My natural hair journey! the SECRET of natural hair GRWOTH. How to grow natural hair fast? https://youtu.be/0-vcxMfuUBw

This is less method of stretching out. My hair has me on a Chokehold guys. Can you see that result? This is without heat and I am not saying there's anything wrong with using heat to stretch out your hair. But honestly, if you want healthy long hair, you shouldn't be using it too often on your natural hair. When I use heat to stretch out my hair, sometimes maybe like once or twice in six months. That should be like four times in a year, but look at the result with using heat and then look at the results without heat. Can you tell me which hair is straight out guys? This is just the best method ever F1. The key to having the best Hitler stretch on your natural hair starts from your wash day, and I'm going to give you the tea on everything you need to know about achieving the best Hitler stretch. I think I'm in that position because I have figured it out and every time I've tried the heatless stretch. It has always came out perfect. So in your wash day, you concentrate on cleaning your hair, not just your scalp, because most people, when they wash their hair, they focus on their scalp. But you will focus on your hair, the length of your hair and you also detangle your hair in every step. When you shampoo your hair, you finger it detangle your hair as much as possible and then, when you also apply your conditioner on your hair, you will detangle your hair. When it comes to the conditioner. I would advise that you use a deep conditioner if you want to do the heatless stretch method. So when you apply your deep conditioner, you make sure that it is applied on every strand of your hair. Every strand of hair is coated with the conditioner. You will thoroughly finger detangle your hair, then you would use a brush to detangle your hair. This is very important. Guys do not keep detangling your hair with a brush, and I mean a brush specifically not a white wood comb, not any other tool that you might want to use. It is important to use a brush to detangle your hair, because this is going to affect how your hair will turn out at the end of the day. And if you miss this step, you might end up breaking off your hair and also, as you detangle, your hair, make sure you get as close to your scalp as possible, because I know people will detangle the length of your hair and not really get the hair. That is closest to your scalp. Then you rinse out your hair. This is also important make sure that every product is rinsed out of your hair and, as you rinse out the product from your hair, you have to focus on twisting back your hair so that your hair does not shrink back when you're done washing your hair. You would apply a leave-in conditioner, a very lightweight leave-in conditioner, on your hair, and then you will twist your hair very tightly so that it will Aid your hair in stretching after that, you'll allow your hair to air dry. For two days. I have high porosity hair and for me, that is The Sweet Spot, just allowing my hair to a dry for two days. This way your hair is dry to the touch, but your hair is not dry dry dry. Then you're going to bring out your detangling brush. This is the Hat. This is the detangling brush that I use for my head. It is also the same detangling brush that I used um when I was deep conditioning my hair. This brush has been a lifesaver when it comes to my natural hair. I don't even know where I would be my natural hair Journey without this brush, and I know that I might be exaggerating, but anyway I have been talking about other things. While I was showing you the steps on how to brush out your hair eat less stretch. So I'm just going to have this um first tip layout and then would restart. We start the brushing method with another section of hair. Okay, I hope that's cool yeah, so this is it you're going to take down your twist after taking down your twist, then you would finger detangle your hair to take out some of the calls from your twist, because if you don't do that, this is basically a Twist out after you've used your finger to release some of that curls, then you would use your brush to detangle your hair to brush out your hair, and that is why, in the beginning, I said when you're washing your hair, it is important that you brush out Your hair and turn your hair properly, because, if you don't do that properly, this step, where you have to brush out the curls for the heatless stretch, will be a hassle and you might end up breaking your hair because your hair is filled with angles. Nuts and all of that, okay, so you will then brush out your hair finger. Detangle brush out your hair. You will just um, be exchanging both method, as you do that, and you also pull your hair while you're brushing out your hair. One thing, I would say is if you are not used to brushing out your hair if you've not mastered the art of brushing out your hair. Please do not do this. Do not try this at home because if you don't know how to brush out