Testing Weird Hair Rollers From Wish - Kayleymelissa

Today we're testing weird hair rollers from WISH. I may have lost a chunk of hair in the process of testing these strange hair products and hair tools from wish.com. My biggest question when I saw these hair rollers on the wish app was "does it work??" so I'm putting them to the test in this video with a series of heatless curls! We've got everything from waves to super tight curls here, so let's see how it goes!

Hey guys, Kayley your friendly neighborhood hair, stylist here., And today we are going over some rollers from Wish., So I have four kinds of rollers to test from Wish and we're gon na see which, if any of them work., This is obviously gon na go down over Several days because they have to air dry and that takes a little while, so it's gon na be fun times. And I wan na start out with these, which I am most excited, about.. They seem the most promising. So let's start on a high note.. So this is plastic, not rubber.. It really feels like almost a McDonald's toy., And then it has these little spikes right here to grab onto the hair.. Obviously, my hair is currently dry, so I'm just gon na dampen it and then I'm gon na pop in the curlers.. So you want your sections, nice and smooth and then wrap'em around the spikey part, and then you roll it back down. All right! That'S not too bad. I'm impressed actually. You. I am less impressed with., Okay, next one. (, techno, music ). Oh my gosh, this is taking me back to beauty, school. (, contemporary music ) Uh-oh that broke. That broke real good.. All right. We'Re just gon na put that over there., ( contemporary music ), All right, it's all in.! It feels so secure., Oh my gosh.! Now I definitely want these to dry a little bit faster than air drying. So I got something off of Wish for free.. I got a hair dryer hood., Put my hair dryer into one side and it acts like the little bonnet hair dryers that you sit under at the beauty salon. I feel like. I need an extra hand for this.. I think the opening might be too small.. No Man, So I think this might not work after all that build up., But don't worry. I have another one.. Of course I do. I'm Kayley Melissa. I have ridiculous tools. All over my house.. I'Ve got my back-up one.. Oh yeah she's, lookin'. Fi-yah.. Then we turn it on. And now we wait., I look like Toad. It's-a me Toad. What does Toad? Do I don't know.. I just know Mario and Peach. All right. It'S all done. So, let's see how this looks. - Okay, that is tighter than I thought. And let's keep goin'. Uh-oh. We have encountered our first problem., Oh no.. No, Oh, my God! What'S happening, What's happening, It's tangled in the teeth really badly. Okay. Aha Ha Praise every day.. It came out., Oh another, one., No, no no. Man. The teeth do create some problems. When you're taking this back off and by some I mean you know, that. Man, I need those hairs.. Oh man come on. All right. Getting these in a dream. Getting these out stuff of nightmares., Oh yes., Oh yes., Okay, I think what I'm gon na do is try to kind of pull these curls apart and go for kind of like a natural curl look., I'm so annoyed.. This side curled really well, and this side like what My name is. No my number is no. My hair is no.. The ends are all really gnarly really gnarly.. I think I'm gon na give these rollers a solid maybe.. They could definitely work. Like they're, not bad, but I'm also not really tempted to try again.. I just lost so many strands of hair. Doing it, I'd prefer not to do it again, which is why I'm not gon na retry, even though I think, maybe with the second try, especially on this side, I might be able to make this work.. I just I don't wan na do that to my hair.. I'M afraid I'm gon na lose more hair.. I don't wan na do that, so that's it.! That'S it for this one.. I think a medium if you're willing to put the time and effort into it, but those teeth are dangerous.. It'S time for Day Two - and I already have a Wish item on my head.. I think I paid like $ 2 for this little hair turban towel.. It is better quality than I expected, though it has absorbed surprisingly little water.. Today'S rollers are these little spiral rollers.. These are a very hard plastic.. They are pretty much completely inflexible and they have a little hook at the top, which is supposed to hook on to the top of your hair. And then within this bag. They have what looks like plastic shavings.. It'S these little weird curly Q's, but these are actually meant to hold your hair at the end of the roller. And then, in addition to the rollers. In a lot of the pictures on the listings, there were end papers used on the rollers as well.. An end paper is basically like this little tiny piece of tissue and you wrap it around the ends of the hair. Before you wrap your hair around the roller and it keeps everything nice and flat so that it doesn't end up doing this., So I'm at least gon na try and see how that goes.. To be honest, it took me a minute to figure out how to do these correctly ,'cause. I couldn't find pictures online, but eventually I stumbled upon it.. So what if I do the hook first and I scoot it up as close to the top as I can and then start wrapping ( contemporary music ) Got