BEST HEATLESS CURLS WITH THIS?!

Today, I'm reviewing a product that is supposed create frizz-free, smooth and super soft heatless curls. Will this product live up to the advertisement? I applied the product into my hair before braiding it. Slept overnight and by morning I had nice looking, somewhat "beachy" curls. Have any of my tried this product and what do we think of the results?

Today, I'm going to test that are really awesome product for heatless curls. This is the braid bomb by a beach waver, and I saw this all over social media and they did send this to me. So thank you, Beach waver, but I'm really curious because they say it's a product that really helps to create those beautiful effortless, heatless curls that are super beachy and textured, but their frizz free, they're super soft and they're very manageable. So I'm really curious to see how this will work on my hair overnight, so you can apply this on either your damp or your dry hair like mine right here. How to you this product is apply it from your roots, to the ends of your hair. To get the maximum benefits from this product does that smell too bad? It'S a very lightweight, and I am going to do a Dutch braid for this. So that's the outer sections going underneath the middle sections and I'm I'm going to try to keep it nice and tight all right. So it does leave a little like a tacky feeling. I can feel it and in in my hair as well when I was braiding. Some parts, it was kind of difficult to kind of section it and spread it with my hands and kind of get stuck a little bit, but it wasn't that bad. I'M excited to see what this is gon na look like to see if it works like a mousse or like more of like a gel that will help you keep that curl as for as long as possible. If your hair is naturally straight. So let's go to bed, it is now 10:20 p.m. and I will see you guys tomorrow morning and I'm excited to see what happens and the more. I was smelling it as smells like bread. There smells like some kind of yeasted product it's finally morning time and I'm so excited to take these braids out. Let'S quickly, look at them see how they lasted honestly. They lasted pretty dang good in comparison to just regular braids. I feel like. I would just have way more frizz happening because of the friction you know with the pillow and your sleep and last night I slept pretty crazy. I didn't really have a deep sleep, because I was so worried about the braids and honestly. I did them a little too tight through the back of my head, so it's a little painful, but I do want to say that my hair does have a stick like a tacky feeling. So that's the one thing I'm kind of kind of nervous about. I feel like maybe I applied too much product in there. They'Re sticky they're, definitely not as soft they're very like you can feel the product in the hair. I feel like. Maybe I'm just trying to think ahead in the future. I would take bigger sections, so the curls would not be asked tight, so they'd be more beachy and not extremely tight and then next time I would braid it closer to the front of my head then going towards the back, but it's definitely not making my hair Softer is what they said. This would do like you can literally feel the product in your hair. It does not feel that great all right. It'S quickly look at it before I brush it out and I brush it out before I kind of work it with my hands and fingers all right. Let'S check it out, it's gon na quickly brush it through my fingers are having a hard time kind of combing through the hair, just because that tacky feeling so kind of gets stuck in it on some of them. It'S painful, I'm gon na flip, my head upside down kind of try to work the roots right here I mean this is straight up the eighties vibe. Honestly, it's making the curls look better. It'S not they're, not as frizzy. So that's a huge, huge positive. There is several things I would do differently with this product, so the first one being less is more. I think I don't know I felt like I applied a little bit too much product to my hair. That'S why maybe it's having a hard time not having a hard time I mean it is that kind of product it has a tacky feeling it kind of has like that mousse feeling, with a hybrid of like a gel or a pomade. Just I'm not loving it. I'M not liking the feeling, that's the whole thing and just touch it. It'S just sticky like the hair is sticking to my skin. If it's like falling out so and the next time for myself, I would, when I braid my hair I'd braid it closer to the front of my hair front to my head, because some of these parts are here, they're, not curly at all. So it looks a little awkward. So does this product work? Yes, you can see that it does. It definitely created a frizz free, smooth, braids along with frizz free. Well, not a hundred percent frizz-free curls did it create a very smooth bright and smooth curls? No, it didn't. I think this is a little bit better than just a regular mousse in your hair and then taking your braids out, because with the mousse, your hair can tend to get really crunchy and that, like crunchy, sticky feeling. But this is it's not crunchy, but it's not smooth. It'S still sticking a little bit tacky so keep that in mind. But if you're looking for something like this to really smooth the hair up before you braid your hair and you're looking to get something like this, I think this will be really good for like a holiday at the beach or something like a beach vacation. That would be kind of cool, but yeah. I think it's actually a pretty good product. It'S pretty good! I have my own reservations, because I look for somebody very specific in a product when I do braid my hair. I give this product a 7 out of 10 because it's better than a mousse, but it could still be a lot better. So let me know what you guys think overall about this product. If you have do you love it do not love it. What are your thoughts and what do we think of the results? Do we like these curls? Would you like these types of curls, I'm curious about what your thoughts are Andre said it looks pretty good on camera, I'm just looking in the mirror, and there are a lot of things that I would change, but I'm pretty happy with it. You guys a little quick update 36 hours later with the hair. I didn't think I was gon na. Do this update. I didn't want to do this update, but I had to show you guys so I slept with the hair hold on. I have some bobby pins kind of find them in this lion's mane one got him. I had to show you guys what the hair looks like after 36 hours of wear honestly, I'm actually shocked at the longevity of this hair, obviously not all of it. I would say: 90 % of the curls are still there. The only part where it kind of disappeared are right here, but I did mention that I would braid it closer to my hairline next time just to get that really nice curls towards the front of the face and then towards the bottom. Some of the curls have disappeared, as you can see like right here, there's a couple of them that are underneath that are not doing so great but the rest of my hair. I am actually shocked that the curls are still there and I did not wear my hair up in a ponytail or a bunch of sleep I wore down and that's why I'm shocked that the curls are still there, but for now you guys thank you so much For watching spending time with me on this braid bomb and I'll see another one very soon right. You

