I Honestly Didn'T Expect This!! | Accidental Braid & Curl On Natural Hair

Y'All, do y'all see these cheeks, they are looking scrum diddly, dumb diddly delicious. I look like a porcelain doll. Barbie could never look and see if her cheeks, even shine like this barbie, could never eczema looking behind skin. I do have eczema too shout out to the girls with eczema that still look more hydrated than those who don't because, like you have no reason to be ashy, i have a skin condition. That'S a choice. I just finished washing my hair and she's already starting to dry a little on me, hi drake today i kind of want to try some coil array braids, but on my natural hair, but i kind of want to do like i want to see. If i can wear it like, as is how it's going to look as is, and then if it's also something i could take out and rock with it rock with it um, so you she start off with a middle part. I don't know the middle part, don't be so nice to me. Oh, my hair is so nice detangled and soft y'all. If you have not checked out my repair wash day, i don't even know why you're watching this video, you better not be watching this video with crusty hair, you better not be looking at another style, with duty scalp in our head. Go watch that wash day video and wash your hair then come back yeah. I said it. Anyways um i've been meaning to try this style. I saw someone else, do it with their colored hair, and i was like oh and i actually well, i i styled my hair in a sort of fashion like this um previously the last week and personally i just like the ease of it um, but i didn't Do like a little curl at the end that she'd be wearing, so i kind of want to try that i'm gon na work in three sections and you are darn skippy. The only parts that i will be focusing on will be the ones in the front. Everybody else to the back um that ain't, my business, that's gross business and i i've been raised to stay out of ground folk business. So i am not bothering with the back i kind of want to try out some products because, like i've been saying it's like i'm in pre-k with my hair, so i need to actually see if some of my favorites are actually going to remain my favorites, because My hair has started to get picky, so i'm going to try out the blueberry weaving on my colored hair. Today, oh, i think she likes her yeah she's still a star, and i feel like this one has a bit more moisture, just a bit more moisture than your regular smegular leave-in. I'M essentially trying all my favorites again, like i said, just to see if my hair really rocks with them um, because i just went through my whole collection of products at least what i had for wash day, and i basically had to damn here, get rid of Everybody and a mama, so this seems a little thick. Oh, we might have to do i'm thinking about the ends. We might have to do three in the back. We just got some healthy ends. Babes then, i'm going to be using the sign essentials, mousse um, because this seems to be the only thing that my hair likes and also gets moisture from, and i'm going to use this to kind of pre-make, my sections and solidify and i'm leaving about. I don't know i would say, like a third of my hair out, i'ma, just smooth that down real quick, there's a good amount on there, but i'm just gon na add a teeny weeny, yellow bikini bit more and wrap that bad boy around and drop her like That, like so like that, i hope this comes out cute. My thing is my face is round and i feel like it just funny like it's just for the pumpkin to find me like said it pumpkin. You feel me so i went ahead and completed the back and i ended up with three braids in the bottom row and four braids on the top row. I honestly should have applied my leave-in and all that to my hair before so it wouldn't dry out. So i'm gon na do that right now, i'm gon na just go in and apply leave-in that way once it's time my hair is like already softened up and ready to go, so i think i'm gon na part. It just the same way. I'M taking about two pumps of mis-design essentials, applying it to the roots first and then going in with one more pump for the ends and some definition. Now, when it comes to braiding um, i made sure that i had even sections, because i still wanted the option to like separate and have frizz free sections. But i really wanted to make sure i got really nice and tight at the roots so that these can lay nice and flat for just wearing them as a relative protective style. And then i braided till i was about a third way down when it came to the front. I left a little bit more hair because i wanted more of like the curl in the front. I wanted more of the braid and curl and for the back i didn't curl it as much because i wanted more length in the back. So i wanted that to be my length level if you will, but i just continued to repeat the same sections. I ended up doing three braids um for the front sections on either side. I thought i was gon na end up doing four, but we are doing um three and i think that was enough and not too overwhelming, and then, when i got to like the very front piece, this piece right here, um i made sure to add even more Hair out so that i could really have