So am I worried that I'm gon na mess up my hair today heck yeah, but is that gon na stop me heck? No, so guess what I'm doing today, I'm dyeing my hair cuz. I need a little spice in my life. I need a little bit of some chump in my hair. That gives me a little bit of life. It'S getting a little stale in here, but I don't want to spend $ 200, so I'm gon na do my highlights myself. So I'm gon na force my sister to help me because um, I really don't want them to look that bad. Let me tell you the last time I dyed my hair was in high school and I'm just gon na show a picture of it because I feel, like you guys, don't understand where I'm coming from what, and that is why I haven't dyed my hair since to Make things worse, I got the wrong hair dye. In fact, I got the one for the blond-haired ladies out there, but who cares? You know what I only live once I guess what I'm about to do, I'm about to make myself cry. So I got this box, as you guys can probably tell I don't look like her. I don't have blonde hair and I'm about to mess up really bad put it on and make a mana marry me put it on me. Come on marry me put okay, we're gon na have a slight unboxing. Of course. Here'S the box itself, opening it up. We'Ve got a lot of stuff, oh honey. It comes with all of this, but I'm ready to make a mess of my hair. So, let's get into this, can we ignore how disgusting my hair looks right now? No, so the first step is to put on the cab a shirt, yeah ma'am. I am a professional. So honestly, I'm a little scared because I feel like if I do this wrong. My mom's gon na literally grossed me she's, been telling me to spend $ 200 and your girls not doing it. So I'm a butt up, but I look really good. I'M gon na look really good yeah. It'S mine, make sure your hair is dry. It'S oily babe: where do I go? Can we try that s'mores things right? I got this today because it's so freakin good, it's a campfire, smores coffee cake and if you think that I'm not gon na get fat while I'm making my hair look good thought wrong. Oh, my god, it smells so frickin good, go ahead. Hey Samar, you go hair, DIY and mukbang all in one video, no issue. I think every second hole every second ho. Okay. This is okay, so we're gon na start here get that hair feels like brain surgery. Oh, my god, can you be more gentle? I don't think you have to care there. It'S like a bald spot. Where is the whole? Oh, my god where's that hair up I'm gon na get bangs. Why does it hurt? Does it start? No tell them stop. That'S all I just need to pull it out. Nicer. Okay, I'm gon na come back. One half of my head is done. Okay, oh that one in my ear two hours later, I okay love my life. Alright, but I'm ready, oh, but it have highlights anyways. It'S time to diet, though yeah go pack uh-huh, go fat; Hayley, the Science Guy; hey, hey, hey, hey, oh ho! Ho! Okay, I made my sick cream and it's time to finally put this in my hair. Look it up close like so. It looks like whipped cream. So just like yeah, you just matter and on I guess: okay, there's nothing back, stand back! I'M so scared. What if I have a booger it behind? Oh, my god, why am I going through so much emotions right now? I hope I love my hair tomorrow. We go it's on now anything they cellphone back well, you're gon na get a horn to comment, Kayla the bedrock or make you not want to do some, whatever the other, it's actually working, you're. Joking, oh my god update. This is how my hair looks. This is after, I believe, like 30 minutes of having it on, and I know yeah I'm gon na come back to you guys tomorrow with the finished look, I'm gon na have it straightened and everything and I'm gon na look like a whole different person. So, let's see if this really buried, okay, just pray for me the next day. Okay, don't mind me, looking a whole mess and a half, I just got out of work. I don't know if I like it. This is after the box died. I didn't add anything to it, yet I'm about to put in some purple shampoo to see if I could get rid of some of the brassiness anyways. This is how it looks right now. Do I look like Kylie or what? No but honestly, I really like how the highlights came out. I just don't like the color as much so I have really thin hair, which is why I shouldn't have grabbed that much hair to be highlighted, even though it didn't look like a lot. It wasn't a lot in the grand scheme of things, but I lightened up basically my whole entire head and I don't know how I feel about it. I don't know how I feel right now, so we're now about to add the purple shampoo and afterwards, I'm gon na style it and everything, and I'm gon na get ready and we're gon na see how the end result is. Let'S purple shampoo, this Beach. Okay, let's be honest, do we like it or do we not like it cuz? I don't know, I'm conflicted. Sometimes I like it and sometimes I'm just like oh girl, you need to dye your hair back kind of thing and I just don't know what I'm doing. I don't know what I'm even thinking. I know that I still need to add a toner because it literally still looks super yellow in my opinion, and I kind of want it on the cool side instead of the warmer side. So right now it looks like this, but hopefully in the future. It doesn't look like this, but who knows I'm a lazy human being, and I don't know if I'm gon na head over to Sally's and get some toner. I have no idea. Okay, I kind of feel like by the end of the month. I'M gon na go back to my old ways and have dark brown hair again cuz. I don't know that just suited me. It was just my hair, but honestly this is such a big difference and I don't know how to feel about it. I can't stop looking at the viewfinder, because I just I I just does that mean I don't know. I feel, like I'm gon na look back 50 years from now and be like what did I do to my hair, who told me to get highlights and then I'm gon na feel, like I'm gon na, be disappointed in myself and then my kids are gon na. Be disappointed in me and then I'm just gon na it's gon na be a never-ending cycle. Okay, so I don't know if I like these highlights. I don't know what to do. I don't know if I'm gon na keep them. I don't know if I'm gon na dye my hair at the end of the month back to my dark roots, but not gon na lie. I kind of am accepting the change and I'm accepting my hair right now, I'm kind of like leaning towards liking it, but at the same time I don't know if I do still, because I'm indecisive all right. Stressedbutwelldressed: Hey @maybeHeilly a tip for next time is to use a half tea spoon of blue black box dye (the colour tube only) and mix it with conditioner or a sulfate free shampoo ! :) leave it on for 3-5 minutes MAX and then you'll get perfectly toned highlights. It also doesn't fade as fast as a actual toner.
