Morning, guys don't mind me, I don't have her makeup on yet so I tested my moisturizer. I use the coconut monoi on that black bantu knot. They design essentials daily moisturizer on fat bands who not and the shea moisture styling motion on the top one. Where that one, I didn't put anything because I wanted that to be my control, my control bantu knot. So I can see how the rest of my hair looks compared to a part of my hair that didn't get any moisturizer. So that's the coconut oil and my initial thoughts have the design essentials daily moisturizer. Is it smells really strong? It has a very floral scented, it's like heavily fragrance, which I do not like, and even though I felt like it moisturize my hair, pretty good. I just I couldn't get past the smell smell lingers until the next day, so just for that reason alone, I don't like it and I'm not going to I'm gon na, give it to my mom and see if it works for her hair, because her hair is Its natural now for what I'm doing right now is I'm just checking the ends to see how it looks how it feels. Does it feel boy stur eyes? Does it look moisturize and now for these shea moisture bantu knot in the back now this bantu knot, I'm gon na, say, didn't get like a fair shot of keeping me the waves from the bantu that usually happens when I do like a top fun bantu knot. My strands didn't feel as moisturized with the Shea Moisture product, I'm not sure if it's, because it's a bigger section of hair, but I use the same amount of product for each section of hair. So just based on how it feels I would say the front two buns felt more moisturized than these Shea Moisture bands who not to be coconut monoi felt really moisturized, it's very lights. I think it left a nice shine to my hair. Now I'm just sort of like plucking things out and seeing how it all feels so now it's time for me to take down the bantu knot that I didn't put any product in now, since I haven't had my moisturizer in about a week. What I pretty much just been using is my hohoho oil to moisturize my hair and all of my hair already had products on there, so everything is sort of getting a fair shot at moisturizing. My hair would be global oil already on there. So I do notice that the leave on hair still felt pretty moisturized, even though I didn't add a new product or but that again is because I previously had to put pahoehoe oil on there and also my scalp oil, which naturally sort of travels down to the Length of the hair, so now again I'm just like taking a look at the ends, see how they feel see how it all his hairs, yeah and then plucking my hair out to style my bantu knot. Okay! So now it's time for me to decide so between the three of them. These are my top two. I need to pick one and out of those two, the daily moisturizer that one I don't like merely because of the smell, it's just too strong for me personally. So between these two, I think that would go with the coconut monoi. The Shea Moisture was great, but I didn't think that it most drives my hair as well as you need the coconut vanilla. So now I'm just plucking out my hair getting style for the day. I hope this video was helpful. Please leave a comment below. Aging bodies comes aging hair however these new tips on how to care for relaxed has help me so much and it looks better now than is has in the past 5 to 7 years. Love your show and thanks for your hair tutorials

Tieasha Samuels: I haven't used any of the moisturizers before BUT I absolutely LOVE the sexy beachy waves from just 4 big bantu knots. I'm protective styling to continue my growth & this will be my 1st style when I have another "hair break"...looks so beautiful. Thanks for sharing ❤

cassandra30k: i've also been disappointed with sheamoisture too for the same exact reason. i felt like it just evaporated off my hair instead of leaving it feeling moisturized. i've been meaning to try DE coconut monoi and now i def will. thx 4 your review!

Plumrain1: Maybe its just me but the section with the shea moisture looked dry and frizzy. I am still on the lookout for a good leave in so this video helps a lot. Thanks for sharing!

Mrs D: Moisturisers weigh my relaxed hair down. I only use a dime size and I use the ors hairepair intense moisturising creme. I think I have thin hair until my natural roots appear then it looks a lot thicker. Any tips on avoiding that weighed down look. Btw my hair has recently been cut into a frank sandford/meagan good style.
