You hi guys it's Michaela and I'm here with the hair tutorial on how to get a braid out on relaxed long hair. Fresh you'll need some water to spray your hair down, and you know why to comb ratso comb. You need a toothbrush for your edges. You'Ll need some hair groin grease. I need some natural coconut oil. I love this stuff. I got that from Trader Joe's you'll need some leave-in conditioner like a creamy one and then you'll also need like a setting, um conditioner. It says conditioner. I use it to like step my hair and you'll also need to your edge control. I use Hix worth the $ 15 on one that works with me. First, I'm just going to detangle my hair, detangle detangle detangle, make sure it's all tangled out and you're. Also gon na need some little clips to secure your hair. Now, I'm only gon na do my hair in four braids. I know all this hair and four braids and it comes out so pretty guys just watch, I'm just gon na split my hair in half. I don't part around the middle, like you know, because I can't see the back of my head, but I'm just going to take a section, and this is a pretty thick section. So I'm going to take a section like this much they're both about this size. I mean you can go to like six sprays or even five um, the more braids, the more defined the curls are. My curls aren't defined when I have, for you just make sure that your braids really tight, but I really don't feel like wearing all those braids. My head: I'm going to spray my hair with some water from root to end and just get it damp not too too wet we're just getting damp open up. The width of the hair coming through skate down and Colette through then I'm gon na take some coconut oil. I just take just a little bit. Oh crap, I fell it's just a little nugget and I just love it together. One thing about this is like the white stuff: you can see it. If you don't rub it together, like really good, usually I'll, take a blow-dryer melted, but I don't feel like doing all that and get that all the way down from the top to the end. Make sure you nurture your in like your ends, are like babies, baby them and then we're gon na take some of my macadamia leaving conditioner. I got that at t.j.maxx. It was like seven dollars, so I was really really happy. Cuz I've heard about that line. A lot on YouTube, so we're gon na take our lands, are so crazy. I'M gon na take some of our leave-in conditioner, and this is my cream of nature yeah, and I put a lot on this I'll put a lot of conditioner on my hair because you wanna it's so much that goes through. I feel like I'm not getting any of this on my hair. It'S just going everywhere. Hey look at not super super wet just damp and we're just going to work that in and then we're just going to start at the top and split it in three sections and we're just going to braid. Now I am NOT a really like super duper good brighter ahead. I just go with the flow, but in the front I like to bring my hair like like this, so we can have a crinkle every root, and I do this so I can make it seem like my hair is naturally curly. My hair is not naturally curly. My hair is naturally like this yeah it doesn't. I did have to blow-dry it together like this, but it doesn't curl anything like, but I don't get a crinkle, but you see this is straight. It'S not damaged. Yeah just always been like this. It'S a little. I'M just going to braid really tight, really nice tight, braid all the way down to thee. Okay, all the way down to the end nice and tight, and then we're just going to take a little clip and bend our hair over and we're just going to secure it like so like so we're just gon na take the back and we're going to do It all again, but I sprayed myself in the ear. Oh I keep swimming in the air, come that third come went through like that coconut oil. Again just a dime size, I put coconut oil. I every day my leg. I just got done following a tutorial on this lid, so you guys can go. Look at that as well. It'S all using drugstore products, which I love, because you know drugstore products affordable and I just want to let you guys know they have some gems. You know some good products, good price. Oh my gosh. I definitely forgot to pull my hair growing grease. This is optional. Honestly, the main thing is like coconut oil, conditioner and water. I just like to put that in there. I can know that I put something in there and it makes my hair grow. I'Ve had long hair, all my life, it's mine, I'm not mixed. If I am it's like literally like down my timeline like way down to my timeline of that, I'm not mixed is for him look after can American and I've gotten that a lot all my life. What do you mean? I just think I just come from a family with their mother is thick, so my hair is just add as damp as I won't want, and with this we're just gon na go up from the top like that and split in three and I'm kind of like Doing a mini French braid excuse me do but nothing too serious. I really can't like explain that you don't have to necessarily braid your hair on your scalp. You can literally just take it in. You know just bright from how it's hanging, I'm just braiding, for this guy. My root look, oh my gosh and myself in the face. What an idiot make sure you braids really tight and posix a mess like I said I can't see the microwave, so I just do what I can and I've been doing like this for about four years now and when I was in school, people were just like How'D you try like that, did you want curly and I'm just like now, I'm ready your little clip and when you fold your hair over, I just got my haircut about a month ago, so my hands are pretty blunt, and that is how you do that and You just do this at the same so alright good morning, my braids are dry and nice and we're just going to take a little bit of cooking coconut oil on the tips of our fingers. Rub it in really good take them down. So if someone's really did look at that, that's so cute - and I did this at 1 a.m. in the morning - and it just now like 9 o'clock in the morning so they've been in here for a little bit, some parts are still damp. I should have went for maybe another hour, but it's ok is that, can we do it tonight if the curls fall, but I'm patient? I want my curls probably ever fall. Look at that look at that. Look at that. Look at that look again, we'll do more coconut oil. Look crazy! My eyebrow, it's just the lady messed it up. Like look at that one I read to this one and now I have to let's grow out again and my eyebrows bra. It'S not cute! Now that scar from when I was a little, I was a busy child ate my head on one of those floor heaters. This was like back in 2000, so you know it was like the metal ones. I was spinning around in circles. Just doing stuff is doing stuff. I really like doing my hair like this, because these crowds will ask me a long time to like doublet literally last me two weeks, and this is just a simple alright. So this is it's not combed out a lot of shrinkage. Here'S a little damp in some places, but when I get all dolled up for you and show you the final final look, you