your hair, this will just lead to a lot of breakage. And if you do not leave your hair to a dry for at least two days like that sweet spot. Where your hair is not too dry, if you allow your hair to dry for maybe like four or five days, then to a little breakage when you're done blow drying your hair I'll then go ahead to bantu knot. My hair, putting my hair in bantu knot, would add stretch to my hair. While I work on the other section of my hair, I would like to give a warning, though this method is not a method you should do frequently. I mean the heatless stretch method, which is not a method that you should do. Often you could do this method. Maybe you want in three or four months. That would be okay. The reason why I say this is because this method involves a lot of brushing, and that is a lot of manipulation on your natural hair, and I don't think that would be a wise thing to be doing this method. Maybe like every week. It will be detrimental to the health of your hair and the only reason why I do this method is because I live in Nigeria. If you are an audio on my channel, you should already know I'm from Nigeria and the electricity here. It is nothing to write home about the electricity Supply is so poor and whenever I would want to style my hair or I would need my hair straight stretched out, there will be no electricity to use my blow dryer. So I had to devise a means. A way to get my hair stretched out even without the power supply, and that is how I discovered this method of stretching out my hair. So as much as you would want to use this method because you do not want to use heat on your hair. Often it is also important. You don't also do this method, often, because brushing your hair often could also cause some damage to your hair, a little breakage, and all of that, the key, I think, is to just find the balance like a right amount of using heat or a right amount of Brushing out your hair, so let us go over the step, one more time. Okay, take down your twist, then you use your hand to finger detangle because from the twist out of your hair, because, like I said earlier, if you don't do that, it will make brushing hard as you brush your hair, you ensure that you pull your hair downwards. This just adds to the stretch, and this is me doing a length check guys. I was like check, but you could not see the end of my hair. I was so disappointed, so this is how my hair looks at the end of the day, with all my bantu knots, the Bantu Knots are not perfect, but it doesn't matter that is not the point of this video. Now, I'm taking out all of the hair that I lost from brushing out my hair and you can see how minimal the hair is like this is everything that I have stuck in my brush. It is so minimal because number one I used this detangling brush number two. I properly detangled my hair. When I was washing my hair and three, I think I have mastered the art of detangling, my hair or brushing on my hair. So now it's time for me to take down the Bantu Knots, I just go ahead to take it out and pull my head downwards. There are other itless ways that you can stretch out your natural hair. So if you want to see a video on all of those methods, do make sure to leave a comment in the comment section and I'll try to make a video on that also, while you're at it do not forget to subscribe to my channel, give a thumbs Up to this video, if you've learned a thing or two - and you can also give me a super thanks, giving me a super thanks, directly funds, this Channel, and it helps me to make more videos that will be helpful to you in your natural hair Journey. So this is my hair. After I've taken down all of the Bantu Knots, it looks wild, but it's also stretched out. So what you're going to do is to divide your hair into two sections. Then you pull your head down as you brush it. If you've been noticing throughout this video, whenever I'm brushing my hair, I'm actually pulling my hair down so pulling your hair down, gives your hair the direction that you want it to go. If you pull your hair side to it, then that is the direction your hair is going to go to. So when you're done stretching out your hair, you can do whatever you want, with your hair, put it in a protective style in braids in a ponytail, whatever hairstyle that you want to. I'M so proud of this outcome, and this is something that I'll be doing to my hair when I want my hair stretched out, but I also do not want to use heat on my hair. Thank you guys for watching today's video. I hope you learned this. You know too, and I'll see you in my next one bye,

afro lique: Do you have any no heat way to stretching your hair.

afro lique: Thank you so much for watching today’s video!

BionAvastar3000: Necessity is the mother of invention! The only thing I would add is, if you **lightly** spray each section with water and/or a mousse before wrapping in the bantu knots, they will come out even smoother when you take them down!

ewoma Zino: This really makes a lot of sense

Princess Oh2: How often do you wash your hair?
