Ashton Kutcher's Hair Is Starting To Go | CONAN on TBS

https://www.youtube.com/c/TeamCoco

I want to compliment you, you always look good. You got good hair. I'M gon na compliment your hair. It'S going a little bit, though how's it going. Yeah I've been losing it since I it's like. I mean, if I really get up in there guys I mean it's like starting to disappear right. So I when I was like 25, I noticed it was starting to go, and so I went to me. I went and met the guy, the doctor haired guy doctor, and he was like he put me on this at this medication called avodart and he ever heard of this town. So anyway, it's like a finesse to ride and it and what's that wait now now, I need to know what that so basically connects ride. It'S like Hydrox, adil yeah, so your blood glucose, I made what I don't know what it is, so your body produces testosterone and then some do some, don't so heavily testosterone, Aidid doesn't work any which way the byproduct of testosterone actually cause follicles to get weaker fall Out and so you take this stuff and it washes away the the byproduct of testosterone right, but we don't know what else that might be used being used for that could be good in the body but anyways right. So I've been like holding onto the hair pretty good right, but then we decided that we're gon na have children. I didn't know what you know was it okay? Is it safe to take when you maybe maybe shouldn't be on that? If you're trying to have a baby yeah, so I stopped taking the stuff about three years ago and now I'm experiencing the hair loss right. It'S like it's starting to go right, I'm a baseball cap guy. So I think I'm okay right, I'm like thirty! What I've established myself is like this baseball cap wearing individual, your you're always wearing a baseball cap, so you're gon na be fine, but it does go. You'Re not gon na know that it's gone, because I'm still I'm just gon na have the ball cap on. Would you ever go the like, you know like a fake hair root? Would you ever do that? No I'm, no toupee I'll! Just let it go I'll, go I'll, go like character, actor or something yeah. I think that's the way to go. I think it must be such a pain. In the I mean, this thing is velcro. It'S that easy. It just comes off. It makes a ripping sound and then goes right back or you go ball cap and then Pete and then you don't know. But now you're you haven't established yourself as a ball cap guys and I look terrible in a baseball cap and what are you gon na? Wear like a paper boy hat and be like hey guys, did you have a nose yeah that I can't do that whenever and I do wear those caps around and people do want to buy like an apple from me for a dime sunny come here I'll buy An apple, oh sure, thanks mister, that's not a good way to go. It'S just gon na be trouble, so you're saying that the more tests, the less testosterone you have, the more hair you have. Generally speaking, I would think relative to this science that I don't know much about so insulting all right. I don't I really don't I'm not a scientist. I don't know wait, you're, not a scientist, not officially, not aside. All these years, I go with all these big finasteride words. I just Wikipedia. That'S me, renowned, scientist Ashton, Kutcher. I have questions you

zakur0hako: i swear hair loss topic is the most unifying thing among men

Adrian Ruvalcaba: That's a good hairline for a 40 year old. If that was me at 40 I'd be happy. My hairline is even worse and I'm in my 20s.

Brad Dambergs: Bruh my hairlines like that and I’m 23, my grandfather went bald at 24. Pray for me.

Partizan: Conan is so often funnier than his guests and really can turn a boring interview into something quite comedic.

paranoid plane97: The guy is 40 years old and still has a head of hair, he shouldn’t worry

Event Horizon: Thanks Ashton for coming clean about your hairloss and actually giving a educated response on it and what others can do to prevent it. Awesome!

uniquekid401: I love how honest he is. He's always seemed to be the most honest of most celebrities.

GreenBlinkSum McWilliams: I'm 20 and my hair is going, if I had hair like that as a 40 year old I'd be loving life

Darius Eatmon: I love how confident he is about his hair when there’s so many other people who are ashamed to admit it and will do anything to hide this fact. He just comes straight out

Joseph’s Journey: This reminded me of a skinny girl calling herself fat.

