Hello, my love's and welcome back to my hair Channel today, I'm going to be showing you some of my favorite hairstyles to rock to the gym that can outlast any sweaty workout session. Not only are these hairstyles super easy and cute they'll also make sure your hair doesn't get in your face, so you can focus on your sweat sesh. These hairstyles are also great for other types of physically active activities such as dancing and sports. So if you want to see my favorite workout hairstyles, please keep watching this first hairstyle is one of my favorites, because it literally takes two minutes to do and keeps all of my hair pulled back and out of my face. All I do is gather my hair into a high ponytail and on the last tie, I pull the ponytail only about an inch through the elastic, and then I wrap the remaining loose hair around the little loop and pin it in place with bobby pins. Not only does this look super cute, it also passes the headshake test. This next hairstyle is a super, easy hairstyle with some edge. All I do is throw my hair up into a high ponytail and braid my hair into a Dutch braid. A Dutch braid is simply a regular three strand braid, except instead of crossing the side strands over the middle strand, I'm crossing the side strands under the middle strand and, of course, you can also braid a regular three strand braid, like I did here. Another way I like to throw my hair up before the gym is to braid a high ponytail, like I did in the previous two hairstyles and then wrap the braid around itself to create a braided button that I pin in place with bobby pins. I also like to mess up some of the hair around my face just to make it look a little more effortless now, if you're, not a fan of high braids. Another way I like to pull my hair back is with a low braid. All I do is gather my hair into a low ponytail at the nape of my neck, tie it with an elastic, then braid, a regular three strand braid and tie it off at the ends with another elastic. And of course you can switch things up by braiding. A Dutch braid instead and you can also wrap your low braids around itself to create a low braided bun, like I did here, which is another great way to ensure all of your hair is off of your face and your neck. This next easy workout hairstyle, is inspired by Angelina, Jolie's character, Lara Croft and Tomb Raider. One of my favorite looks on her. It'S the classic French braid, to create this hairstyle. You want to pick up a section of hair from the top and front of your head, separated into three sections and braid a regular three strand braid. Every time you cross a side strand over the middle strand. You want to pick up a section of hair from the outside of the braid. Add it into the side strand you're about to cross over the middle strand and cross over that entire strand over the middle strand. Repeat these steps, as you alternate from one side to the other until you run out of hair, to add into the braid when that happens, I just like to braid a regular three strand, braid, all the way to the ends. This next hairstyle requires the same technique as the French braid, except instead of crossing the side strands over the middle strand, I'm going to cross them under to create a French Dutch braid and just to clarify any confusion. The term French means that a braid is completely or partially attached to your head and the term Dutch means that the braid is done in Reverse and for the lazy girls who don't want to bother braiding a perfect braid for the gym. Try this lazy, braid, I'm starting off the same way as I did my previous two braids, except now, I'm braiding a regular three strand braid and adding in hair from the outside of the braid to every fifth and sixth cross over. So I cross the side strand over the middle strand for a total of four times and then add in hair into the fifth cross over and I add in hair into the sixth cross. Over and again, I cross the side strand over the middle strand for a total of four times and then add in hair into the fifth cross over and sixth cross over. I just keep repeating these steps until I run out of hair to add into the braid, at which point I braid just a regular three strand braid and, as you can see, I clearly made a mistake somewhere along the middle, the braid, but with this type of A braid, if you make a mistake, it looks even cooler, so don't sweat it. You see what I did there sweat it, get it nope. Okay, this next hairstyle is for the adventurous 90s babies that want to try something easy, cute and unique. All I do is separate my hair into two sections tie one of the sections into a high ponytail on the side of my head, and I pull my ponytail through the last I just enough so that I can wrap the remaining loose hair around the loop and Pin it in place to create a bun. This is the same technique as the very first hairstyle. I showed you once it pinned down my bun. I create the same bun on the other side. This next hairstyle is another one of my favorites and it's so cute. You can easily wear it outside of the gym as well. All I do is gather some hair from the top in front of my head, braid it into a French braid and then gather it with all of my hair into a high ponytail. Then I take an elastic and wrap it around the ponytail with absolutely no rhyme or reason to create a messy bun and then pin it in place with bobby pins, to reshape it and make sure it's secure and for all my body, girls out there. This is the perfect hairstyle for the gym because it not only looks dope, but it keeps all of your hair away from your face. Another bonus, this hairstyle creates the most beautiful heatless waves after you take it out. All I do is separate my hair into two sections and braid, a French braid down each side of my head and finish off with a regular three strand braid. When I reach the nape of my neck and of course, I can't show you a batty girl, double braided hairstyle, without showing you the option of doing this hairstyle with French Dutch braids. The technique is the same, except, as I mentioned before, instead of crossing the side strands over the middle, you want to cross them under speaking of working out. I think I'm going to pass on my workout today, since I already worked out these guns and lastly, if you want something a little more unique and different, this double braided hairstyle is another great one. All I do is take a section of hair from the top of one side separated into two strands cross the front strand over the back strand and repeat, while also adding in hair into each strand before I cross them over. This technique will create a beautiful French twisted effect and when I get to the nape of my neck, all I do is combine all the remaining loose hair with the strands I already have and separate all this hair into three strands and braid a regular three strand. Braid, okay, guys so that wraps up my 15 easy workout hairstyles that you can rock to the gym or to dance class or to yoga class or to soccer practice. C S: You literally solved my “can’t put my hair in a proper bun” conundrum within the first 15 seconds of this video. Subscribed