it.. I think I'm gon na play some hype music and keep going. ( fast-paced music ). It has been a full hour putting these in.. I have now run out of rollers and I still have hair left., So I was trying to decide what to do with the hair. That'S left over and I realized that I have straws that are about the same width as the rollers, so I thought I would test out straw curls for the first time to finish off the hair.. That way, it will look kind of the same and we can compare how straws compare to actual hair curlers. See you grab the straw and your piece of hair. You wrap the piece of hair around the straw fold, the straw over on the one side fold it over on the other side, and you use an elastic band to hold it in place., Okay, first impression that is way easier than these rollers. ( fast-paced, music ). There you go All right, it's only been a couple hours, but it's already dry and it's much tighter curl than I expected. Okay, they're out.. I can tell this is tight, but I haven't seen it seen. It.. Oh, Oh girl. In order to make these curls work. I went in and meticulously pulled apart, each curl into several curls to create a lot more volume. That got a lot more volume from pulling them apart. So guess what we're doing on this side.? Something about this feels like very old school Taylor, Swift. Wow. I feel like a little like a'90s country, singer a little bit'80s.. What I can tell you is that this is the most defined pretty tight, curl I've ever gotten like with a curling iron or otherwise, so that's really impressive., But then for the cons. First of all, because it is that really sturdy plastic, I don't think you could sleep on these.. I don't see a world in which that can happen.. Second, you can only take a little bit of hair at a time'cause. It has to fit between the grooves.. It does create some of the positives, but that does also mean that you're gon na have to take smaller sections, which means it's gon na take longer and more rollers. Depending on how much hair you have., I also did really find that the straws did almost the exact same thing and it was significantly easier.. Even though you don't have the little grooves to keep you straight. It'S just like wrapping hair around a curling iron and then you kind of squish it all together and it gets that similar shape. You're still gon na have that really springy curl.. So while I do recommend the spiral rollers, my winner of today are straws. They're. Even less expensive, they're even easier to get your hands on and they're so easy to. Use. Instagram had it on lock for so long, and I had no idea. Straw. Curls are where it's at., So that's been today.. It'S been a win for Wish and a win for straws, and I am excited to see what tomorrow brings. Here. We are Day Three time for our last set of rollers. Today. We'Re gon na do two sets of rollers'cause. I didn't buy enough of either to do. My entire head, but at least we can compare them right. So first we have these little suction, cuppy ones, and then I have these strawberry foam. Rollers., Like how adorable is that That's the entire reason I bought them because they look like strawberries. Anyway. We'Re gon na try these out over here these out over here and see how it goes. Suction cups first.. What happens is that this top flips up? You wrap your hair around this. This is your roller and the top flips back down and holds it in place.. My hair looks more dry than it feels, but I am gon na spritz it with water, as I go just to make sure everything's. You know good to go., Okay, so the side that doesn't flip down goes here and then we wrap it away, keeping it as flat as possible and then we're gon na flip this down., Oh, that was easier than I thought it would be.. I look like I have this suction cup stuck to my head or a very cute barnacle.. I feel like they'd, be really really secure, like yeah really secure.. So I have a question for you guys.. What kind of videos would you like to see more on my channel I've been playing around with kinds of videos that I make a lot this year and I'd love to see in the comments what you guys think what kind of videos you're liking. Maybe what kind of videos you'd like to see and anything is game., And if you see a comment that somebody left and you're totally into it, you know upvote that comment., The ones that get lots of upvotes. I will definitely be paying attention. To.. Okay, that's it.! There'S a'90s toy that I feel like.. What is it? Oh, it was like a ball and it had these little things on it and it would shake and, like I don't remember anything else about it, but if you guys know what I'm talking about, let me know. The point of the story. Is I look a little funny, but I'm not mad at it. If it gives me good curls. Now, let's try this side with the strawberry rollers., So we have the adorable little strawberries.. They are very squishy foam and then inside you've got the cord that you're wrapping. Your hair around., So I think hypothetically, you just wrap your hair around it and that's it.. Let'S try it. Okay., Okay., (, happy music ) All right! So that's our strawberry side.! It'S very comfortable.! It does feel like a little nodule of hair ,'cause. It'S all wrapped around right here, so