withinyourwishes: i would love to see it tried with damp hair since it will dilute the product a bit and with bigger braids!

Mollie Kravitz: From a naturally curly girl... you can either SOTC (scrunch out the crunch) or clap out the crunch and that may work better..and there are people who use oil for this as well. Also, running your hands through the curls will automatically add frizz and make your hair bigger. If you don't want it to be big, and want less frizz, don't run your hands through it so much

Erin Bartlett: I would have liked to see one side with the product and the other without. That would be a great comparison to see if the product is actually doing anything or is it just that your hair is damp and you slept with them in. Just a thought! Love your channel

Niki V: I loooove the 80's vibe of this :D I do these kinds of heatless curls all the time cuz they mimic my actual curl pattern but take less effort lol. They do tend to get pretty frizzy, so this is very interesting. Still don't think I'd try it tho, because I hate the feeling of product in my hair.

Rucha: I have short hair and am obsessed with the hairstyles you teach! It takes me time with a lot of arm ache to get them done, but are def worth it and something different. Also thank you for teaching me heatless curls, they're so pretty. Gonna try them soon x

stupor mundi: It would be so interesting to see how this would turn out using less product and maybe some wide rope twisted braids. Because the frizz is really much less than one would expect. This looks like a fun nod to the 1980s... even down to the lack of curl near the roots =D but not necessarily in a bad cheesy way, it's just playful.

A Giles: I just wanted to add that I appreciate the time and effort you and your husband put into producing exceptional and memorable content. Thank you.

KianteWench: I would love to see you try it again with bigger sections, closer towards the middle of the section, Less product, damp etc? Second Impressions FTW!

nancy symns: Love all your videos and YOU! I can’t braid my hair at all like that but you always inspire me with your honest opinions and quirky humor! Love you!!

Rewan Khaled: Your hair is finally getting longer and it looks gorgeous ❤️❤️

Scarletshimmer: Really loving the curls. I would rock them I'm just still trying to learn how to Dutch braid with no luck. The texture puts me off but the lasting power seems awesome.

