half-down hairdo. I just really like these half of half down hairstyle. We almost the same thing as the last one, just a little easier. I think so same thing gather some hair. They are going to tie it with an elastic but you're going to make a loop and you're going to want to keep some of the excess hair else on the sides. I think it's really cute and I think it's a little sassy as well and super simple to do so. Another thing that you can do if you feel like your hair, just isn't cooperating, is use some type of hair accessory. So I have this like headband sort of thing, but there's like a wire in it, so you cannot bend it. I like using these letters and like headbands without a wire, because I feel like the wire, helps it stay on my head, maybe because I also have a pretty big head like I haven't abnormally large head. I don't know why. So I got this at this Asian accessory store, so what I'm going to do is just put it around my neck and then bring it up. I'M going to put it kind of off to the side, and I'm going to twist it around this valve twice, make it more secure, put some hair out here in there and okay, that's pretty much it. I think it looks so adorable, because these kind of look like rabbit ears are like one year's. If you don't want to leave these up, then you could tuck it in to kind of hide the ears, and I think that looks pretty cute as well or in a fun or like this will be very cute as well. I feel like it's very like Korean inspired. I don't know, but if all else fails just wear a hat. If your school loves it, hopefully they do if they don't. I'M sorry are you guys, so that is all for my videos. Thank you guys. So much for watching, I hope it helps you out. Please make sure to give it a thumbs up. It is you subscribe if you're not already take confidence, and I will see you guys in my next video bye