you'd feel like this squishes down. It feels like a little tiny pillow and then you feel like this little tiny nodule in there.. It'S like a princess-and-the-pea situation., But getting this in took about 10 minutes, which has been one of the faster methods so far and I do feel like I could do it a little faster once. I know what I'm doing better and probably when my hair is a little wetter, so I don't have to keep spraying it down on every section.. This was both easy and very cute to do.. Now I'm just gon na let it sit and I will come back once they're dry., So I might be wearing the same shirt and my makeup might be similar, but it is now the next day. I put these in at like 11:00 a.m. yesterday, and I went Throughout my day. I kept checking to see if they were dry., They weren't and I got to 11:00 at night and I was like I have to go to sleep. And now I've awakened and if they're not dry by now, they're just not gon na be.. After about 24 hours, I am excited to see how these look. Say: that's actually kind of pretty. What I am shooketh. ( contemporary music ) Wow. There are just a couple of areas that aren't perfect and I just wan na touch them up with a little bit of heat ,'cause. I'M of the mind that if you can do a heatless hairstyle and it's like 90 % heatless and then you can use like 10 % heat to fix it up. Why not It's a lot less heat than it would be and faster. There we go.. So I look now as though I really spent a lot of time with the curling iron. When really I spent 10 minutes with rollers I let'em dry, and then I touched up with the curling iron in like two minutes, and I am a really big fan.. I feel like I would do this again for sure. All right, so so far, so good on this side., Let's see what's going on over her., This is really wet still.. Only a couple of these got dry, which is really really frustrating.. Curls are really pretty.. It'S kind of sad that you can see the ridges where the little cups were. That's not cute., Because they were wet when they came off the roller like they're, already loosening up so much., It's almost like a really loose wave now, so that's a little disappointing.. This did actually turn out better on me than I've seen it turn out on a lot of people, so I'm not actually that mad, but I'm not in love either.. So I actually wan na leave you guys with some final thoughts on all the rollers, but first I'm gon na curl this side to match this one.. Okay, now we're matchin'.. I feel a lot better now.. So, starting with Day One, those rollers really could have given me a similar look to this, I think if it hadn't tried to eat my hair., And that was the biggest problem for me ,'cause. I know that I could have done it again and I could have made them look so much prettier, but I just couldn't do it to myself and I couldn't do it to my hair ,'cause. I literally lost a handful of hair using those, and I just couldn't do it again. And then day number two, those were so cool and you guys loved it online.. I posted a picture on my Instastory and I have never gotten a response like that.. First of all, thank you for the response and, if you guys want me to do an actual tutorial, where I get more in depth, talk about how to pick the curls apart and everything like that, I can do that.. Let me know I'll put a poll up on the screen. Just you know this video was about trying out rollers and it was my first time using them. So I'd rather go back and actually give you guys good detail. If that's what you'd wan na know. And then for Day Three, we had our strawberries and our suction cups.. The strawberries went surprisingly well.. They were pretty good to sleep on and they stayed in really well throughout the night. So I would do it again., I'm gon na, probably buy more so that I can take smaller sections and then they would dry faster.. But you know as long as you're willing to touch it up with a curling iron. I think the effect is really pretty, and I love that I used a lot less heat., The suction cups, nah. Nah nah nah, nah nah.. It was just not the greatest experience for me.. So that's my experience trying out Wish rollers.. That was a lot of fun and I have learned now from Instagram that you guys really like the tight natural curl look. So if you want more videos based on that kind of look, let me know in the comments down below. If you liked it don't forget to hit that like button, because it really helps my channel out, and I really appreciate it. And if you're new here hit, That subscribe button and turn on the bell notifications, so you can be notified every time. I post a new video and you can be part of braidaholic family over here on KayleyMelissa. Anyway. That'S it for today. I'll, be back on Wednesday with my next video. So please be sure to come back for that and I will see you then. Mwah !'Bye.. I feel, like my southern accent, really comes out when I say roller ,'cause, I always just wan na say ro-ler., It's a ro-ler., I'm from the South.. I don't know if I've mentioned that and my accent slowly faded out over the years, but with words like roller and Jason actually., I always wan na, say Jay-son., Ro-ler and Jay-son.. Everything else totally this, but those two words get me. (, relaxing music, )

