Flexi Rods On Relaxed Hair ♡

Why testify testify, or as it is this fun? That'S why this vibe? What'S up golden gang? Welcome back to another video today, I will be showing you guys how I flexi brought my hair. This video was requested on my wash day routine, so I was like I'm gon na give y'all what y'all want to see and I'm gon na go ahead and show you guys how I flexi ride my hair. If you are wondering how I wash my hair, I do have a separate video. I will put the link up right now and if you are interested in how I provide hot oil treatments for myself, I will also put another link. They will not be in this video, so you do have to exit out this video and see how I get my hair prep without further ado. If you are interested in how to get voluptuous, flexi walk curls, then just keep watching alright guys, starting off with clean hair. Of course, as you can see, I really need a relaxer, but I will be using hair lotion, Moroccan oil, a wide tooth comb and, of course, flexi rods. So I'm going to go ahead and place a good amount of hair lotion into my hands and I like to add my Moroccan call you and just go ahead and apply this to my hair. A look I'm just applying both the hair lotion and the Moroccan oil, and I scrunched up the bottoms to make sure that my ends are getting moisturize as well, so I'm gon na go ahead and part my hair down the middle. If you know me, I find it's very easy to work in two sides: I'm gon na go ahead and a pin up the other side to get it out of my way. So you guys, let me just go ahead and tell you that you do not need to have the perfect parts in order for your flexi rods to come out nice, you will see that my parts are not 100 % straight and symmetrical. That is not what matters. What matters is that you're making sure that your hair is nice and detangled, how I'm doing it right now and make sure that you place it properly on the flexi rod. So what I like to do is I am placing a flexi rod towards the edges. I we'll go backwards, as you can see. So when I take the flexi rods out, my edges are curled backwards. So again, what really matters is that you're getting that nice spiral curl, that you see that I have all my flexi rod. So I just wanted to state that, and now I'm going to talk you guys through how to actually place in flexi rod, so go ahead and section your hair and just make sure it's detangled, like I said, that's the main thing, no kinks, no anything make sure. It'S nice and detangle and since this one is close to my edge again, I am going to curl backwards for all of my edge pieces. I went ahead and code them backwards, so they can fan upwards if that makes sense. So, as you can see, I placed a flexi rod in the back and I pushed the hair towards the back and now I'm just spiraling it. So when it comes to finishing up the flexi rod, you will see me curl the ends towards the opposite side. So it's gon na go towards the front, so I'm just going ahead and tightening up the flexi rod and I'm going to curl the ends towards the front. The same rule applies. If you were to curl forward, you would push the ends towards the back. So it's the opposite way. So here is just another snippet of me doing it and you see how I'm moving my comb when I detangle I'm not like yanking my hair out, I'm like lightly detangling, my hair and I'm going to roll backwards again and I'm going to curl the ends towards The front, as you guys know, my hair is pretty long, so flexi rods work for pretty much everyone, so don't feel that if your hair is too long, it's not gon na work, it is gon na work. You just have to know where to place your hair on the flexi rod where to start it, so you can fit the entire hair shaft one, the one flexi rod. This is one part. I really really wanted you guys to see. My hair was starting to dry. So it literally unraveled. So what you do is you just add some water and you'll be all set to go as I started to get towards the back. My parts were not perfect and again it's totally fine, because my flexi rod still came out really nice. What just really matters is making sure that your hair is detangled and that you're getting that nice spiral curl when the actual flexi rod. So one side is done. I'M gon na go ahead and do the other side and I'll see you guys any minute and I'm just spraying the other side, because of course it started to dry, as you can see so now that my flexi rods are done, I'm going to go ahead and Do my scalp, I find this to be the easiest time to do it, since I have my parts already there, so I'm taking my Moroccan oil and just like little dripper thingy. I have no idea what's up, but it's amazing. Then I'm going to go ahead and use this other Moroccan oil and other to spray this in the same spot and directly on the actual curls bunny. We'Re gon na go ahead and do this bunny when in you know, go to sleep okay, guys so good morning. Just going ahead and taking out my flexi rods, as you can see, this is how I'm taking them down. I am twirling them. Y'All do not pull on these cuz. They will pull your hair out. Please do not pull on them, so I'm just taking out my flexi watch. They honestly could have dried more, but I was up like I was filming this right now and freaking 5 o'clock in the morning because I had to go to clinically. So my hair didn't get like an optimal time to try. I like to dry my hair for about 8 hours in order for it to be. You know that perfect, perfect curl, so my hair was the little way honestly, I'm just gon na be 100 %, honest with you guys, but my flexi wide still came out pretty nice, I'm actually going to insert a video of me like where my flexi rods in The past, because I ever want to put my hair in a ponytail because, like I said I did go to clinical, so I can't have my hair down. I'M back still taking out my little flexi rod and I'm just taking my wide tooth comb and just you know, undoing the curls a little bit and, like I said, I'm going to clinical, so my hair unfortunately has to go into a ponytail.