Alma Castro: This made my day I just started going to the gym and I was tired of the same way I would do my hair every single day. I will now be rocking something good. Thanks so much.

LoveRauhlxXx: I LOVE THESE!! Lol I'll be wearing these outside of the gym because I don't work out

Alyssa Torres: OMG I'm drying to do my hair in the double French or Dutch braids but I just can't seem to get it right! Lol could you please do a step by step in depth tutorial please!!!!!

Daniela Grey: She does realize that the regular and Dutch braid are the exact same thing in this video the only way that they will look different is if she doesn’t do the Dutch braid when her hair is in a ponytail

sadhh: my hair is very thick and curly! So whenever I try to tie a bun, it always turns out to be lose or it just falls apart. For the pas few weeks I have been tying a ponytail but it always disrupted my neck and it was uncomfortable! Thanks for this video cause believe me it RLLY helped!!!

Amber Tantog: It's so hard when I do the French braid but you explain it so well!! Ugh I just gotta keep practicing!

sinbee: I have band camp next week, so, I'll definitely be using some of these hairstyles

Pradip Dey: Double french braids is so beautiful and perfect for dance classes , yoga etc....

Laura McClelland: I will definitely be trying some of these. I love working out in Dutch braids but some of the buns would definitely come undone if I was doing anything high impact.

Hannah H: The Dutch and regular braids are the same if you aren't adding in hair, jus different methods of doing it.

Shalena Ali: Tried the first hairstyle, the top knot, to go for a morning walk. Was perfect to go walking, no hair to make me feel warm or get in my way.

Leigh Hanham: Great effort girl. That really was a workout in itself!

Nae: just subscribed. I love this and you're so easy to follow. will be doing these every chance i get.

CJ27: Love the vid huniz been using some of these at the gym xx

Alexis Raye Ewing: " it's really cute and easy, it also passes the head shake test." HAHAHA like "the head shake test" will be enough for being thrown on the ground multiple times.Other than the fact that I find that hilarious, those are nice hairstyles

Sue N: Hi! Do you have any suggestions for swimming hairstyles? I have a lot of smaller strands at the side of my face (possibly new growth or breakage) which aren't long enough to go either in a high or low ponytail and are really annoying. French braid options are no good for me (I have been "practising" for the last 20 years and I still can't get the hang of it!). My current style is to braid a regular half up half down section, then split the remaining sections in two and braid them, but it's very awkward to undo when wet afterwards (and I really don't want to wear a swimming hat!). Any ideas will be gratefully received! Also, have you ever considered fixing your bun with a barrette clip? I twist my hair into a normal bun (I don't even use an elastic) leaving about three or four inches out. I then secure the tail to my head with the clip as close to the bun as possible then pull the tail over the bun (I normally fluff it out a bit to cover the bun). I do have really long hair (to the small of my back) and people are surprised when they see how long my hair is, or they think I've cut all my hair off (depending on how they know me!) Love both your channels!
