3 Easy Back To School Hairstyles For Short Natural Hair (Collab)

So before I get to the hairstyles, I know I'm gon na have a lot of questions about my braids out, so I have in the Shea Moisture leave-in conditioner and I cleanse my hair with the OGX Quinton curls and I lay down my baby edges with this. Softy protein styling gel this is the classic and I just use a toothbrush, and I lay my hair down with a silk scarf now underneath my scarf, I have four braids and they're medium sized braids and they don't have to be like extremely neat to come out. Nice, so I'm using some of this anti breakage keratin oil by OGX, to lay down my hair and to soften it a bit before I begin to under the braid, while taking down the braids, I'm taking one strand at a time to make sure I don't puff Out my hair and get a nice defined curl and once I have all of my braids out, I'm going to fluff up my hair to add volume. I have like fine hair, I would say so. I really need to fluff it up to make it look and I'm taking a bit of that oil to smooth out the end and minimize the poofiness you'll need bobby pins for all of the styles we're doing today. This first hairstyle is my go-to. I love it. So much it's very sexy and edgy, and that's really really important for me when I'm wearing my natural hair. So I'm going to start by twisting up my sides with a simple twist and I'm going to secure the twist with bobby pins once my twists are secure. I'M going to maneuver my hair and the position I feel is most flattering, and that is the first look. This next hairstyle is a simple and edgy updo and I love it so much so. The first step is the same as the first hairstyle I'm going to twist the sides of my hair and I'm going to secure the twist with bobby pins, and this step is different. I'M going to twist up the back of my hair and I'm going to secure that twist with the bobby pin as well. You can leave your updo like this, but you can also accessorize with flowers or barrettes, and I really love using flowers, especially in the summertime. So for our last hairstyle we're going to do a hump and two side twist and pull outs and bangs. So I'm going to start by pulling out my side, bangs and sectioning off my hump and forming it. And then I'm going to secure it with bobby pins and then I'm going to do two sites list and I'm going to secure the twist with bobby pins. As you can see, I love pinning up my sides. I would cut my hair into like a mohawk style, but I would rather do you like the faux hawk, I'm just going to shape my hair and that's it.
