Hi guys welcome to the lux a hair channel. My name is Layla. If you haven't seen any videos with me, it's been a very long time that I've done any tutorials for luxy hair. Many many years ago, when LexA here first began my sister Mimi and I created this channel and we used to do tutorials together and then I decided to leave and go explore other options and I've started my own channels on YouTube. If you'd like to check out my channels, I will link that down below and as for today, there has been a lot of requests to create some curly hair tutorials. So I thought that I will create some very easy tutorials that basically anybody can do for naturally curly haired girls. It'S very easy because your hair will already be curly and you don't have to do anything except create the styles for anybody who likes these styles and wants to wear their hair curly. You can totally do this. The way I did my hair used to be curly, not this pretty curly but more of like a wave and then it kind of lost this way over the years. So what I've done prior to the video is, I have curled my hair using a small half inch curling iron and took very small sections and curled my entire hair. I believe I've actually done that tutorial years ago, so you can search for that or it really really is simply just take very small sections wrapping around the curling iron and there you go so without further ado we're going to begin. But before we do, I want to just mention the few tools that you're going to need to create. These looks so we're going to be needing some bobby pins that match your hair color we're going to be needing some small elastics that also match your hair color and these little clips or any clips really for that matter. For one of the hair styles and then a mirror, if you are doing this on yourself, you'll likely need a mirror to check in another mirror what it looks like. So that's it. Let'S begin with the first hairstyle. So the first thing you want to do is decide how you want to part your hair sort of part of this way. And if you want a more of a Messier, look you're going to want to leave few strands of hair sort of like face-framing few pieces, and you want to grab a section of hair that you're going to be twisting back. So here I have this section of hair and again I'm going to turn around for this. So you can see what I'm doing in the back. So here have the section and what I'm going to start doing is simply twisting it upwards in an upwards motion. So just keep twisting away until you reach the end. Once you get to the end, you're going to want to grab a bobby, pin and secure that to your head, so use as many bobby pins as you need to have the twist securely attached to your head and now that we have the one side complete we're Going to do exactly the same thing on the second side, so again you can leave a few pieces out around your face if you'd like to, I feel like for me on the side, I'm not going to do that, so I'm simply going to grab a section Of hair on this side as well separate that and start twisting the way so again, you're going to want to twist upwards and keep twisting until you reach the end. So once you get to the end of your hair you're going to want to place that over the first twist and you're going to want to hide at the end right underneath the first twist so you're just going to bring that under and sort of position it Over the first twist and you're, going to grab a a bobby, pin and secure that as well, so once you're done securing the second twist to your head, this look is complete you so for this style again, I'm going to turn around and what we're going to Be doing is creating twisted little buns and it's securing them to the head. So, depending on how much hair you have, we might have between four to five. So again, I'm going to turn around I'm going to grab my bobby pin and let's begin alright. So, for the first section you want to grab the hair throughout the temples a little bit higher than the temples separated with your fingers, gather the hair in the back and start twisting the hair. Just like that very simple twist and as you twist, you want to start creating a little bit of a bun and then, when you get to the end of the hair, just twist, all the way to the end and high fat underneath the lower bond that you Just create it so when you're done and you feel like it's in the right place, grab a few bobby pins and just secure the spine. The twisted bun to your head and when you're doing the bobby pins go underneath, so that they are not visible and just secure the bun to your head. You might need one or two, depending on how thick your hair is. So just do it do as many as you need until you feel that the bun is secure. Okay for the next section again you're going to grab the hair now at the temples and just bring it to the back you're separating it with your fingers. Just like that, bring it to the back and right below the first one again you're going to start twisting it here, just like that, easy twist and again, as you're twisting you're going to start forming a little bun, try to keep them centered so just like in The middle of your head, like that twist and create a little bit of a bun just like that and again when you get to the end of your hair just twist the ends and hide them. Underneath the bun again look at the steps and secure this bun to your head using bobby pins as many as you need. Okay. So now that you have these two again you're going to repeat the process until you get to the bottom of your hair. So I think I have enough hair here to do two more. So I'm going to section that off with my fingers, grab the hair and start twisting again, as I twist I'm going to start forming a little bun and then again we're going to hide the ends of the hair underneath and secure to the head using bobby pins. Okay, so now I have my last section and again we're going to repeat the process just grab. The remaining hair start twisting and form a little bun right, underneath this one and secure to the head using bobby pins. So once you secure the bottom twisted bun, the look is complete.
