Complete Olaplex Review On My Damaged Relaxed Hair | Did It Help?

After three months we have finished the olaplex number zero and the olaplex number three. What exactly do i think about the brand? Do i love it? Welcome back to another brand new video we're gon na be reviewing the my experience on using olaplex, i'm gon na try to make this video as quick as possible. I have a video on here where i have shared the products that i've used and my first time use, but this is an overall um review after using the product for three months. I really wanted to give myself some time to use the product to test it out to see how my hair reacted to see if i had any issues etc. Before i created a review ps, this is my personal journey. I am not a hair expert. Everything on this channel is my personal journey. With my relaxed hair, i'm wearing a head um, i have a t-shirt and then like a towel thingy over my hair, because i just washed my hair. So it know me looking like a hot mess: okay, so um. I stumbled upon it when ice was still a natural, but i never bought it um, but i bought it in. I think probably much there about yeah one end of match. So olaplex is a bond builder that dramatically strengthens protects and repairs all hair types. So whether you are natural relaxed black caucasian mexican, whatever its formula is developed to help all hair types repair, especially if you have damage or you feel like your hair - is a little bit fragile. That is the aim for it. So when i bought it, i was newly relaxed and i wanted to test out um or find something that i would help. That would help me maintain my relaxed hair because relaxing is way more fragile than natural hair. If you're trying to find a product that is going to help you get your hair back into this beautiful, lively state, this might be a range for you. So there are nine treatments online products in the entire range, some of which you need to be a certified. Cosmetologist, like hey hairdresser or whatever, to buy some of them, but some of them you can definitely buy them whether or not you're a hairdresser or a regular person. Like myself, um, there is a bond building treatment, a hair perfector, a bond maintenance shampoo, a blonde enhancing toning shampoo, a bone maintenance, conditioner a bone, smoother bonding oil and a bond intense moisture mask and also a bone protector nourishing hair serum. So i got five of the products. I got the number zero, which is the intensive one building treatment. I got the number three, which is the hair, perfector number, six, the leave-in style treatment or the bond smoother, the shampoo number four and the conditioner number five. I am out of the number zero and the number three. So let's review these two products first, so this one is a hair. These two sorry they can be used or they're supposed to be used as a hair treatment, number zero and number three. So, typically, what you do you would use the number zero first and let it sit for about ten minutes, and then you do the number three and then you let it sit for. I think you recommend 20 minutes or as long as you would like, i did a treatment today and i left it on my hair for a good half hour. I would say, because i was busy i was multitasking in between um, but before i've tried to use the or follow the instructions as best as possible, because you're using chemical products, even though they don't have chemical smells. They are like formulas. So you definitely do not want to you, don't want to risk it okay, so these two products. I definitely will see that i love them. When i nearly relaxed my hair, the first month was fine and dandy. The second month i had so much shedding. I had a lot of shedding my hair, like i was so confused and i think it's partially because i used another product to help strengthen my hair, but it was too harsh on my hair. It had way too much protein in there and my hair was just dry and you know it. I felt scared because i felt like honestly, i just went relaxed and don't tell me that i know how to cut my hair without even enjoying the process yet or enjoying the time. Yet i have no problem cutting my hair, but you know i want to give myself some time to enjoy the relaxing. So i think that was when i bought these products and i tested them out, and i will definitely see that this has helped my hair get stronger for sure. I typically use this about two weeks after i do a relaxer and then a week before i do a relaxer so that i strengthen my hair, because during that time it is usually at the most fragile state. So number zero number three. Will i buy this again? Absolutely i'm going to place an order, maybe tonight my next products that i use are the shampoo and the conditioner. The shampoo i really like this is very very thick. I'M gon na insert the clip right here. This is very thick, so you do not need a lot of it to wash your hair. I have used this like in between my relaxers, probably every other wash, because i try to not use the same shampoo and conditioner every single wash day. I wash my hair every single week um and i typically use the the transformation, shampoos and conditioner. Some of them are the one that i use. They do have silk proteins in there. So i try not to use it every single time, because you do not want to have your hair um weight down or have that build up on there or get dry and brittle. Although for me, the transformation, shampoo and conditioner works perfectly using other shampoos, i find they do not like my hair does not like them, but i like to try some shampoo. So i i stick to that. I'M not in the business of testing too many products on my hair, because that can be a negative thing as well, because you're trying out so many different things. You don't give your hair that time to really get something that looks for it, and i found what worked for me, so i'm gon na stick to it, but in between i use this shampoo, which is the number four i like