some nice cute curls, all right, you guys. I finished my hair. This is how she's getting from the front. This is how she's, given from the back. I know my parts are not perfect. Like i said i'm worried about them, that's grown folk business back there, i'm being grown folk bend. It part of me feels like i really should sit underneath a hooded dryer. The problem is my hooded. Dryer is not set up. So i would have to set that up to sit underneath it, but i probably should i will let you guys know if i do and when i come back, my hair should be dry all right, you guys, so it is two days later um. I decided to keep the rollers in um an extra day just in case. Oh look at the edge of my jeez um. I did sit under the hooded dryer so that it initially dried. So it's kind of like frizz, free, nice and neat um. I'M actually really excited to see how they're gon na come out. So some of them are a little frizzy like in the back area, got a little frizzy while i was sleeping, but this was relatively comfortable to sleep in even for both two days. So, let's unravel oh, this is so cute. I need her to hang a little it's a little tight. So for the back. I definitely should have made my little twisty situations just a tad longer, just a tad um. I will say it's definitely giving bob um. It'S not exactly giving what i what i thought it was funny gave. Um yeah definitely should have definitely should have either used smaller perm rods on the ends got rid of some of the product um at the bottom, especially the front areas. They had a lot of product on it, but i'm like i mean she could be cute. This is cute. It could be a little protective style hold on where's the where's, the little scrunchie, and just do it one time around the base right. Okay, let me actually wrap it for real. I just didn't want to stretch out any of the curls. That'S cute right, um, i'm not mad at it. I'M trying to decide if i want to keep it like this or unravel the braids, unravel the masses and see what it becomes. I don't know, how do you guys feel? Is it cute or is it giving shirley wannabe temple is in? Is it shirley wannabe temple? I mean i actually don't think it looks that bad now that, like i, have a full beat on it's definitely a little bobby anna. I feel like if you are definitely someone who likes that has the face for it. Personally, i just don't like it. I thought it was gon na be like a cute little momentum like this, but yeah. This is cute. I feel, like you know, if you're not ready to take it out, you can rock it like this. I did go outside and i feel like the ends did start to kind of like puff a bit, so i'm just going to go ahead and unravel this bad boy and see. Oh, this is kind of cute, it's kind of cute. It'S it's a vibe! Something like that, it's giving mommy, i want a lollipop. So let's take this thing in town i look like. I was left off of the damn rugrats i look like i was left off of the damn. What'S the what's that that kids show with alfalfa and now alfalfa and no um the rascals? I look like i was left off the rascals, oh, but them curls, though hello, hello, wait. This might be cute hold on hold on hold on hold on hold on. Okay, hold on you see up what's the yeah now, if you guys watched my video on what i learned about being natural with color hair y'all know, i have reintroduced a little bit of oil um into my routine. I'M doing this honestly just to combat like a little bit slight bit of frizz that i may have, but more likely, just to kind of like keep the hair, smooth and kind of add as an extra level of protection. In terms of keeping my hair, nice and moisturized and making sure my hair don't be petty and kick everybody out the club because she liked them when they got in and they don't even be trying to do nothing but silver her up, and i just think they Don'T like that, i'm just going in and separating and adding the tiniest bit of this agile beauty, oil serum. I noticed that brands are calling oils serums. Now i will say this is on the lighter side. It'S definitely not heavy, but maybe it's still oil, but i will say it does not sit on my hair, like most oil blends, would and block up a whole bunch of water. So once i'm done unraveling babes. This is what my hair looked like you guys, honestly, truthfully i was shook. Shukiana shook a tin sugar tooth chivalrous. Are we feeling that i this the ends honestly make me want to see what it would look like to do like a flexi rod, perm rod situation, because this is cute? I have never done a braid in curl. Despite how long i've been natural. I'Ve been more of like a style girl versus like a braid out, like maybe like a twist out a full braid out, but never like a roller girl. I feel like i had a trauma during prom when i tried to do a full roller set on my natural hair um way way way back when and it just. I gave it like two days three days or so, and it was crispy crunchy, flaky dusty. I just it was giving mop, it was giving shirley, it was getting poodle. Like i didn't even know my hair could do this. I didn't even know why her could do this. As always, if you're loving me, if you love them, we gon na figure something out and make it shake.