Mcgriffin67: It's always the guy who's hair that isn't really going that's so open and willing to talk and share.

coldjeanz: His hair looks decent because he was on medication for years as he said, now that's he off of it it will progressively get worse. It's kind of refreshing to see a celebrity actually admit this.

Just Me: Few things to say 1. He isnt asking for pity/ tryna make people feel bad for him 2. He’s doing what like 80% of people do- we see imperfections (not that hair loss is an imperfection) on ourselves more than others. for example for me when i gain weight i see it a lot more than anyone else. I feel heavy and overweight whereas my family and friends wouldn’t of even noticed a difference. So there’s a chance to us it doesn’t seem like he’s losing it, but since he stopped taking the meds HE’S noticed it’s started to change. But we don’t see him often enough to notice.

Anakin Skywalker: Can't believe this guy is 41. He looks like he is in his late 20s

Abdullah Shakoori: Through the years this man has been always a funny man

Paul Bagg: He’s honestly so brave to talk about that stuff publicly. Men who lose their hair are completely shamed by society as being lesser-than, even though it’s not something they can control!

Daria: I always fell in love with Ashton's laugh i really love it! ❤

Classical Music11: Gimme break dude. You're 40 years old and still have a full head of hair. Those corners are simply a matured hairline that the vast majority of men have.

Danny's Doggy Bags: He's not conventionally funny to the audience but I think he's actually hilarious and relatable af

Manny Calavera: Poor Ashton. With his full head of hair and 20-something model looks at 40 years old. Such rotten luck in the genetic lottery. You have to feel for the guy.

CHEF: This sounds like a real conversation between two friends thats why I love conan

golden mirror: I had his hairline when I was 17 lol

Biyonzo: i love him and his wife they are both so down to earth. i never got this fake vibe from them like from other hollywood stars

J H: This is what you do when you want to come across as humble and self-depricating, but you're absolutely fine because you know it's not an issue. As someone said below, it's like someone in great shape saying they've let themselves go because they had a salad with cheese in it.

M Irfan Abid: Reading the comments here makes me feel I'm not getting bald alone

Ibrahim Hamim: It happened with me too......once i used to go to a doctor,he gave me finasteride and hair started get stronger but eventually i discontinued going to him for some reason and started seeing another one, he removed finasteride from prescription thats why my hair started falling again

Andreas A: Nobody is giving him credit for his honesty. He has a good enough hairline for his age because he was taking that medication since his mid twenties.

ibieiniid: 2:06 he was trying to make fun of paperboys but ended up doing a spot-on Conan impression.

Scott: Conan pretending not to know what finasteride is... lol okay dude.

Alexander Stewart: He was one of those guys that every girl was obsessed with when they were growing up. He hasn’t changed much either; good for him and Mila.

None of Your business: I'm 23 and balding quite a bit so I just accepted it and started shaving my head completely... Feels good lol. Also an established baseball cap guy so that's a real thing!

The Anomity: Dude, if im 40 & have a hairline like that, ill be grateful as hell

shiv_ring: Conan knows a lot about getting hair back.

writerspen010: I'm 25 and also starting to notice my hair thinning out a bit, but I don't know if it's because of always parting my hair in the same general place (apparently, that's actually a thing) or because my bangs are still growing out or because of actual potential hair loss yet :/

StevenRayW: Losing some hair is not necessarily a bad thing for him; it might actually help him shake his pretty boy/teenage heartthrob image and take his career to another level by looking like a mature middle-aged actor.

andres cepeda: Well damn Jackie I can't control my hair loss

Suyen Go: He's says he's not a scientist but Ashton actually has a degree in biochemical engineering.

Wayne Prezzler: Ashton isn’t losing his hair this whole segment was a waste. His hair for a 40yr old guy is spectacular. He’s one handsome bastard

Davey Wonder Outdoors: 28 years old and my hair falls out more and more every day.. But dammit my beard gets thicker each day I swear... it sucks haha

Oprahs FatAss: When I noticed that my hairline was starting to recede I got a prescription for Avodart and I haven't lost any hair since. The stuff really does work.

