What should we film today recently i've just got married in fact, three days ago i got married and one of the things that caused me. A bit of concern was my hair, my hair that hasn't been cut for four months now and looked a mess, so we spent some time trying to figure that out. Yes, i can put hair pieces in, but if i'm like that, then almost certainly you also you with the curly hair will also be of similar minds and similar problems. What i thought as you get older, your hair not only gets thinner, but it gets frizzier and if you haven't had it cut for four months, what to do with it. So what we're going to do is we're going to shower the prop use the products um the shower the conditioner. Then i will show you the products that i use that i've absolutely love now now. The other thing that you may not know if you've got straight hair, you may just use your brush use your comb, but if you've got curly hair and if you're like me, you'll know that it's wise not to use a brush. This is a wide tooth comb. As you know - and this is the only thing that i will use on my hair - it doesn't want to do anything else other than be curly. So that's what we do. I encourage it to be curly and, and i'm going to show you how so once a week or thereabouts or if i have a special occasion like i did on the 1st of april, i will use the elasticizer. Is that it's a mask for my hair? I use it once a week, philip kingsley's elasticizer great product. So as i come out, the shower you can see my hair is ringing wet. It'S i found over over time that towel drying it makes it less able to absorb the products that i use afterwards. So what what i find is that using a small microfiber towel just to take the excess but other than that just wringing out the hair. So you don't drip everywhere, but yeah. So your hair is quite wet, but so yeah you, you saw. You see me using um like a small towel like this and just using a microfiber towel just to take out the excess, so hair forward, hair back head forward head back, um flinging the head about you're, not being delicate at this point, and now we can start Adding the products glasses on only curls is, as the name suggests it is designed for curly, hair and boy. Am i glad i found this product? I found it last not long ago about eight months ago, and i now really really love it. Um, i'm not sponsored by so this is. This is my view of the products first of all, so i start with hydrating curl cream and with sheer butter or shea butter and manure oil. It gives good instruction on there and if you watch the the video the little video that the only curls have they use a like, probably a 10 piece size of product. I use a little bit more than that and i i every part of my hair, as you can see, is being is got product through. So i let every single part every particle of my hair has this product, so i tend to use a little bit more than is suggested um, but you do actually only need for. For the most part, you do only need um sort of that size. Amount of curling hydrating curl gel the partner of this, and that works really well, so i always buy them together is enhancing curl gel, not really sure what the difference is all. I know that this enhancing curl gel really does add after you've put the the gel. The cream in leave that for only a minute, then two squirts, actually for me, three squirts of this hands together and scrinch scrunch dry, the hair. The hair at this point is making some really scrunchy noises it it. You can hear it's full of product, but that's all right. It won't dry like that, so for those that for those that care about what goes in to their ingre into their shampoo conditioner products - and i do um just to let you know this - has no sulfates. No silicones, it's important that no silicones it the hair doesn't like silicone curly hair. That is no parabens. No animal testing really important to me and for most of you i would think no mineral oil and no paraffin the same for both again. These are important glasses off. I wear hairbands a lot. They are really useful, so um, you will see me wearing all different types, but they just keep the hair out of the way i'll also tie it back, but i'm going to show you now what my hair looks like um and you saw it yesterday. You saw yesterday how frizzy it was and this these curls are together. So this is the morning after i i shampoo my hair um last night or yesterday evening and let it dry. Naturally i wake up in the morning and it's wild. I have very wild hair. So all i do is i damp it down in the morning every morning i just damp it down, and this morning i had i used a tiny, tiny little bit of the styling gel and just and just added it scrunched it through, and then i put in My hairband, and - and this is what it looks like now - i get a lot of questions about my hair and coping with curly hair, because it it can, for many people, be an unruly mess and i have found that keeping on top of the frizz makes it Look better, it's quite forgiving and well, i find my hair is quite forgiving and hopefully, by using these techniques, you may as well until we're able to get our hair cut and styled and colored and everything else yeah.
