Hi lovelies. What do you guys think of my new cut? Definitely will take some getting used to. Let me know down below how you short hair ladies wrap your hair at night!

Hey guys so, as you can see, I have cut to my hair yeah, just because for no reason at all, just because I'm very impulsive, so I'm just going to be talking about why I did that and just showing you how I style it and everything like That so, if you would like to see all that, then just keep watching so starting out the night before. Basically, I've just been kind of experimenting with different ways to wrap my hair, and this time it didn't work out that way. I wrapped it kind of crazy. So not to fix everything if you guys have any suggestions on how to rap really really short hair. Just let me know so. I don't have to apply heat on it, but I just got just cut like a couple days ago, so I'm still getting used to it, but basically I'm going through with a small straightener and then a big straightener just to get the little pieces but yeah, I'm Not going to lie, I'm not really feeling this cut that much it wasn't what I wanted. I actually wants to go a bit shorter. I show my stylist these pictures and she pretty much did whatever she wanted. I wanted it to be a little more sleek and sexy like a little shorter edgy look, but she kind of did whatever she wanted and then, when I told her that I wanted it to be shorter, she was like well we're just gon na have to wait Until you get a perm, so I wasn't too happy about that, especially because she had my back turned the whole time. So I couldn't really put my input in on how I wanted to cut, but it's okay, it's just cut hair will grow back. I don't want to cut it anymore, even though I did want it shorter. I don't want to cut it anymore. I think I'm just going to let it grow out. I'M honestly thinking about just putting my hair into sewing for like the next year and just letting it grow out and whatever I don't know, it's not ugly cut. It'S not ugly, and I mean you just have to be confident in whatever you rock it's not ugly. It'S just not really what I wanted, and it just feels so different. I'Ve never had my hair sure I've always pretty much had long hair but yeah. This is just a really quick video on how I'm dyeing my hair as late and yeah, like I said, just leave suggestions if you know how to sleep with super short hair at night, and I will see you guys next time -

Taylor Rogers: my hair is the same length and I can't wait for it to grow out(I hate the in between stage of not a pixie but not a bob either) and honestly the best thing to do is about 10-12 pin curls or wrap it in a circle wrapping it in the direction of the shorter side if that makes sense
Lauryn.C: I love this style on you. When I cut my hair that short I was not able to wrap it so I would tuck the longer pieces behind my ears and put my silk bonnet on. I never experienced any dents or bad hair days. I hope this works for you too.
Adrianne Munroe: I had this same exact cut last summer and it was as so frustrating trying to rap it up at night but all you need to do is brush it back and tie it down with a satin scarf and you're good!!! No dents and the bump/curl still stays. Hope this helped

DEmpress88: Your hair is really cute! I love it! Also, you ladies inspired me to give a another chance to try and have healthy relaxed hair again, after being a fed up natural for 7 years. After relaxing my hair and looking back at pics from when I first relaxed my hair to now a year later, and documenting my hair health along the way, I just went ahead and cut off all my relaxed hair to go back natural. My hair was not thriving at all it was breaking and it was shorter and thinner and by the looks of it I would have to trim all the time just to try and get the fullness back (which I did into a bob) I couldn't even lay down on my bed and get up without losing like 10 strands just from that sudden movement. Plus, I haven't seen so much hair on the floor for since been relaxed compared to my 7 years of being natural and honestly I was done trying to fool myself. Big chopped and I have never been so happy to be natural now! I literally wash n go and I'm so looking forward to every step of my journey and all the growth stages inbetween!! Some people hair can thrive with relaxers and mines is just not one of them.

Kamri Pinkney: My hair is short and relaxed too and I "classic" wrap it. I take the wrap brush and wrap it around in a circle. It works soooo good! I only have to put heat on 1-2 times a week!

K A N N E: When my bob was shorter, instead of the flatiron, I used a 2 in barrel curling iron and put curls in my hair after a fresh wash, moisturized the curls, wrapped and went to bed. Everyone has always asked have I gone to get my hair blown out. I still use that method today for my long bob. The curls, form to your head in the right direction as you are combing in the cone to wrap, leaving little to no flyaways or straight ends

The lady who did my hair was basically saying "oh I don't want to cut it that short because you have such long hair and that's a big transition." and i'm like ".....but that's not what I asked you." I legit wanted mine cut like Megan Good in Intruder. But apparently I have "Long hair" and it's a "Big transition." =/
Raederle Lemoine: This cut is nice but I know the feeling of wanting what to want. When my hair was short like that I would pin curl my hair with my fingers and secure it with bobby pins. You basically roll in the direction you want the curls to fall. Works wonders.

Instead - I pin curl my side bang, then comb my hair behind my ears (right side goes right and left side goes left) and around the back of my head..fix both sides with a long clip. I then use a Velcro hair wrapping scarf, once in place I slip the clips out! In the morning I just comb and go!' ....

Jasmine: My hair is cut just like this and what I usually do is comb all of my hair to the back and put it in a low ponytail with a rubber band then tie it down with a scarf and when I wake up I take the scarf and rubber band off. And if there are any marks from the rubber band I sometimes will go over that area with the flat iron or blow my my hair downwards on cool and it'll knock the bumps right out.

beautxpain: The cut looks nice on you. How do you keep the swoop in the front? The front of mine kinda stays flat. I had mine cut this short from shoulder length about 3 months ago. I had no idea how to wrap it cos I was used to cross-wrapping. The only thing that kept it semidecent was coming it all back and wrapping the scarf over it keeping the ends bent down and to keep a bit of bump when I woke up. But still found myself having to apply a bit of heat almost everyday which I hate. I'm used to only applying heat every other week! Now its grown a teeny bit more enough for me to do a regular wrap round the head which gives me nice volume. As much as I loved the cut when I first had it I would avoid going that short again because of the nightly wrapping situation and high-maintenance.

Rasheika Atkins: Looks good though. To wrap I would say pin curl the front piece that you want feathered. For the sides wrap them both toward the middle of your head. Essentially a variation of cross wrapping for short hair.

Stephanie Lyons: U could just comb to the back, and put scarf on, but the best way is to wet it, add setting lotion, on natural or relaxed hair, then its much easier to wrap. Also if u have a side part the best way to start your wrap would be to go the direction were the most hair is, that way when u come around to the front, not so thick.
