Straight Hairstyles For Natural Hair

Hi guys Julia here today, I am coming to you with two hairstyles that you can do on your straight natural hair. I got my hair straightened about two weeks ago and I have been playing around with a few different styles, since it has gotten a little old and I do have a video coming on how I maintain my straight hair, since this is two week old hair and My hair is still holding up good, so stay tuned for that. So first I like to take my comb and just brush just comb, my hair up into a high ponytail, so I'm gon na do that and then I'm going to show you guys next. What I do so after doing that I'll go ahead and take my ponytail and loosely wrap it around into like a top knot, bun, and then I grab a bobby, pin and just pin that bottom part down and just form my bun. However, I want it to be formed and pin it down in certain places just to get the perfect shape. So now that I have the perfect shape for my bun, I go ahead and take my extensions. These are my modern show, hair extensions. They are just some leftover extensions that I had that I didn't use for the wig that I made so I said why not go ahead and make like a little bang up here for my hair, so I went ahead and fold it that hair over took a Few bobby pins and pin that down in the front and make sure you guys that you get black bobby pins. I don't know why. I have these super bobby pins to pin into my hair but make sure you get black ones so that they can blend in. So next I'm going ahead and taking the end of that extension, hair and kind of wrapping it around forming it into like a swoop look and I'm gon na pin the end down and then I'm going to play around with the swoop. Until I get it. Laying perfectly and looking right tonight, I have my swoop looking good, I'm gon na go ahead and take some hairs done, because I think this really makes the hairstyle even cuter, and I'm going to take that or edge control to just apply to those hairs that I Pulled out just to lay them down, so they won't be flying away. Looking all crazy, so yeah this is style one now for style too. I am just gon na put my hair up into a high ponytail again and I'm going to take that same extension track, and then I am going to just wrap it around my ponytail and pin it down as I go so once I have that all pinned Down I'm going to take my hair and just wrap it around and like a top knot, bun again and then I'm going to take that extension, hair and kind of wrap some of the pieces around that middle part and pin it down. So now I have like my little bang look and I thought this was a little bit too thin. So I went ahead and added another piece in. I don't have that clip, but I went ahead and added another piece in at the top and pinned it down. So right now, I'm just showing you how I cut my bangs, so I'm just starting off at the bottom, cutting a little bit off at a time because I didn't want to chop too much off and then mess up my beans. So I went ahead and I got the perfect length and I just grabbing my shears and just cutting the hair to get it with the perfect look. Now you could go ahead and leave the hair like this, because I think this is cute too, but I am going to go in with my curling wand and add a little bit more curls to this bang to make it look cuter. So yes, just continue on until you feel good about how it looks - and I am good with this and just play around with your curls - to get it looking right and this is style 2. So that is about it.