Courtney Jackson: I’d definitely like to see more heatless hairstyles and wearable everyday updos

Nick John: I just gotta say, thank you so much for getting straight into your videos! I’ve been traumatized by youtubers spending half the videos just talking about nothing!*cough* karina Garcia *cough*

Noelle Elise: Your hair looks much nicer with the ringlet/straw curls rather then the loose curls

Kati OBrien: Oh wow, we had those little suction cup ones in the fifties. I can remember my mom winding them in my hair and popping the top over. They came in several different sizes, and I can't even look at the school picture I had taken after I curled my hair with them.

Samantha Cruz: When your hair gets tangled , try twisting it one way than the other, and you’ll find which way the hair was wrapped and you’ll be able to undo it without ruining the curl !! :D

angelique dierckx: I'm really loving the current videos you do. Tutorials mixed with testing out stuff, and sometimes a DIY thing. I think your channel great the way you're doing it right now :)

JacquelineL...: The second “curlers” you tested are spiral perm rods. My mom used to perm the neighbors hair with them back in the early 90s.

mamadillo: The "suction cups" you mention were sold under the name of "Spoolies" back in the mid-60's. (Yes, I'm really that old, and yes, I really enjoy this channel.) Girls seldom wore their hair as long as Kayley's is, and if it was that long it was supposed to be perfectly straight -- orange juice cans for rollers, for instance. The Spoolies were really easy to use but did indeed take forever to dry. I'd like to see more of the curlers that are all coiled up and how you actually got the fat straws to stay in place.

lord tickledick: I LOVE the strawberry curls!! I’ve been wanting to try a curl like that but the girlie gene passed me by ages ago. I have NO idea how to do my hair so I always straightened it.

Kimberlite66: Yay! This is helpful and enjoyable review. Well done. Good that you got straight into it and you are all about the products you are reviewing and not spending agessssss getting to the point. I want to buy the strawberries. They gave gorgeous curls.

Lauren: honestly I love this. I love seeing new or unusual products and what they produce! Plus you have the same hair I have (bone straight hair) so I am feel like these your videos help me :)

Marissa Sharp: Loved watching this video! It was so much fun to see you test out these products! I loved the strawberry ones the best, too, but maybe because the strawberries are so stinkin’ cute! Yes, please do more vids like these! Hey, nothin’ wrong with us suthern gals having our accents. God bless❣️

Hellnogizmo: This is super cute! I have very thin hair, so I am always looking for easy heatless curls so I can keep what I got left on my head where it belongs. Thanks so much. You are adorable. Totally subscribed!

L Vong: I love when you test hair tools out for us!! ❤️

Emma Woop: Those strawberries are so cute! I really want to get onto wish and try some fun things as I've seen so many great and funny hauls.

Sue Schultz: I remember those pink plastic rollers. My mom used to use them in my "pixie" type hair. Oh the curls I would get! Really enjoyed your video!

Sarah Chappell: Okay, thank you first for using your sister in your videos so you can show us how to do the same styles on long AND short hair, which I appreciate SO MUCH! and I love your videos where you do celebrity hairstyles or characters like the decades hair. And I love the videos where you try products and tell us what you think bc then I know if it’s something worth buying off of wish or if I really should go out and splurge on something. I also love the drugstore videos

Jen P.: The first ones you tried I bought on wish and decided to try before watching you. I love them. Use them every morning. Hair almost dry. If you wind up the ends first on the teeth, then be very careful when rolling to not twist and go right over the ends. I use hair dryer quickly over the rolls. Then do exactly the opposite when taking out. Takes just minutes.

