How I Finger Detangle And Retwist My Protective Hairstyle For Longer Natural Hair/Length Retention

Hey Beauties, finger detangling is a key aspect of my length retention plan. I saw longer natural hair since doing more detangling and ditching the combs. In today's video I retwist and finger detangled my type 4 natural hair while adding some light weight moisture.

I used the Giovanni leave in conditioner

Hi guys in today's video I will be taking down these old twists, I'll, be retwisting them so I'll be definitely finger, detangling, moisturizing and retwisting. Now I do not like to wear twists as a protective style. I like the way they look when I do them. Small and they look poofy and nice, but unfortunately, for me, twists tend to lock really quickly. In my hair, I prefer to braid my hair. I do need a trim guys just to cut the ends. So here's the back story. I had in natural box braids for a while for a protective style around three months. I'Ve kept them in for wash my hair deep condition. My hair moisturize, my hair, all, while wearing that protective style. Now that I've taken them out. This is a Giovanni, leave-in, conditioner that I'm using to moisturize and take down these twists. So now that I've taken down my braids, I usually give myself a little break before I reinstall them. So that's why I two strong twists two strand twists, usually last me like for two to three days before they start locking up on me. So it ends why I'm taking them down doing some finger detangling, removing some shaded, hair and retwisting. So I have to wash my hair tomorrow, so I'm not trying to go through my entire moisture routine tomorrow I do have a cross country really and I needed my hair to look a little bit fresh for my photos and also it's overdue for retwisting. So I'm just removing the knots and the Shaded here and twist it right back up. Shrinkage is really all like my hair shrinks. So much, but it doesn't bother me like I embrace my shrinkage, Who We Are together. Foreign foreign foreign, oh my God, make us come together: foreign foreign foreign, then foreign, foreign, foreign, foreign, foreign foreign, as I wave again foreign foreign because again foreign, that's right, foreign ly, we are at the last twist and guys I am exhausted. I don't know if you could tell by the look in my face, but this was a lot of work. I mean I speed up the video, thank God it wasn't so mad. It has before when I just took the braids out - and you know we're removing the shredded here that I had accumulated for over three months, but my God, my hands were tired. I just I'm just happy that I'm at this point in time where you know it's almost done by the way guys if you have not subscribed to my channel New Growth nachos go ahead and subscribe, ensure that you click that notification Bell. So you can get more content on how to care for your natural hair. Finally finish and shrink it like as soon as I finish twist it up, you just shrink back in place, but I'm happy I'm finally done until next time. Guys remember. Jesus loves you so be very good. Bye, okay,