it very thick, the smell it Has this nice cherry smell to me um it's very light, but it does not ladder very heavily. So, if you're looking for something that's gon na ladder, like very like you love a lot of blood on your head, i typically don't as long as my scalp is clean, i'm good. This is not the product um, the conditioner, so this one i am a little bit impartial to it. I try. I don't use this regularly, because this one, i think this one is the one that i have the most product left in there. I still have like more than half the bottle left. I don't really um, i like it, but i would not buy this again anytime soon, reason being it's very very thick, but i find that one. It does not give me that sleep and two. I cannot use this any time past week, four during my relaxed face anytime past week, four, because it's not very moisturizing, i find for my hair. I get a lot of tangles um, there's not that like smoothness, i don't. I don't use a comb in my hair once i'm in the shower. I like the water to like run down and detangle properly, and i use my fingers to detangle it whilst i'm in the shower and when i use this, i have to use a comb and that can be pruned that can be prone to breakage. So the first time i use this, i found that my hair, tangled a little bit more than i expected um, but when i used it shortly after a relaxed day, i found that it looked better. So if you have the texture in your hair, like you're, probably at a week, eat of your relaxing process or relax a journey timeline, and you have that that texture in your hair, this ain't gon na work nope. It did not work for me or it might not work, it might work for you, but for me now, so i don't use this unless it is like a fresh relaxer like the first week second week this week. After that i go back to my tresemme um. I use another shampoo, but i can't remember the name right now. I do not want to get up and find anything, but this one i don't think i'm gon na, buy this anytime soon um yeah and then my last product and my favorite product is the bond smoother number six. I absolutely love this product. I use this spray and i have used this product every single week since i bought it, so i've probably used about it. I'Ve probably used about 12 times. I use this on my wash days whether i am freshly relaxed in between before my relaxing. This helps my hair dry faster. This helps my hair detangle faster and this smooths my hair faster. When i use this product, i don't even have to use any heat in my hair. I typically try my best not to use it in my hair unless it's necessary, which is usually about when my hair is like at this thickest state like my rewards, are supposed to be thick, but apart from that this product, i put it on and air dry. So i'm trying to get all the moisture out of my hair, all my hair videos. That includes a wash day. You will see this product. I'Ve always said in there that i really love this product, so i'm definitely going to get another one of that. I'M not sure how oh i can see what's in here now in front of life, so i probably have about um i'll say maybe like four uses out of it. The thing that i don't like about this bottle, though, is that it's very opaque. So you cannot see how much is in there, but i do feel like there's like a pump. So the more you press it it's a pump. It goes up, so it goes up whilst you're using it. So i can see today because i'm in front of my ring light that i do have quite a bit left. I was a little bit concerned, so i have about half the bottle left and i've used this for like three months so yeah. I will definitely use that. The con of ulaplex for me is that you have to it will work for different hair textures. Not every hair is going to respond to it very well one and two. It is very costly. It is very costly. It ain't cheap. It'S not cheap, so the cost of these you can get these products from sephora. So let me go to my sephora account, so the number zero, which is the treatment and the number three together, are going to cost you 60 us dollars. It is not cheap and you have to be very gentle when you use this product. You cannot deliver with them because um i got four uses out of this product. These two. I did four treatments with it before my uh products run out today now granted it depends on the thickness of your hair and the length of your hair. My hair is long so um for me it would for somebody else with, like maybe shorter or mid-length hair. It would probably last them longer, but these two products cost sixty dollars, total thirty dollars each, and that is us dollars. So bear that in mind. The bond smoother, which is my favorite product, also cost thirty dollars, and i think that this one gives me the best money or the number of usage per cost, i'm gon na and the last two products, the shampoo and the conditioner. These are actually mini sizes, even though it's the same size of this, this is a regular size. This is a regular size, but these are mini sized shampoos and conditioner. So these two are 15, so um. I think that it's a good price point for me. For my budget, it was for me, but if you're someone who is not like you, don't have the means. These five products cost me 120 us dollars, um. Yes, so that's like 350 in my currency, which is a lot of money, but i prefer to do my treatments at home and do my wash at home as opposed to going to a salon. It saves me a lot more money, so that is that, will i buy these products again? Absolutely except the conditioner. I'M not gon na buy the conditioner anytime soon, but i think in my next um purchase, i'm gon na try some new products. There'S an intense moisture mask, i'm gon na get that and there's also a hair serum and also a i'm missing one more. The bonding oil i'm going to get those sprayed as well so that i can test them out to see how my hair responds to it, and then i will create an updated video on that when i do all right, so that's it for this video.
