Hey yeah: this is our destiny and, in this video I'll be showing you out how we achieve this voluminous flexi rod set on my sister bones: relaxed hair. So if you want to see how we got this look then definitely keep on watching her. Hair has been shampoo and condition prior to filming this video. I will leave those products down in the information bar below for easy access if you're interested. So we started off by a plan the Cantu shea butter repair cream to her hair. This is a leave-in conditioner. It'S going to help to leave the hair, soft, moisturized and manageable, it's formulated with shea butter and natural oil, which will help to reduce freeze in her hair, as we begin to separate the curls throughout the week, so once that product is distributed evenly throughout her hair. Now it's time to apply the model body, steady lotion, this product comes ready to you, so I transfer it to a spray bottle and then we can apply directly to her hair. Yes, what and this product is formulated with coconut shea oils, so they helps to hydrate the hair from the inside out, which is gon na help to leave the hair soft, and it also helps with the hold. Then I applied the pink glossy to her hair, which was made with aloe shea butter, coconut oil and silicone free as well, and all these products will work together to add shine, eliminate, freeze and just give you a overall nice glitterati so applying her grease to her Scalp she asked me to apply this product, so I leave the name of it in the information bar for those of you that may be interested as far as applying the flexi rod. I want to separate her hair into four different sections. Normally I work from the back to the front but to have structure and give you an idea of really how to do your own flexi rod set at home we're going to do four sections so once the hair separated into those sections, I'm going to proceed to Take in smaller subsections and just applying the flexi rod I'll leave the information as far as like the brand the length diameter all of those things down below, because I've had these things for years. So I cannot even tell you I would have to google it to find out what I'm sure, if you just type in flexi rods, you can find all of the information on the internet. So I'm just taking subsections, starting with the ends of her hair and making sure that I overlap those the way they come. Undone while she's sitting there, and then we just have straggly undoing ends so make sure you overlap the ends which helps to hold them in place, and I proceed with this same technique throughout this section of her hair. As with her entire head over here, since her hair is not even all over, as we work our way up to the shorter pieces of hair, I simply just grab those and I kind of just wrap them into plates on the flexi rod set that way you Don'T have any straight pieces of hair hanging within your rollers just grab the shorter pieces of hair and add that into the rest of the hair, as you work your way up towards the root. So this technique is preceded throughout her entire head of hair. Once the first section is completed IRA move on to the next section, it does not matter if the rollers are applied in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction until if you find that your curls continue to get stuck together or they kind of Ravel around one another, as You separate them. You find throughout the day that they get connected again. I would suggest when you roll your hair to maybe do one section clockwise and then the roller that's sitting next to it. Do that one in a counterclockwise fashion, the way they're sitting opposite curling motion? Can we say Pacific, it's a when you unseparated. They have no way to get connected with one another because they aren't going in the same direction. If that makes sense. So this only took about 15 to 20 minutes in real time now we're just applying some more of the glassy to our hair, because it's just going to help just set everything from a wet to dry. The way everything sets in together and just works well for the credit of having a really nice quick, Seurat seat. One hour later, her hair is dry, so I'm letting her check her on rollers. This is another reason why I like doing her hair, because she kind of can do her own hair pretty much, and she can check her own rollers and see if they dry, if they're not, then just reapply them and sit back on the hairdryer. If you want to remove the ones that are dry, you can definitely do that makes your hair feel so much lighter and it gives you more room to draw the ones that are not yet dressed, but once all the rugs are dry, you can proceed to style. Your hair, the way that you like she's, applying her proline, all shame which has a strawberry scent and then she's, going to proceed to fluffing and styling here pretty much. I was not around when she was filming this, but luckily she did record her separating and styling her hair. Otherwise I would have only had the application and flexor assets and my religion finish: result some shots alone for filming herself styling her own hair. I really appreciate it so she's taking one curl and it becomes two curls or one curl becomes three girls. I didn't speed it up just yet, because I want you all to see this in real time, she's going directly into the room separating the curl all the way down to the end being sure not to lose the definition and shape of the curl by Paolini. In that exact motion again - and this process is pretty much repeated throughout the entire head of hair, also, we don't separate the curls too much like I said, one becomes 2 or 1 becomes 3, and the reason for that is, if you separate your hair too much In the very beginning of the week, like the first or second day, then you can't really wear it alone, because you've already separated to the light. So, for the first day, this side is done besides night and that's the difference and, as you can see, her hair does not have any fries with any it's not getting frizzy as she separated her curls and it's not dry either. And the reason for that is because of the combination of the products that was used and also the fact that these products were applied to her hair when it was wet and by her skin under the hairdryer. Their locks. All of the moisture and seals in all of the shine, and it pretty much prevents her from heaven free it's, because these products are already in her hair and her hair is not dry. So her curls are not dry, which is what will cause reason is within your curls, as you begin to manipulate them throughout the week. If you find that your curls are getting frizzy as you separate them, or as you remove your rollers definitely apply your favorite oil or serum, or even an oil sheen to your hair and then proceed to styling your curls. The oil will just help to eliminate the freeze and keep all of the strands of hair as one if that makes sense, and also one small tip. If you want to be sure that each curl is separated into two or three or however many you would like, then I would suggest, starting from the very back of the hair or just picking a section and working your way towards the front or towards the lip Or towards the back, however, that way you won't miss a curl and you're making sure that each curl is separated, flip'test flunkies, who you talking to what she want. Okay, she is so funny. I had to lead some of those clips in here. So this is a few days later. Actually, and now you can see that she's separated her curls even more and now she's going to show you how how she continues to separate more and more and more. She saying something I should oppose to well yeah, how you separate the crows more and more and more - and this is how her hair last her a very long time and so by using the right kinds of products, ones that make their assault manageable. It has a shine, has a halt to your curls eliminates the freeze. It just gives you an overall prolong, look and wear to your flexi rod. See so now it looks like oh girl. Yes, as far as my time in the flexi rod said she doesn't sleep on the same pillowcase at night, but she doesn't use a bunny, a hair scarf anything like that me. When I do my flexi rod says I like to kind of sleep a little bit pretty on mine, and I also use either a bundle or a hair scarf. So it just quick comparison of both of us have a relaxed hair, but using different techniques definitely give those two a try see which one works better for you and your hair shake test bounce test. Oh there lotta body gives you a lot of body, absolutely love her results, like I said, she's been wearing it for about three weeks now, she's just going to continue to separate and fluff it out until she just wants to get rid of this hairstyle. Okay, so yeah leave. All your questions to come is down below, and I thank you all so much for watching and also shout out to boom for filming these clips. You want to see more videos featuring. My little sister Boone then be sure to check out day 1 and day 2 of my vlogmas video, which was recently uploaded before this video.