Jennifer Williams: I love your review videos and they seriously help when choosing products to use. I love your braid tutorials too and also your character hairstyles! Loved the Star Wars ones!

Alisocks: I just ordered the strawberry ones and I'm excited to try them out! But I'm wondering how they stay in your hair without slipping out as they dry. I usually wash my hair at night, twist a few ponytails and tie them with hair bands, then sleep on them and take them out in the morning. I'm worried these ones won't stay in place...

Phoenyx Sibbald: straw curls will forever hold a special place in my heart, i did them like everyday for almost a year in the middle of high school and i love the look they give

Natalie Rozie: Adore the straw look. Please do a more detailed video!

Diana Cluck: With the 1st rollers back in the day, we used these little things called end-papers. They would've prevented your ends from being tangled up in the rollers and pulling out your hair.

Elia Balla: I'd love to see historical hairstyles, specific to certain decades

Commander_Chill: First of all thank you, I’ve learned the Dutch braid from your video it’s quite good you’ve explained it step by step,my daughter is so happy, would you please do some more kids hair styles for flat hair,I would be very thankful if you do more little girl hair tutorial, lots and lots of love from the Netherlands

K E L L S E Y: The pink silicone ones work great for heat-less and water-less curls. I've used them many times for no frizz curls.

Kodi B: Those strawberries are the CUTEST!! and the curls look amazing

Alyssa-jade Lynne Butlin: Hayley, with rollers number 1 , I would suggest using perm end papers to prevent your hair from being ripped out as in your first demonstration . In demonstration no2 the rollers used with the straws were actually spiral perm rods and were very popular in the 1980s when perms where extremely popular☘️

J Grace: I'd like to see some hairstyles for naturally curly/wavy hair.

Jennifer Martin: I’d love to see more Wish hair gadgets please!!!

tincha: those 1st rollers 100% work after about 3 times of using them, you just have to know how tight they need to be & how to take them out the right way

Baby Skate: I did my very long, ultra fine, super straight hair with straws in October and I LOVED IT. Took a couple hours, and I slept on them. And GORGEOUS! My hair is "hard to curl" type, so heat styling and hairspray absolutely don't work on my hair AT ALL. Highly recommend straw overnight curls if your hair won't hold curl or if you want to avoid heat damage. Plus, the curls lasted for days

cindy g: Your energy is everything ❤️

Annelies van Overbeek: Have you ever tried ways to style your hair that they used in the past? like those ribbon things they used for their tight curls in the regency era and whatever they did in the Edwardian era to get that big fluffy hair. That would be such a cool video!

Riya Patel: The straw hair looks very pretty, I think I’m going to try it! ( It looks very good on you)

A H: The strawberries are super cute! I am a natural 2b-2c . Heatless styles are very helpful!

Rosanna101: I would like to see more heatless curling reviews on similar companies as wish

Sarah DeHart: Super cute tight curls and loved the strawberry look too!

Stacey Lanter: I remember as a kid my mom always putting both my little sisters hair in sponge rollers and they'd sleep in them over night. I tried it a couple of times and they are awful to sleep in! Maybe straws wouldn't be so bad? lol

Saba Asghar-Rahman: Hi Kayley! Loved the strawberries, so cute! Just wondering though, what curling iron did you use at the end there? Made gorgeous curls!

TheModesty13: Those are perfect for my dreadlocks!! Definitely have to buy it.

Pam Landy: I thought the cirl from the spiral/sttraw rolers was really cute on you. Your hair looked very nice after you separated the curls, but before was really cute on you too.

ch3mical poet: i watch this and think, “ah i’m so lucky to have natural curls...”

K McD: Pink spoolies! They were the hip and happening hair accessory of the late 1950's! Pink and green heads abounded at the grocery store. Reminded me of my Mom. Thanks for the time trip.

