Do Heatless Curls Damage Your Hair? (Mind Blowing)

Hello: everyone, i'm lithuanian, english speaking youtuber - that does hair tv videos here on youtube from heathness, hairstyles and heatless curls. So if you're into haircut then consider subscribing in this video i'll be answering the question: do heatless curls damage your hair? Well, the answer is actually yes and now the method will define if the heat curls are damaging for your hair or not. I will go through the common mistakes that i did and i see other people do that can cause potentially damage, even though you are doing your curl without heat. So without further ado, let's jump into the video mistake, number one tension. Now, i'm pretty sure you have heard that anything tight for your scalp and your hair follicles will cause you extra hair loss and extra breakage doesn't matter if it's a tiny ponytail a tight bun. Any under tight hairstyle, where you are pulling your hair from the road, the heatless curls, are not the exception as well, especially if you are doing a braid or maybe you are using some kind of a roller when you want to have the curl really close to The root and you are pulling that hair to make sure that everything glides through and as close to the root as possible. Now, in order to avoid this mistake and not to cause yourself, extra problems feel free to loosen up those sections right at the root level. If you are doing a braid feel free to loosen up, not the braid, but the sections that you have added into the braid i'm talking about, especially if you're doing like french braid or dutch braid. Those sections that you have picked extra as extra sections to make sure make sure that you lose the numb up because you're gon na this is how you can, of course, just have hair loss in the breakage, because you're pulling your hair. So much doesn't matter. If you are keeping the brace for like a few hours or let's say especially if you are doing this as overnight method, mistake, number two is the takeout process. Now i have posted videos here and there of showing you how i take the curls from my colors or rollers on how to actually do it correctly. So you wouldn't cause yourself a hair damage or breakage or split ends. Now the point is the more you're going to whoop your hair rip that hair from your roller or whatever, that might be. You will cause yourself, hair, breakage and hair loss, especially if you have fine hair with any hair or hair. That is just like really really weak. One main thing is to unwind the hair gently, no puddling, no ripping no nothing. If your hair gets caught, which mine does get caught into the rollers. You want to wanted to take your time with every little single hair strand. Little by little unwind and remove that there are three main steps that i would really recommend you guys to do, and i do this personally every time i do my heatless curls to make sure that i don't get extra hair loss or other kind of hair damage. I, what i do i tend to apply: hair oil, a drop of hair oil through my curls feel free to separate your hair into multiple sections and using a wide toothed comb or really big brush. But i would suggest for you to go with a wide tooth comb, because the comb is why the deet is wide is definitely going to be way way way better than using a brush and comb those sections from top to bottom, each individual section. So again, you wouldn't rip your hair out too much if you let's say, take a whole bunch of hair and just brush it out, and when, when you take your curls out of the rollers, i would really suggest for you to go with three main things. This is what i personally do. Every time is to, firstly shake my roots, then i go back and separate with my hands curl each color into more individual curls, and it also helps is whipping your hair back and for this, this kind of helps with the separation process.
