Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so in today's video I am going to show you how I got this fun look doing a three strand twist out, alright guys. So today we are going to be using that, as I am long and luxe line now, I've used this line before just to style my hair on a regular day, but today I wanted to see how well it worked on doing a three strand twist out. So I have already used the strengthening, shampoo and conditioner, and I'm going to be starting on freshly washed and conditioned hair. So to start off, I'm going to be using the long and luxe scalp serum and this room is awesome because of aloe vera and pomegranate juice. Help to rejuvenate the scout for healthier and longer hair. So what I'm going to do, since my hair is damp, I found that it works better on damp hair versus dry hair, I'm just going to get the little dropper put it on my scalp and massage into my hair for a few minutes. So when I'm doing any type of twist in my hair, I always have to make sure that my hair is a drench in water and be tangle-free. Now the product that I'm going to be using today is the curl enhancing smoothie from the long and luxe line, and this is for type 3 and for hair. This product is awesome, but I found that if I use too much since my hair is so fine, it can weigh my hair down. So just keep that in mind if you have fine hair like me, so to start out the twist I'm going to braid at the root just because I found that it holds my twists longer and better versus. If I start to twist it through it. Just won't hold for me, so I'm gon na start a braid at the root. Like I said by my bun and then once I get to the twist part, it's actually really really easy guys. So it kind of seems like it can be hard and intimidating, but all you're gon na do is get the piece furthest to the outside and bring it over to the inside. That'S literally, it you're gon na bring it from the outside over to the inside, and once you get the groove of it, your fingers will start to adjust and it'll feel natural. But at first it's gon na feel like you're gon na want to braid, because you have the three pieces and your mind is automatically like. Oh braids, but no. It'S really easy, though. Another reason that I chose to use these products is because my hair has been in need of a little TLC and sent this since this line is dedicated to strengthening your hair, I thought what better line to use then a line, that's dedicated to strengthening your hair Aside from the fact that the products will work amazing, they also smell amazing too, and that's a big factor for me. So if you're interested in these products, you can find them at your local Sally Beauty or @ ww, as I am naturally so once I have all of my hair twisted, I made about eight twists, I'm going to twist them on top of my head just because I'M about to go to sleep and just get them out of my way. It'S easier put a little bonnet on and I'm going to call it a night so the next morning, when my hair is completely dry, I'm just going to take down my twists. Then I'm going to use a long and Lux grow: yogurt leave-in conditioner, I'm just going to put a little bit on my fingertips and then untwist my twist very ever so gently just to make sure that I am reducing frizz and keeping my twists intact. Now, if you have thicker hair, this style will will work like a hundred times better, because you have the the the thickness to hold it. Since my hair is so fine, unfortunately, it doesn't come out as good as if I had type 4 hair, even like 3, 3 C hair, but nonetheless I love the way that it came out and it was just a fun different look to do to switch up.
