Hey guys, it's Lily welcome back to my channel. So today I am filming a tutorial. I guess on how I do my braid outs. It'S pretty much, the only style I've been wearing since I relaxed my hair about a month ago. So today I co washed. My hair with Herbal Essence, hello, hydration. What else is new I do conditioned with this shoe moisture, is asking black soap rotated rotated, yet the danger control hair mask. It was my first time using it. I just bought it on a whim and it's okay. I don't think I'm going to buy it again, just because I have like six others beep conditioners, that I am absolutely in love with and this system isn't. This isn't one of Alli, I'm coming to you with my hair like this, but I can teach our drawing for about 20 minutes um and the reason I didn't come to you like ready to like actually braid my hair and add products and do all of that. Because I wanted to show you what I do first, like first, first first first source. The very first thing that I do before I air Jai is at coconut oil to the ends of my hair. So I have this Sigma oi sur la hydro set extra virgin coconut oils, so I'm just going to put that on the ends of my hair and then I'm going to detangle and air dry. So once I'm done air drying, that's when I'll be ready to to braid my hair. So there we go, I'm just going to melt it and just put it on the inside layer. It'S just because my ends get so dry when I'm air drying, like I didn't, really try and like rusty and like and a I don't like that, so I'm just adding some coconut oil to the ends of my hair to help the girls out. So I detangle my hair with a waifu, the comb, this one I feel like I got it from TJ Maxx properly. This is my first time detangling, my hair. I haven't detangle my hair, I didn't be singing my hair when i was co washing. I didn't do tangle when I had to be conditional on anything like that. It'S the first time I'm do you penguin my hair, so in record told you in my last video on what, like the things that I hate about my tax packs, hair detangling. Isn'T one of them so I'm just going to detangle this side and just air dry. I don't tie anything around my edges or anything when I'm air trying like that. I don't I just let it sit with a coconut oil on the end, so yeah once I'm ready once my hands about 80 90 percent dry, mostly dry, I'm going to start I'm going to come back here and start braiding and show you what I do and What products I use so right: okay, y'all! So I'm back um! My hair is like only my roots are dance, so it is definitely time to braid the rest of my hair. So this is my hair when it is about 90 % dry. My from probably from like just maybe like a little even higher up new bag. So from like this point all the way down it's 100 percent dry, my roots are just still dance, so I don't go always to 100 %. I already told you about that in my last video again. I will link that, but it doesn't happen over here so yeah, I'm about to start braiding and I braids my hair. I used to do just 2. 4, 6, 8, 8, braids all around my whole head. But I just I don't anymore, I do a little more just to make it a bit more defined. So this is like my own concoction of a moisturizing spray like a hair moisturizer. It has like kinky curly, not in there to like detangle to help with detangling. It has coconut oil water bunch of different things in there that I will go into detail or if you want you to like a whole nother video. So again, I'm just sectioning off my hair and I'm just lightly spraying it because I know I know it seems like a little crazy to let my hair air dry and then wet it. But it's also that I can like buy my hair air drying like if I was to braid my hair when it was like soaking wet my braid out would be. It would be more just fine, but I'll also be flat, and that's not the kind of braid out I want. I guess this is the secret, so you have on a big fluffy. Braid out is to let your hair air dry a bit or blow-dry view. If you go that way, if you go that way, hey, but for me I just air dry, just to get it poofy and then I add spritz it a little bit and braids. I have a mirror brighter. So I'm going to look that way. Some time to time, and even though I don't have a hair clip right now, even though I air dry, my hair, because I spritz it, it takes like 24 hours from my hair to dry, like in tow joke as dance as my hair is right. Now it is going to take like I can't pick it out tomorrow morning, because it's like already almost 5 o'clock, like I'm gon na, have to take it out like clearly 24 hours from now for to be dry. So I don't know what I'm gon na do, but I just keep braiding I'm looking in the light and my hair looks so Brown. It is definitely time for me to dye my hair black and keep going keep going, and this is how much hair I have left everything is so backwards, so I'm going to spritz it again and then roll it. I always start from with the wrong end and you keep rolling it. I don't know what size paralyzed these are. I got them forever ago, like before I started making YouTube videos, but I think I feel like this is like maybe a smaller, but you can use whatever size parts. I recommend like not like anything too thick unless you're like like. I want like a more curlier and y'all will see in the more than when I pick it out, but yeah, so I pretty much the students raising per la braid and roll it all the way around my head. Okay, so here is my hair, all braided! It took me about 25 minutes to do so. My parts are not like straight or anything. I didn't use a comb to my part, my hair, anything like that. It'S just it's very raw. I just gathered hair and braids. I don't really have like a specific method to like how I want to part my hair. I think it looks more natural if you don't use a comb to part your hair, so that is it to sleep I just even with the rollers on. I talked them all back for my bonnet and and I go to sleep, I don't have mice on it. On hand, but that's what I do so, the next time you see me will hopefully be tomorrow morning. Hopefully my hair will be dry, okay, guys so it's the next morning and my hair is actually dry. So I'm going to take some coconut oil, extra virgin, coconut oil, and what I do is I rub it just between my fingers. I take a little bit and our bait just between my fingers and I like kind of rub it on the end of the braid and sort of towards going up to work top of the braid. As you can see right here, and then I start to pick it out, so the coconut oil is going to add shine and it's going to help prevent prevent frizz, I'm thinking about switching to argan oil, but I feel like that might be a little heavy. I'M not sure yet we'll see but yeah, I'm just taking another braid very slowly, yeah, I'm not trying to I'm trying not to disturb the curl. I don't want it to frizz and everything that I want to keep it really defined and you guys will kind of get at the end. I don't really separate my hair too much. I just like to keep it very very defined, and there is one section I just I just love the curl that I get likes so much. So I take the work with no oil, just a few, my fingers and I'm just starting on the neck frayed focusing on the ends and that's the kind of curl I get when I use subway perm rods. I love that little spiral, so I'm just going to speed this up, so you don't have to sit. There is entire like ten minute clip but Howard, we know don't. I look so calm how about? I was like all of an hour late for work when I was filming this Wow, I'm just sitting here all calm, so I did three video latest extra work, but I really wanted to show you guys how I take down my brace and you know the end. Result, I didn't want to wait a whole nother day or anything like that. So here you go and me and okay, so I am all done taking out my braids. This is what they look like undisturbed, and so what I do is I like to get rid of like those parts that I had even my like horrible ragged jagged parts. So I slide my hands like up to my roots and then I just kind of rub. My scalp, like that, just to get rid of the parts and to help fluff up my roots and then I slowly pull my hands down a little bit just to make my hair just to lift it up and make it a bit more fluffy. I do not go down like so all the way to the ends of my hair or anything like that. I just gently tug a little bit just to lift it up and, as you see it's more a bit more volume to it, I do not disturb my curls much during the first day. I think it looks very natural like this. Just I don't know it's just super defined the second day I like to actually separate them a little bit more make them look fluffy and distress, and but this is what my first day classical and since I'm on my face, I even love her. Like I love this hairstyle, that is pretty much it they're super shiny, super defined, and I really just love this hairstyle. If you guys want it to be a bit more fluffy and poufy um, you can definitely separate your curls a bit more, but that's it. Thank you guys so much for watching and don't forget to subscribe. In our see you in my next video bye,
