Mega Volume Heatless Curls!

Hey guys, it's jerimae welcome back to my channel. So today I am bringing back the heatless curls. I feel like that's how most of you guys I found my channel was from my heatless curls videos last. What I did is like two years old. I think, but I'll make sure to link both the videos I did down below in case you guys want to go check it out. My hair was actually a lot shorter in those videos. So if you want to go check it out and see how long my hair has been gotten and only reason why I haven't cut it yet is because when I wear it curly it just doesn't look as long, but when it's brushed out or straight like whole, A clock: it's like almost the width of the screen. So, as you guys can tell, my hair is detangled and i detangle it last night, and then I just like slept with it and a really tight bun that way it wasn't so move FASTA like today. This is just gon na. Also save me a lot of time and you guys all the time, because we all know what detangling looks like we are bringing back the flexi rods today and everything i use in today's video will be linked down below. If any of you guys want to check that out, though i really struggle sometimes with getting a volume up at the roots, my hair has just gotten really long, so it's really heavy now, so my roots get weighed down super easily. So if you're like me - and you also have this problem, then this little trick is gon na help you out. So what I do is just take some hairspray. This is the Elnett satin hairspray from L'Oreal. It'S like my all-time favorite. It'S all I ever use when I'm using hairspray. So what you want to do is just spray a little bit like this onto your fingertips. Rub your fingers together, you kind of want to give yourself just like a little scalp massage, and what this does is help hold your roots up that way when you curl them, they don't flatten back out. If you don't want to use any hairspray or anything, you could just give yourself a scalp massage alone. That will still help give you a lot of volume. I like to do that little trick. When I want a little extra volume voila, it works like a charm. All right so now that the bottom part of my hair is sectioned off. I am just taking this a biotin oil mist from OGX. You guys have seen me use this a ton before on my channel, and this is just going to help give my hair some shine and it smells so good too. I really like to focus this on the ends of my hair, because the ends of my hair are what look the most dry. Now, I'm just going to dampen each section. You don't want to get it too wet just damp enough to where your hair will be able to hold a curl. This is just water in here. Nothing else. If you do want to add some product to your hair, then this would be at the time, but my hair doesn't really need it. It'S just gon na get really weighed down. If I add any product, so I'm just holding the flexi rod like this and we're gon na curl this one towards my face, then I just twist it like so and voila your first one is done now that the bottom section is done. We'Re gon na. Do the exact same thing now, you're, just gon na go like out my eyebrows and take my next section up here. Taking the OGX mist again, the stuff smells so good every time I spray this stuff on my hair. Someone asks me what perfume I'm wearing it's like perfume through your hair. If you find that your hair easily slips out. What I like to do is make sure that the very last piece I am rolling up is right in the middle, and I just hold it and pinch this close that way: you're pinching it right on that hair, so it doesn't slide out. I always make sure to twist these front pieces away from my face that way, it helps to frame my face better, and it just gives me more volume that way for the final piece. I am just going to put this little front section off to the side for now, because I'm gon na curl these in a certain way so that they frame my face nicely at the end. Alright guys so and now. The next step is just to wait until your hair is dry. You want to make sure that you're, giving yourself like three to four hours for your hair to dry in these, so I'm gon na go work on a couple of things and I have another video that I need to edit. So I'll be back in a couple hours and show you guys the final result so right now, I am sitting in front of my front door in the Sun because it feels great outside today and I just made myself a healthy Chipotle bowl. I just put some quinoa black bean veggie burger and I'm trying this vegan pepper jack cheese for the very first time not gon na lie not my favorite, but it's dairy-free. Okay, and I just put like some avocado salsa. You know everything that usually comes on a Chipotle bowl, but healthy version. Hmm, actually, a really good doesn't really look the best. It got kind of brownish from the black beans, but it tasted really good my neighbors just staring at me right now. I know I know I look kind of crazy. I know like my hair is looking like this. I have my phone propped up on this huge cardboard box, I'm sitting on the ground eating some Brown stuff. Can I help you? He is judging me. You guys. I just put in my final tray of my Invisalign. This isn't like the final final one, it's just the final one from my first box so basically like I have two sets like, and I just finished the very first minute right here and my teeth have already made so much progress. So I'm so happy as you guys can see like they do kind of make my mouth look funny, so I don't really ever film with them. I take them out when I'm filming and then put them back in right away. My dentist was watching sorry cuz. I don't supposed to do that, but yeah, so you guys have any questions for me about this, because I know I only filmed like one quick video about it on my channel. So let's go ahead and start from the back yeah. It'S ready. Okay, perfect! So all I'm doing is just gently pulling out the flexi rod from the curl and then I just let the curl go and just shake it out like that. Alright, flexi rods are out now it's time to of aluminized okay, so we already have a lot of volume going on, but to get some mega volume, I'm going to flip my hair upside down and hit it with this hairspray and just like keep my head upside Down for like 15 30 seconds, and that way the hair is being held in place and when you flip your hair back up, you are going to have some mega mega volume.
