Hey guys welcome back to my channel so in today's video we're going to be talking about different, slow manipulation. Styles, different types of low manipulation cells that you can actually install on your hair. Like i said in today's video, we are going to be talking about different, slow manipulation. Styles. My last video, i talked about different protective styles. You can actually install on your hair that can help you grow out your hair, so you can check out that video. If you're interested and in case you are wondering no protective styles and low manipulation, styles are different. They aren't the same, and i already made a video on this talking about the difference between protective cells and low manipulation. Styles, so you can check out that video. If you are interested so the first slow manipulation style, i'm going to talk about today is wash and goes wash and gos are actually very, very popular and it does not require any form of um expertise or professionalism. So they are actually very, very easy to do and they are excellent for creating out your hair because there are low manipulation. Styles. Obviously, you're going to manipulate your hair, less meaning there'll be less tendency for your hair to break, but why it is a low manipulation style and not a protective cell, because in wash and goes your ends as the exposed. The second low manipulation style. I'M going to be talking about are swiss outs. Twisters are actually very easy to do as well, and you can actually style your twist outs in any form you want. Just like your washer goes any side you want to and just like the wash and goes all the other manipulation styles, i'm going to mention. You still have access to your hair minion. You can still moisturize your hair. You can see moisturize your scalp and all that now, the next low manipulation style, i'm going to talk about, are braid outs actually similar to the twist outs. The difference is just in the method of installation and the koi pattern, so breakouts are actually excellent as well. When it comes to manipulating your hair, less, like i already said, the key to length, retention to hair growth is less manipulation. Just leave your hair alone, so do whatever it takes as much as possible to leave your hair alone. So the longer you can carry your protective styles or your low manipulation. Styles be better for your hair. Now, the next low manipulations that i'm going to be talking about are ponytails. You may be wondering a ponytail is not supposed to be a protective style for me. Ponytails are not protective styles, because your heads are still exposed, like your ends, can stir up or your shoulders. Your ends are still exposed, so the environment, so the wind, so the sun, and all that as long as your ends are not protected. It is not a protective style, so ponytails are actually low. Manipulation styles - and i forgot to mention this in my last video, but in all these styles, i've mentioned these low manipulation. Styles, including the protective styles in my last video. The beauty about them is that you still have access to your scalp and your hair in some interests. You have access to your scalp and box braids and twists out in breathe out in bonds in ponytails. In all these styles, you still have access to your hair. So you can still moisturize your scalp. You can still moisturize your hair. You can still clean your scalp, even while in all these styles, so you can actually put your hair in a low manipulation style in a protective style and still give your hair the nutrients.
