The summertime is finally upon us, which means beautiful skies. The constant need for a fan, preferably one without as much dust as mine, constant thirst preparing for summer tans and summer bodies having some fun, even if it means something as simple as blowing bubbles. But what else does summertime mean jacked up hairstyles hair in the summertime is leh struggle. However, you guys already know I'm prepared with some hacks to keep you guys laying through the season. Girls are looking extra nice today. This is perfect. This wouldn't even Blair, hey guys. Today'S video is part two for my sweat proof summer series: it's not really a series, it's just two videos, but you know I went over some sweat proof hacks for your makeup and today we're doing here. This is really especially important if you have curly hair, because curly hair is already the struggle as it is, but when you add sweat, humidity heat, it just gets all kinds of serious. So hopefully, my hacks and tips in this video today will help you guys out, as always before I get into the tips, make sure to hit the subscribe button and the post notification bells that you never miss a thing, but we're just gon na get right into You looky here hacks already, your hair is a frizzy mess, but you're not out of luck, because there are some tips you guys can follow to sweat-proof your hair, the first one being to braid yeah. So I washed my hair. I have it fresh and wash freshly frizzy and I'm gon na section my hair into two parts. Now you don't have to be very neat with this and, as you can see, I'm struggling because my OCD wants me to be neat with this, but you totally don't have to and what we're gon na do is we're going to do a double style, French braid. So if you guys don't know how to do this, you basically suction your hair into three different sections. You'Re gon na take the front section and you're gon na cross it underneath the center section and then take it back section and also cross that Mme this intersection and you're basically continuing this. However, you're picking up hair from underneath the original sections, as you do this to add to them, so I'm picking up some hair taking the front section again crossing it underneath the center and then I'm going to pick up more hair from the back and take the Back section and cross it underneath the center - and I tried to be very particular here and show you guys slowly, but it is hard to trace this just because I have black curly hair. So I apologize that I don't have highlights or anything that makes it a little easier. But you can do this if you have straight or curly hair and I like braiding my hair in the summertime, because not only does it look super cute, but if you start sweating you're, almost kind of styling your hair, in a sense also. I would like to note that I did know or injure my chin until about now, so I went to go fix that because that's unfortunate um, but after I fixed it, you have your braid you're gon na do this to both sides and again the braids. You can sweat in, but it kind of styles and leaves your hair wallet and that's that which is super cool. So I did both of my hair and braids and you'll feel like Pippi longstockings. But I felt like I don't like Snoop Dogg. So something kind of hopes he'll like to do is I take the braids cross them behind each other in the back of my head and then just tuck in the ends, and it creates this really cute hairstyle up. Do you thing? That'S super easy, but if you want a little bit more of a secure set with this, you can just take a hair tie and tie the braids together into a little bun and then tuck the bun into itself, and that creates a more secure hairstyle for if You'Re sweating or working out now tip number two is super easy and not just embracing some silk and satin. So I like to wear a satin bonnet. When I go to sleep, you look really ridiculous, but it's really nice because it inside has a silk material that helps to protect the hair. And so, if you sweat in your sleep, which is something I don't think I do but just in case you do, it protects your hairstyle and you don't really sweat out your hair because it's not on cotton but during the daytime. If you don't wan na wear a bonnet, you can wear a silk or satin head scarf and you can either wear it as a head scarf or as a headband to protect your hair tip number three is really cool and it's all about texturizing spray. So you can use this as a dry shampoo instead, because not only will it add some freshness to your hair, but it'll also help to keep it mattified without having that weird white residue, since it's not dry, shampoo and tip number four goes along with some hacks. So this is just using coconut oil as a mask. It helps to retain moisture so that your hair doesn't absorb it from the air tip. Number five is my favorite, because no one thinks to do this, but if your hair is at a loss, you can always put down your edges and it just makes any hairstyle look really good. So I don't like to use gel for edges, though I like to use to weird things, so I either take castor oil because it's thick and it can promote hair growth on your edges at the same time or if I'm in a pinch and feeling really bougie I'Ll use some night moisturizer both are great because they put down your edges, but they also add that effect. The night moisturizer doesn't clog. Your pores and the cached oil helps to grow your edges, so you can't go wrong with these plus. Neither of them leave that really weird heavy, like crustiness, that some gels can so here I'm using the castor oil and I couldn't find my brush. I am using a blank clean, mascara wand, but you can just see the difference that I just think so that is my fifth and final tip, so those are my sweat proof, hair hacks. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. As always. Let me know in the comments: if you have any additional hacks and I'll see you guys next time I am done. I finished filming that under 10 minutes surprises. I think yes I'll see you guys next time bye guys. I should have known from the get-go that this is just gon na, be the story times of aching. I got added by someone whose username I kid you not was big beef, I'm not making this up. I can't make this up.
