So my hair has been in for about a month now, which is on average, how long I usually keep my hair Twisted. So in this video I'm going to show you how I maintain my hair all while living in my car welcome to drifton into Freedom. Now, some of the things that I use to detangle, my hair in fact is castor oil. I find that it really helps to loosen up the twist, especially since they've been in for a couple of weeks, and you can't get out those knots. If you don't have a safety pin, this is my go-to detangler tool, foreign. Thank you now, of course, this is my next day hair. It took me about five hours to take my hair out as well as detangle it now. I ended up wearing this style for another week, just because I didn't have time to actually redo my twist and the moment we've been waiting for time to do that hair. I am a henna girl. I use henna every time I redo my hair and the brand that I use now is called New Pur. It has nine herbs which are amazing. Now, overall, henna promotes hair growth. It also helps thicken your hair. It makes it stronger, plus it's a natural dye. So it's great for naturally coloring your hair, especially if you want to get rid of those gray hairs time to go, mix the product. Let'S go now when it comes to mixing henna, I only use water overall, I've been doing henna now for maybe eight years now. I love it and I definitely do not put any types of chemicals on my hair at all. Henna is such an amazing treatment for my hair. So if you're looking for an all-natural hair product, you definitely want to go ahead and research, henna foreign consistency, foreign. We want to get as many lumps out of this as possible now, since we're heading over to the gym. I usually just prepare this so that I can put it in my bag foreign, along with some shower caps, gloves and a few bags, because we definitely are going to need that. My hat that I'm gon na put on afterwards a towel and we also have the shampoo and conditioner already in there as well foreign. Now when it comes down to washing my hair, as you can see here, I do have it in twist. It just makes it easier when it comes down to washing it, because when I wash it Loose, It Tangles up a lot, it's easier for me to leave it in a Twist, and then I can just shampoo it that way: foreign laughs foreign conditioner that I use. I use the Aussie paraben free Miracle, moist shampoo, with avocado and jojoba oil for dry hair, so my hair tends to dry up a lot, so I'm always trying to figure out different ways to add a little moisture to my hair and both these shampoo and conditioner Work amazing wonders for my hair type foreign foreign at this point, I'm just going to go ahead and untwist it so that I can make sure that the shampoo gets evenly distributed throughout my hair foreign. At this point, we're going to leave the conditioner on my hair for one to two minutes. Thank you, FAQ foreign. Thank you, foreign. Now, since henna is a die, I usually try to use about two gloves per hand. Otherwise, you're gon na walk around with orange hands and believe me, I have done that plenty of times foreign foreign foreign. Now I'm going to go ahead and add the shower cap to my head generally, I like to use about three shower caps and three bags, especially since it's gon na be on my head for a couple of hours now when it comes down to leaving henna. In my hair, if I'm doing it that same day, I usually like to keep it in my hair for six hours now there have been times when I've actually slept with him in my hair. So in that case I would usually leave it in for about 8 to 12 hours. Honestly, it just depends, but I try not to go over 12 hours only because I don't want my hair to be dried out completely foreign foreign to physically doing my hair. I either like to go to an Airbnb or a hotel just to make it easier so that I have enough space to actually relax and do my hair, because when it comes down to me, actually twisting my hair, it can actually take me several hours to actually Finish so in my case, doing my hair in my car is not really something I care to do foreign. Take the henna out of my hair. I usually like to do a deep conditioner. As you can see here, I use shea moisture intensive, hydration hair mask, which is great, especially if you have thick hair and sometimes I might mix it with some oils. But in this example I just use the actual deep conditioner by itself, foreign foreign. So when it comes down to leaving the conditioner in my hair, I usually leave it in for about 45 minutes foreign. Now, when it comes down to my leave-in conditioner, I do like to mix it up and add a few oils as well as aloe vera juice, foreign conditioner, I'll, be using not today by Kinky Curly. Now, when it comes down to oils, I use castor oil, foreign and honestly, whatever oil I have available at the time. In this case, it's almond oil foreign. Now, when it comes down to what products I use to twist my hair, believe it or not, I do use grease sometimes or shea butter, but in this case I'm just gon na go ahead and twist. My hair with shea butter - and I know grease, can be frowned upon in the natural Community, but, to be honest, I use whatever my hair responds well too, and now the fun part detangling my hair. Thank you in this case to make it easier. I just like to put my hair in sections this way when I detangle the section it just makes it a little bit easier to detangle foreign, it's gon na be a long night, so I got ta make sure I got that coffee ready because I'm gon na Need the energy foreign foreign that day, so I detangled my hair and went ahead and put it in braids foreign, but now we're going to go ahead and take out the braids so that we can start the twisting process. Thank you. So once again, I'm gon na go ahead and put my hair in sections. Thank you, since it takes me a couple hours to do my hair. I usually like to put on a good movie, I think, on this specific day, I was watching Jenny and Georgia really cool Show on Netflix, so you definitely want to check it out. Foreign foreign foreign. Thank you, foreign. Thank you. Thank you, foreign. Thank you, foreign foreign yeah that thing's so vibrant. I wan na know. If you can give me the keys to your heart baby. All I need is you all I need. Is you right next to me good Friday she's? She need me like heartbeat drive me to bed like a RV hugging, the curves on the body you bring the heat like Wasabi promise not to test your heart. Never we just can't be kept apart. Yeah yeah, maybe you're the best by far always got the extra mile foreign and here are the final results. The energy got me going. I love wearing this hairstyle because there's so many different hairstyles that I can do with it. I think so far. If I want to, I can wear my hair up or down just depending on my mood. Usually I leave my twist in for four to six weeks and then, after that I usually retwist it again. If you want to know what event I actually went to you. Definitely want to check out my next video anyway. I hope that you enjoyed this video, don't forget to like comment down below.