Kai Rae: Your hair actually looks super cute with the tight curls after you fixed them!

caroline maraj: You look beautiful with spiral curls

Linda Rosenthal: So glad I have natural curls. So much work! Thanks this was fun.

Keapix: I would love to see more heatless styles, and styles for thin hair. Although I happily watch the ones I can’t recreate

Elizabeth Becker: I love review videos like these!

Elizabeth: The tight curls look amazing on you!!!!!

Camarie Brooke: You don’t have to dampen your hair with rollers. I would try the strawberries rollers with dry hair

Becky: How do those tight straw curls look so gorgeous on her

Holly Duigan: I would love to see hairstyles through decades so 2010’s/2000’s/1990’s all the way back to the 20s because I think that would be really cool!!

FP Cooper: This is a very informative and straight to the point product review. So awesome. You also look like britt robertson

Sandrea White: Love the curly look with the straw curlers.

S.J. Lamb: Would love to see both the 1940's pincurls and also huge volume curly hairstyles and how to achieve them!

Elisa Cánovas: I really like this video. I love how nice and simple it is. Keep it up if it makes you happy

Jenelle D: Honestly, I loathe influencers on Instagram and YouTube. I’m just sadly one of those bitchy cynical people. In my defense, many aren’t the greatest if people. But I honestly find her SO likable. I think a lot of people have this ego around them and in the way they conduct themselves or make their videos. She comes across just so kind, so genuine, so likable, actually real. I’ve seen a lot of YouTuber’s leave “unscripted moments” like when her hairdryer wouldn’t fit, but it is so irrelevant and seems to serve no purpose other than them just wanting people to think oh gosh ha ha so funny you’re so relatable. I have watched only 2 videos and I find her the most likable person on YouTube. It’s rare to see someone so beautiful, so clearly talented, very popular, just make a video that is so natural, on point, and full of exactly what was promised in the video. I sound like I’m gushing, but I’m just so happy to be reminded there are good YouTuber’s out there, making quality videos, being genuine, and being someone who deserves their success. Also, as a woman with pin straight hair, who can use a curling iron and by the time I get to the other side, the area I started is back to straight again, this video was so helpful! Straight hair is a curse! It is so possible for curly to go straight and to maintain it that way. But they don’t have gravity as their enemy. Mine is just constantly being brought down. It’s so frustrating. Thanks for the guidance!!

Rachel Freeland: Curly hair makes you look so much more beautiful!!!

Caroline Sanabria Castaneda: Kayley’s hair reminds me of Lily James! I LOVE IT

Mer Maid: The "suction cup" curlers do work, but you need the kind my sister had in the 90s where the curlers were on a heating mechanism & so when you put them in they were hot & ready to really curl your hair. She still has those curlers.

Siera Hornberger: I LOVE the strawberries I need to get some! I've tried a bunch of different acne products from wish, I should of made a video :p

FoxyStealth: Great video! I'd like to see the spoolie things with slightly damp hair.

Julz Granger: Hey gorgeous girl. From your newest subscriber. I loved your video and look forward to watching more. By the way, those strawberries were adorable

Av Wo: I'd absolutely watch more hair tutorials

Major Robinson: I would love to see a video on curly festival styles, more videos with the curly wig, and more intricate braids/styles, and the work to night hairstyles you did, but more, and for curly hair. Love you!!

Alison Gonzalez: I have super long super thick hair so sometimes the weight really makes it get flat at the top. I have tried volumizing products like shampoos and stuff (Although not many like styling products) and usually blowdry my hair upside down but still struggle to make my hair not stick to my head! I'd love some volume tips specifically for long, thick, heavy hair.

Nicole Havens: I'd love to see you do something with hot rollers.

Siobhán K.: Looks pretty!!!! Glad though that my hair is naturally curly!!!! So much easier!!! :)

xXBattleBlazeXx: The second set of curlers, the result looked a lot like my natural curly hair. Of course my hair is different bc it’s well...natural, but that’s the closest I’ve seen to fake-natural curls

Anna Dickey: A tight natural curls tutorial would be awesome! Overall, natural tutorials would be totally cool!