Kathi Stufflebean: I think it turned out great! I do have to say that you used enough product for at least 2 heads. I think that cutting back on the amount of product would solve your sticky problem.

Serena Bales: Wow! I think the curls look beautiful! Can you do a video on the things you would fix with this product? Just to see the difference?

Katie M: 5:47 such beautiful curls. You look stunning!

Alizza Batres: Those curls look so beautiful on you!! <3

Nancy Hemati: That is the hair I deal with naturally 24/7. I love my hair, but it’s a beast! Thanks for making these videos. They are so informative!

Wash Urhands: It actually looks really good! I honestly really like the curls!

ElanaWolf830: I can't believe that you put 5 PUMPS of this on each side!! I knew that it was going to be very sticky! Maybe redo this without so much product?

samekindofmusic: I think it looks great! I'd be interested to see how it turns out the next time you use it!

Ally Kat: Thank you for your honest reviews! I don’t trust YouTubers who love everything

A Giles: My 80’s self would have loved this! I had very long and thick hair as a teenager and “perms” didn’t really work for me. Instead, I used a thick sticky gel called “dipity-do” and braided my damp hair EVERY night 6-8 French braids. It would look great in the morning, but would frizz by the end of day. I no longer have long hair, but my daughter does, so I echo other comments who would like additional tests. know you recently cut your hair, but maybe your sister, she had long hair in the hair salon video, would test it further: less product, damp and bigger sections, dry and bigger sections, whatever would potentially change the look. Also, instead of braids, maybe twisted sections. I think this has potential and works better than just regular mousse. I agree with another view’s comment, try scrunching it with hands to which you applied argon or another oil.

Dawn Bell: I love the wave in your hair! It came out looking beautiful, at least on camera it did. I agree that perhaps less product would feel less sticky. I hope you give it another try to see if less product would be better.

Julie Howell: I love the look , very beautiful . I am proud I grew up in the 80's . Quick question could you please do a video on make up for us "lovelies" on a tight budget. Like the best budget friendly makeup and the worse . Thanks . Love all your videos.

Jamie Monroe: I think the curls turned out beautiful. I would love to try it and I would definitely wear them curls.

Ana Fiotte: The product looks similar to foam wrap lotion, which you can find in at a cheaper price, starting at $5.

Jordyn Ross: I have tried that stuff multiple times and did different things and it still sucked! It felt like I just had gel or a ton of hairspray in there. I would just recommend a curl cream and then braid it when it’s damp.

Teresa Wise: I love the idea of this! Can you try it again with a larger, looser braid that might create a beachy, lived-in look?

Cindy Snow: Omg, I wore my wavy/ curly hair like this a long time ago when I was young. Looks good on you but I'm not sure that I want to add so much product to my hair anymore. I also cannot Dutch braid that well.

MrsLoretta: I love the look on you!!! makes you look like you have a ton of hair...I think if you wet your hair and used less product you might really like it....You are so cute you can wear your hair anyway...You are the Queen of Braids...If you an Andre ever have a daughter she will have the cutest hairstyles in school...lol Hugs Loretta

Uptowngirl - Jennifer: I think your curls turned out beautiful!!

Karina Rix: If you do the braid really tight still but then pancake them you get beautiful waves and a more beachy look xx

AQ Supergirl: Braid curls are my all time favoritei love them and i do them very oftenwithout any product.

purple fan: It looks amazing!

Bonnie Anderson: I totally love the look!!

Kathy Lozito: I just have to comment again. I don't know if you realized this, but your two braids ended up perfectly even.WOW

Adrianna Ch: I mean I'm not surprised your hair is sticky... You soaked your dry hair with a ton of hair mousse

Sam Wainwright: I would have liked to have seen 1side with product and 1 side without so we could see a comparison.

Yolanda D: I think it looks nice on your hair

Brittney N: You can pull anything off! I think they're really cute but definitely an 80s vibe. I'd love to see you do another video when you try it with less product and bigger sections.

