When a storm comes in, I'm a shelter from the wind I'll be the one to let you hello, my darlings and welcome back to my channel. I have a super, exciting hair tutorial for you guys, because I'm going to be showing you how you can use a few simple braiding techniques and turn them into breathtakingly beautiful, ponytail hairstyles. I'Ve said this before and I'll say it again. I'M the easy queen of easy hairstyles that don't look so easy, so these hair cells are right up my alley not to be cheesy or anything. Ah, Who am I kidding? If I can do it, so can you and with the holidays just around the corner? I think these two easy heatless ponytail hairstyles are perfect for this time of year, because they can easily be dressed up or down and for added length and volume. I clipped in just a few webs from my fancy hair extensions set, and I clip them in just at my ear level so that I would have enough of my natural hair on top to cover them up. So if you guys are going to be recreating these hairstyles using clip-in hair extensions like I did, that's just a little tip for you guys to make sure that you don't have any of your web show. You guys want to know how I created these two beautiful heatless, ponytail hairstyles. Please keep watching so before I begin. Of course, I'm going to brush up my hair from bottom to top to gently get rid of any tangles to make it easier for me to braid. Next, I'm separating my hair around my crown area and I'm leaving out to face framing pieces around my face and, as you can see, by my wonderful hand, gestures I'm going to be turning around, so you can see what I'm doing in the back. So what I'm doing now is separating this working section into two strands and then I'm twisting each individual strand to the right and wrapping the strands around each other to the left. So again, I'm twisting them individually to the right and wrapping them around each other. To the left, I'm essentially creating a rope braid and then repeating these exact same steps until I get all the way to the bottom, and when I get there, I'm just tying it off with a small hair elastic. Once I have my rope, braid, I'm taking all of my loose hair and the rope braids, and I'm tying all this hair together with a good, strong hair elastic at the nape of the neck, to create a ponytail. Then I'm removing the small elastic that is keeping the smaller rope braids together and I'm undoing the braid after I've done that I'm taking a chunk of hair from the underside of the ponytail and I'm wrapping it around the base of the ponytail to cover up the Hair elastic a couple times and then once I run out of hair to work with, and I have a couple inches left of that strand - that I wrapped around the base, I'm taking another piece of hair from the underside of the ponytail. With that strand that I wrapped around and I'm tying them together with a hair elastic, so what this is going to do is going to secure that strand of hair that we wrapped around, so it doesn't budge. I find that sometimes with certain hairstyles. If I just bobby, pin this section of hair that I wrap around the base of the ponytail, it doesn't stay as well, and the bobby pins sometimes slip out. So I definitely prefer this method over the bobby pin method, and I would definitely recommend it for you guys if you guys have the same issue as I do with bobby pins slipping out of your hair. Ok! So now that I've done that, I'm separating my ponytail into two sections and then twisting each individual section to the left and wrapping them around each other to the right. So I'm creating another rope right except this time, I'm going to be braiding the braid in the opposite direction. You can one hundred percent braid this rope braid in the same direction as your first rope braid. I just wanted to confuse you guys. No joking. I just felt like he was going to create a more interesting look. If the second rope braid would be going in the opposite direction, don't worry guys, I'm not trying to confuse your come on. I would never so once I finish, braiding the second rope braid, I'm just tying it off with a small hair elastic and that's it we're done on to the next one. So for the second glam heatless ponytail hairstyle we're going to take a section of hair of the crown area, just like we did before, except this time, we're going to separate the working section into three strands and braid a regular Dutch braid so to braid a regular Dutch braid, you basically want to imagine that you're braiding a regular three strand braid, except instead of crossing each side strand over the middle strand, you're going to cross the side strands under the middle strand. So I'm going to continue to braid a Dutch braid. Until I get to the end of this section and I'm going to tie off the end of the braid with a small hair elastic and go in and pull apart, the braid with my fingers now that I have my pancaked Dutch braid, I'm taking all of my Remaining loose hair and the Dutch braid and tying it together with a good, strong hair elastic at the nape of my neck and just like before I'm removing the small hair elastic that is keeping they Dutch braid together and I'm undoing the braid. And then I'm taking a chunk of hair from the underside of the ponytail and I'm wrapping it around the base of the ponytail a couple times in securing it to the bottom of the ponytail, with a small hair elastic and attaching it to a small strand of Hair on the underside of the ponytail, ok! So now that that's secure, I'm taking my ponytail and I'm separating it into two sections, then what I'm going to do is braid a regular fishtail braid. So for those of you who are not familiar with a fishtail braid, it's super easy. All you want to do is take a small strand from the outside of one of the sections cross it over that section and combine it with the opposite section. Then you want to do the same thing on the other side, so take a small strand of hair from the outside of that section cross it over that section and then combine it with the opposite section. So you're going to keep repeating these steps, alternating from one side to another until you have a few inches of loose hair left at the bottom. At which point I like to tie off the end of my braid and then I go in with my fingers, and I pull apart the small strands to flop out the braid and make it look really lush and thick and there you have it as second beautiful Glam heatless ponytail hairstyle that is perfect for the holidays. It'S so easy to create, and all you need is a few simple, braiding techniques, easy peasy. Sh me see. What did I tell you around my love so that wraps up my easy, heatless ponytail hairstyles tutorial? I really hope you guys enjoyed it and learn something new and we'll try these hairstyles out this upcoming holiday season.
