How To Grow Your Relaxed Hair By Eliminating Heat | No Heat Challenge | Week 5

This is week 5 of the no heat challenge. For this week I did another roller wrap but this time I did it on the very small green rollers. Check out the outcome!

Hi guys, so it is week five, okay, Abbi, no heat challenge. I did another Roller set, but I did them on the very small rollers. The green one I'll show you tonight when I get ready to wrap it up, but I used the very green I used. The green rollers they're very small and I actually did wrap this and it still came out curly, which that was the point. Now it's a little bit too curly for me, but I just wanted to show you the different look that you could get from using a very small roller, so basically the smaller roller. You use the tighter the curl. Even when you wrap it, the curl will stay. So you know the first time I do the roller said. I did it with the large ones and it gave me a more straight look in the second time. I did it with like the medium rollers and they gave me more of body, which I loved, that one and I love the straight one too then this one, I did very small rollers, because also what I do want to point out is your roller set. Will not turn out like this? Is your hair is my layer. My hair is layer, so the curl is kind of the way they fall they're, not all like the same length, so they fall differently. Sometimes people they want their roller skate to do something that it's not gon na do because they're here is all one length. If your hair is all one length, it's not really gon na fall like this okay. So that's why I like these curls right here and then like right. This part right here is layer, so you name these and you have these getting longer so it it kind of gives it like a whole different. Look. You can kind of see the back and then, of course, when you roll your hair, it draws it up. So that's why my hair looks so short, but there you have it. Let'S see I kind of just like doing this now, the superstar. Is it the superstar with honey? This is been my best friend for this challenge, because I have used it to fit all of my sis, all of them for all five weeks. Okay, so I only got three more weeks to go and I'm gon na be using this for the rest of the three weeks, because this is an eight week challenge. Okay, basically, eight weeks is about two months, so I have not used any heat since I've gotten. My relaxer and two weeks before so this is week what this is week, three from our relaxer, but it's week, five total alright. So, as you can see, my edges are still straight. It'S laying down quite nicely and that's why I'm trying to get all of the roller sets out of the way, because when your hair is pretty much freshly relaxed, it will do whatever you need it to do alright. So this is day one. I don't like my hair, I mean it looks. It looks fine, it's not messy or anything, but I don't like a lot of curls and this is a lot of curls if you decide to do your hair in a curly roller wrap, because if they roll arrests, this is not even a say if I would Have just said it and just filed it, it would be even curlier than this okay, so anyway, um I'm gon na continue. I'M gon na continue to wrap this, because I want the curl to fall even more. If, if you do your hair in a roller wrap - and you want to keep it more curly, then you can roll it back up at night and then kind of wrap it in the morning to just loosen it just a little bit and then you know style It right as you're getting dressed or after you get dressed in the morning. I'M gon na just go ahead and wrap this, because it's so curly, it's so curly so anyway, day 1. Alright, we'll see how the risk this week goes and I'm gon na come back tonight when I'd be ready to wrap it. Just to show you the finished. Look: okay, not the finished look, but just to show you how I maintain it. Alright, you all right! You guys so it's the end of day two. It has been a long day and, as you can see, the curls came right back. Okay, so I'm gon na wrap it in I'm just gon na wrap it from here on out. I'M not gon na roll. It anymore because, like as you can see, the curls just continue to come back, so I'm just gon na continue to wrap it every night. This is they too can get these at Bob Jones product home. So I am going to ban all right. You guys, I feel, for the next day, all right guys, so this is day three and, as you can see, the curls are still there. I wrapped it not so much on this, but for this first on this side, I'm sorry they are like in full fit. So what I'm gon na do today is I'm going to roll it up and sleep in the rollers and then wrap it in the morning. Simply because I need to take some pictures of this hairstyle and I'll explain on that. Why later go ahead and roll it up, and then I will um like I said I'll, just wrap it in the morning because, like I said, I need to take some pictures with this hairstyle. So I wanted to look more like a deer when I first did it which the curls are relaxing, but just start back here, someone roll it back lit with the green ones, all right, so I will come back when I have it Oh rolled. You know when you rolled it back up, it doesn't have to be perfect at all, and this scarf just helps the rollers to stay in place so that none of them are on the floor. When I wake up, okay, not just go to sleep all right, so I'm coming back tomorrow for day four and show you all and I turned out okay, you guys, so it is the last day as you kiss the curls finally failed after like a week, but I will be shampooing my hair tomorrow, so this is just it still. Has it's not bone straight? It has a little something on the ends. But finally the curls have left me, but like I'm about to shampoo it at this point, so he could stayed in, but I did I had it wrapped all night. All morning I got up cleaned up the house real good, and I had my wrap on I'm just now getting out and about about to do some grocery shopping. So of course I took the my sleep cap off, and this is what you have so like. I said I probably won't wrap it tonight, I probably just tied down and then because I'm like someone gon na be shampooing tomorrow, so that was week five with the curly roller wrap. As you can see, when I first had it curled those curls, they did not budge, I wrapped it and the curls did not move so it served its purpose, so we'll be shampooing again tomorrow and that will begin week. Number six really yeah week number six. I only had two always to go um. I thought this series is gon na be quite challenging simply because I love heat, but it has not been challenging at all. So again, this is the end of week, 5 and tomorrow begins in a week. So I will see you all with whatever style I choose to do is gon na be something else with rollers um, probably not another rap, though cuz I've done, I figure. I'Ve done two three levels and you can't like. I said you can play with the different levels of rollers that you have and get a different look every time. So we will. I will not do any more roller reps. If I do roller sits in the future. It will be a sit, not a rep, so I will basically I was style it right after I took the rollers down verses wrapping it, but I probably do something different tomorrow, so that is this week.