Tayee!! SlimSadie!!: I love you I love your videos they are very informative and entertaining to watch thank you for making awesome videos!

Ashlynn Barber: Revisit this product!!! Damp hair, less product, looser braids, towards the front of the head!

singergrrl77: Can you please try this again? I think it has so much potential! I’m looking to buy this! Tysm

Cheryl Przychocki: I think this looked good on you. Love frizzless curls.

Raj kamal: You just sleep with the little bit wet hair along with the braids and in the next morning you will see the voluminous hair with curls. This is my experience. Love you

Tamara Morton: Mhwah back to you! (because you threw us a kiss) I, personally, would not like the hair immediately following the braiding but liked it much better after 36 hours. It looked cute, especially for summer.

Anna Lisa: I love your honest review

La Familia Barajas Villa: It looks beautiful, if I would do this I’ll use less product.

Shelley2655: I agree, I think you should apply the product on damp hair. It look's really good. I love it!!!

Siobhán K.: I guess if you have straight hair and want curls, try it. As always though I’m glad my hair is naturally curly.

Holly Madsen: Omg ur hair looks so pretty! It's so much longer in this vidoe than ur older ones. It's so pretty.

Cheryl Rivers: Omg! About a minute before you said "80s vibe" I was totally thinking, Oh...looks like 80s hair!

Reina: Been waiting so freakin long for a video like this ❤️

Janis Reeves: I would live to see an update with using less products. I even thought you were using to much, but figured you had read the label. I love the curls!!

Francine Dake: Maybe instead of running your fingers through your hair - try just scrunching the curls like us curly girls have to do. Love the look /idea of this product. Would love to see an update with the bigger sectioned braid.

Trice Lehmann: I would like to see a looser braid to get a more beac wave look vs. 1980’s. Maybe less product as well.

Iyana Cantrell: You rock these curls! Btw, can you do some more hair tutorials, I'm cutting my hair soon to about your length and I need some inspiration for hairstyles!

majid mn: I'm totally sure that I can't find a perfect channel like this one

Lady Amber: I have seen a life hack, where you use clean/new dish sponges to heatlessly curl your hair. I have also seen where if you add beer to your shampoo, it is supposed to give you additional 'volume and shine. Sounds interesting. Can you try it for us?

Evelyn Encarnación: Definitely will try. Thank you!!!

T C: The curls are really nice!! These curls are the ones that girls currently like to have here in London!

Amanda W: This is my natural hair texture. So interesting how ppl find it either charming or call it a rat’s nest. It’s very polarizing!

MsLilacLover1: Oh, that was totally my hair in the 80's.... I love it lol

Linda Johnson: You look darling! In the 80's I had a spiral perm with long hair and this kinda brought back that vibe. Currently my hair is straight and to my elbows in the front (the longest I've ever grown it) and I could use some volume but IDK how to braid like you. I wonder if there's something else that'd give me volume. Does twisting(?) damp hair with product at bedtime vavoom hair?

Dancingirl: HARD NEED! I love 80's hair and I also love it on you! Now the question is: Is this product vegan (meaning plant-based and cruelty-free)?

Lori Latiolais: The product is a bit pricey for me - is there anything else that could possibly be comparable to it that I can get at a drugstore or Walmart?

Marce Land: Unfortunately this is how my natural hair is like (curl wise). I don’t like wearing my hair naturally because of the feeling of products needed to keep my hair frizz free. I was born in the 80’s but damn if I was a teen or young woman during that time I’d have the best hair ever!

Aglaee Magana: Honestly I like it. I have super straight hair and it’s difficult to curl. No matter what product I use, curls just fall after an hour or so. And I’ve always wanted curly hair. I love this look.

