How To Voluminous Waves| Relaxed Hair

It'S your girl, nicole aka law, nck, and i am back with another video in today's video. I'M gon na be taking you through how i achieve these soft peachy waves on my hair, using this curling wand, okay from ellie hot that i got on amazon amazon is the plug okay. This was like 25 pounds. I believe i'll have it linked down below. If any of you guys are interested um in this, i will link that for you down below it's a curling one that has attachable barrels on it. So it comes with five different barrel sizes, which is really really really handy because it allows you to create whatever type of wave you want for whatever type of look you're going for. This is what the wand looks like. So it just looks like this and it says ellie hot on the front. This is your temperature dial. So here you can see the temperature that you set it to mine, says off at the moment, because i've just finished using it, and these are the settings that allow you to control the temperature of your wand. So this is the plus sign which basically allows you to increase the temperature, and this is the minus sign which allows you to decrease the temperature. This goes up to 250 degrees, which is good, so it's not too hot. It'S not going to burn off your hair. This is the second time that i've used this and i haven't like burnt my hair or anything, and my hair is relaxed. If you didn't know so, 250 degrees is all right for me and it's all right for those of you who have relaxed hair as well. So if that is a concern of yours, don't worry about that. This is the biggest barrel size that it comes with. I don't know the dimensions or the diameter that this is. I have no idea, but this is the first barrel size that it comes with the second barrel size that it comes with. Is the one that i actually used on my hair today, which is this one? So this is the second to largest barrel size that they use these cool down really quickly as well, and they heat up really quickly. So if you're, someone like me who's in a rush, who's, always on the go, you've always got places to be, and you need to get out of the door, but you still want to look cute and you still look put together. This is ideal because it literally like i used it three minutes ago and already i'm able to like touch it without burning myself. Do you know what i mean? What i also like about it is the fact that each of the barrels come with this extended plastic piece right here, that, if you guys can see that this bit right here, which basically allows you to place it on the table which stops it from leaning on Your surfaces and it stops it from burning anything. So if you're, someone who doesn't have like a heat, proof mat or anything like that, this is good for you, because you can just place it on the table like that, and it will sit up rather than you know, laying flat on the table, which could obviously Be a hazard third barrel size that it comes with, looks like this. This is the size of that. So in comparison to the second one, it's a lot bigger and it's a lot more narrow as it gets to the end of the barrel, the smaller the barrel. The more narrow it goes, the larger the barrel, the more like even the surface area is, do you know what i'm saying this is the second to last barrel size. So it looks like this, so this is going to give you those really really really tight curls. If you will like, if that's what you're going for this, is the one that you would be using and then finally, this is the smaller barrel size, as you can see, it's really narrow at the tip and it's quite large at the base. So it allows you to get those really really really really tight. Little ring look type curls. If that is what you're going for it's not going to give me my 3c3b type of curls that i used to have you do know i have 3c3 rehair. So this is not going to give me that look that i used to have, but this is going to allow me to have something that's sort of close enough but looser. So if you want that really tight curly look, this is the one that you would go for. Just keep the hair closer to the tip of the barrel and you'll get the tighter curl. These are the barrels that it comes with. Mine is the one that is currently on my table right now, so these are all of the barrels. Ellie tools is also really nice as well, because it comes with a heat proof. Glove which looks like this. This glove is designed to protect your hair against the heat, which is essential because eight months ago, when i use a different curling wand, yeah in uni, i used to curl my wigs all the time, and i ended up burning my wrist. I don't know if you guys can see, i don't know if you guys can see, but there's like a massive scar right here from when i burnt my wrist eight months ago, and it took a long time to heal. It took a very long time to heal. So one of the main reasons why i bought this whole curling wand, set from eddie hot, is because of the heatproof glove that it comes with. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with two. It only comes with one, if there's anything that i would change about. That is that i would probably put two in there, because it's not that much of a pain to like you know alternate between putting it on this hand, to do this side or putting it on this hand, to do this side like it's, not that much of A pain, but it would just be easier if you had two pairs of gloves to wear at the same time, just so that you're not having to alternate between the two but other than that. I don't really mind it like i usually plan in advance before i get ready when it comes to doing my hair, because i know my hair takes longer than everything else. So it's not really an issue for me. If there was anything that i would change, it would definitely be that it came with a um another glove, just to make things a bit easier, but yeah. So that is everything that comes with the ellie hot collection. I was not sponsored to say this. I purchased this out of my own money, okay, my own schmeckles, because i just really wanted to curl my hair, but i didn't want to burn myself and i wanted to buy a heatproof glove. But then i saw this and i thought well. I might as well get this instead of just buying the glove by itself, because it allows me to achieve different looks. You can travel with it. It'S just so convenient and it's easy, but yeah so now that i've kind of explained everything and i've broken it down. I'M going to show you how it is that i get these curls with this curling wand.