Gretalee Moskoo: THOSE STRAWBERRY CURLS I’m jealous lol you’re so pretty

Kelly Taylor: I was thinking of buying those suction cup curlers but now that I've watched your video, no way! My hair is think and hard to dry so I'm sure mine wouldn't be dry either.

Sarah Burbine: I've watched you since you were making videos in high school and it's my first time back in a while and holy crap you're like if a disney princess was amazing at hair and had a youtube channel.

dotted_ester: I think it would be so fun for you to make a trying cheap wigs video andddd PLEASE make a 3 days with heatless tight curl video. To show how you wear it every day before you wash it . You are amazing!❤️

Kira Seton: Yayyy! I love when you review products It really helps find good products without wasting money

Rgjarrell1992 J: The spiral wand curlers gave you really natural looking curls!

Krista Monroe: I just stumbled upon this video and was thinking “wow she’s so gorg and looks familiar ...” and then I realized I know you from Tati !! Ahhh instant Subbie , LoveLoveLove-ing youuu!!

Rissa Rose: 6:50 your hair looks awesome in those curls!!!

Em, ily.: This is like the ONLY channel I watch that I can get through without anything. Tysm

Vera Kornilova: can you do more "recreating pinterest hairstyles" ?

Tha_Potato :3: I’m glad I have naturally curly hair because I wouldn’t be able to do that with straight hair

Jenni: The spiral straw curls are gorgeous!

Dressing Like Jane Eyre: Can you please do more hairstyle tutorials? I'm addicted to trying new styles!

Helen Pitchan: Hi Kayley, just a quick note for you. I grew up in the 70s-80s and tortured myself with the lovely pink sponge rollers. Just thought I should share that prolonged use will suck the moisture right out of your hair and cause a great deal of breakage. To be fair to the rollers I did use them every other night, so occasional use of the strawberries probably wouldn’t hurt as much. Loved the video!

Maggie123: I love videos where you find some interesting hair style on insta, and you try it yourself. Like that flower-rose situation :D

K- HDW: I am watching this video a lot later then others but, I just found you. I really like the strawberry curls on you the best I think it would turn out great with more strawberries curlers and less hair in them but not to little of hair either or the look would be way different. You could use the over the head hairdryer thing you have to complete the dry with them too so the hair dries faster. Love the video.

Kieran Willis: Honestly you have great hair for those rollers - a lot of girls hair needs heat to get a good look. I'd definitely recommend you carry on going heatless with the strawberry.. That was the nicest curl... Maybe lightly spray with hair spray before rolling up and have your hair only slightly damp. I think if you kept trying, you'd get the best look without using any heat at all

Spicy Lily: My grandma had a set of the section cup rollers, but they were hot rollers. had a little machine (also storage for the rollers) that you plugged in and they warmed up then roll your hair and let it cool down. The curls looked pretty good from those .

Elizabeth Becker: The pink curlers are just like the ones that Midge uses in "Marvelous Ms. Maisel". The ones she uses in the middle of the night when her husband is asleep.

Yasenia Guerrier: I really like your positive attitude ( my second time watching you tonight) and I subscribed

Tamara Morton: That's hilarious that you had a back up hairdryer hood.

Karen Benavente: Pretty cool! They Look like land line Cords that connect to the old home phones lol they have the co dept of rag rollers

layla farrell: The strawberry curlers and the spiral rollers were my favorite.

Ro: Please do more tighter curls tutorial. Maybe different ways to get 'em? Like heatless methods, or special wands. The video was very interesting. I loved the strawberries curler. Btw, I would kill to see a routine video, whether it's a workout video or day/night. I would love it!!

2008MrsKim: Those spiral rollers can be found on Amazon, 60pc for $12.00

Rebecca Lewis: She looks so beautiful with curls!

Purple Kitty Life & Flex | Kiersten M Adams: Im so sad!!! I really loved the suction cuppy one when I used them. I was rooting for those guys! Super cute though!

Irene Suero Canellas: i would love to see some things for natural curly hair

Katie O: I've LOVED your content this past year! I feel like literally every video you've put out has been on point. Including the Jon Snow video
