Rag Curls With Relaxed Hair | Recreating Vivhairtherapy ‘S Hairstyle

So back in the day, i'm talking this far back when they had no curling wand, no waveforms, no performance, no pem rods, no flexi rods. What were they using to create their curls? Well, today, i'm going to create recreate a style by one of my very favorite youtubers viv head therapy. It is called the victorian rug curls. That'S right. They were using rags strips of cloth to create amazing curls. Let'S do this. Let'S do this, hey guys harry remy! Here it is all about haircare vlogging on this channel. You are welcome to all my subbies and all my newbies. You are absolutely welcome. Today we are creating a curly hairstyle, using a heatless method with rags. So, let's see how this whole thing goes down and i have hair 12 pieces of rags. I'M gon na have to cut up more of these things. She said twelve and i have like one i'm going to be using a curling cream and a little foamy mousse to help set my hair okay. So i have here my foaming mousse for setting my curls. Of course, i'm going to first spread some water on my hair, so that it'll be a little damp. I'M going to section my hair. This is the section size that we will be using for each curl, i'm going to be using a curling cream and a little foamy mousse to help set my hair and we are ready. So what she did next was to clip the top of the rug to this section of her hair and then, and now, i'm going to wrap the hair away from my face, try and get the roots nice and tight. It'S working: okay, it's working out and wrap the cloth all the way back up. Okay, all she did at the top was to just make a little knot to secure it, so we make a little knot to secure it. So we take the clip out and we make the knot and just like viv. My rag was way too long for one well and by rag. I cut up my shirt, my white shirt, to get this strip yay. So this is how i'm going to do it for all of my head of hair, but i will come back in the morning and show you how it went so i'm going to take all these off and then come and show you guys what the final look Is so, of course, i separated the curls out after putting some oil on my fingers for lubrication and i'm loving the curls. It is moisturized, it is properly sealed in it is voluminous it's shiny and it's also really soft. So i must say i'm very impressed with this hairstyle overall, i'm gon na just turn backward for you guys to see what is happening at the back. So there was a middle part there that i had to try and get rid of. But overall this is beautiful and i will definitely be doing it again.