Debbie Chambers: Your hair is soooo long now! Impressed with how long the curls stayed curly

Ally Kat: I love the hair at 36 hrs! You remind me of the Polish model / Miami housewife Joanna Krupa here. Your hair was so long! It’s really pretty but I definitely like the shorter style on you. It suits your face and bubbly personality Love all your videos!

Debbie CS: It’s like a perm. It looks nice, but would like to see you do it again for a beachy wave look.

Divineservent s: I luv your hair! Curious to know if this will work on my African American hair. Think I might try...

Sarai Youguez: Your hair is so pretty!

Kathy Lozito: I'm sorry but your hair looks like Annie or beachy if caught in a sandstorm. I love your hair straight with a turn under at the bottom OR soft and with gentle waves. You are. without a doubt, the best braider out there, including the pros.

Alona Tytarenko: Your curls look great! Try to make an S-form braid on your head and it's gonna be even more volume)

Suzette Smith: I did have curls like that in the early 90's late 80's. And I think you used too much. But less next time and I would like to see you try that

Kristie Whitwell: I love it!!!

thedebsmile S: I love it looks nice .. wish you would do a step by step how to braid your own hair.. I struggle

Jessica M: I think you'd have even better results with damp/ fairly wet hair. I had naturally curly hair, and mousse did amazing things with wet hair, birds nest with dry hair lol. I would like to see an updated version if you try it. And with less product. I wonder if a dry shampoo would help with the tackiness after you style it. I have an extremely short pixie, and won't be using this product either way, but it's very interesting lol

Norma Spencer: This is a really cute look.

Tyra Walters: I wish I could braid my hair like that but I can't. I've tried so many times even trying to get my hair wet and for some reason I just can not do it and it makes me upset because I would love to wear my hair naturally wavy like that

Helen Muckle: I have done this many times with my hair, which is very fine but with frizzy curl and it does not hold a curl. I never use product, just wash hair and when damp I french braid but do at least 4 braids. Next morning take the braids out no tacky feeling and beautiful soft curls. No need for any product. I have done it with one braid down the middle of my head and that gave an even softer look I do not make the braids too tight.

Bj Bobbi Jo: I love it!

Last Light: Looks awesome though!!!!

Strwberypi Ashley Nabbefeld: Future Halloween costume idea - hot pink and blue eye shadow with a vibrant leotard and you are ready for Halloween!

Zoe Faulkner: Ooo interesting, you zig zagged your parting. I'm assuming this was so the waves fell better when you took them out? Will try this ❤❤❤ cant believe how long your hair is getting xxx

skyler Lane: What if you use with hair rollers? Soft foamy ones

Denise Thames: Looks like you got a perm from the 80’s ! Been there done that! After the 36 hours ... looks like a relaxed perm from the 80’s.

Lynn Downey: Oh girl I am getting a total Madonna vibe. Love your vids. Thanks a bunch. Peace and love xo

Domingo Garica jacinto: Omg hair getting long love it

Anushka Malviya: Hey can we do this curls without actually spending so much time? Please also make the video on that.. because I love this hairstyle & I also know this 12 hours hack for doing this hairstyle...but I want to do it in less time..

Yaz: I wanted to ask if you know any really good curling irons for under $40

Camille Coopersmith: I love your hair looks good

Taylor Riccucci: I’m actually getting Tori Kelly vibes! I really like it on you!

Hairstyles by Josipa: Tha curls are amazing!

Brandy Howell: With any curly products you have to scrunch the crunch out

Emily likes biscuits: Omg love the 80s perm style

Meghan Myers: You should've done a more controlled test. Apply the product to only half of your hair, braid both sides the same and go from there. Try different braiding styles, etc. You can't base your opinion off of a one time use.

Sunny Y: Yay yay yay yay!!!! I’m so excited for this!!

aehovis: Now that your hair is longer, this tight wave is flattering. But I can see what you’re talking about.

Susan Russell: I want you to come to my house and show me how to braid my own hair. I always did my daughters hair in so many different ways. She was the barbie head I never got. Why cant I do my own?