Taylor Branson: Props to him for the honesty

Faithful Forever: I don't think there is a guy alive who didn't have at least one point in his life in which he thought he was going bald. And the majority of people, men and women, experience hair thinning with age. It is just a natural part of aging. Now there are a few men who have thick hair until death, but there aren't many of them.

SanaKhanGeek: 2:38 Conan's expression

R̭̪̜͜oto S̻̙̘͉copic: I noticed Ashton is wearing a Cap in a considerable portion of photos from 2019. When you go off Dutasteride, you will rapidly lose all of the hair that you would have had you never been on it in the first place. If he isn't back on Avodart already, he will be as soon as he looks like 41 going on 51.

kim gelin: Conan is always funny

beforehours: Yep, it can feel incredibly depressing, seeing your hair on your sheets, in the drain and when you're drying it. I'm just 18 and I don't wanna be bald before I turn 30

Innocent Bystander: It’s not the amount of testosterone or DHT that causes baldness; it’s the sensitivity of your hair follicles. That sensitivity is determined by genetics. The AR gene makes the receptor on hair follicles that interact with testosterone and DHT. If your receptors are particularly sensitive, they are more easily triggered by even small amounts of DHT, and hair loss occurs more easily as a result. Other genes may also play a part.

cwpha: I appreciate his honesty

A B: This guy is 40 yrs old. Some guys under 20 or in their 20s have the same hairline, this guy is blessed

Kieron Spiteri: His hair is good everyone loses hair sometimes and it's part of normal

Nesli Choco: 40 years old, yet I still think he's the hottest guy alive

Colin Mccall: I'm 52 and still have all my hair. Tbh it's a pain in the ass having to make it look good every morning but it's better than being bald, I guess.

Sam D: He shouldn't be stressing. He still has a full head of hair, at 40! Once people hit that age, they should care less about public appearance and just living life. I feel sorry for those who experience drastic hair loss before they are 25. Damn that must hurt. I'm 32, and experienced hair loss after 25 due to a bit of stress and depression, and a bit of genetics. Luckily I got on Finasteride straight away, and still have a full head of hair thankfully. Once I have enough money I will get some surgery to fill in my temples a little, but that's all I need.

Liam: Conan's improv skills are so on point.

Sydney heffer: well first of all Ashton is lying because once you stop taking the medication it takes about 60 days and then the hair loss will start again so he'd be missing a whole lot more hair if what he said was true

Shut up Idiot • 16 years ago: Conan doesn't know what finasteride is but the way he pronounced it so well makes me wonder if he was just pretending not to know it LOl

BadSneakers: Something tells me he’ll look like Steve Jobs if he loses his hair.

Frank: I’m 43. Started balding when I was 27. Could not care less. Found a wonderful wife in my early 30’s and now have two children. If you learn to not care, people will notice that quality.

Robert Langdon: "If I really get in there, guys, it's starting to disappear." He couldn't even keep a straight face after he said that lol.

FavJam: I have a friend who lost his hair at 20. It sucks.

Juan de la fuente: I've had the Ashton Kutcher hairstyle since I was 14 that's in 2011 I love this guy

Prizefighter: I wouldn’t even qualify that as a receeding hairline. Dude has nice hair.

Zaw: Me 24. Noticing my hair starting to thin lmao. I've arrived to real adulthood

Mario Looney: He’s going Bald ? Am I missing something

Jonas Drescher: Currently in my late 20's and my frontal hair looks like my cat snacked on it while I was asleep. Not hating on Kutcher though, he is a great guy.

Cryy Babyy sussy: Even if his hair goes he's still fkn good looking and I know him from that 70s show great show recommend it.!!

Benjamin: When Ashton started playing out that paper boy, I knew right then and there Conan couldn't resist. That for me is one of his signature skits to act on with transatlantic accent. The feeling is gold

Mark Johnston: Conan is such a funny dude! LOL

Lina Jürgensen: I love how comfortable he is about this. My dad started losing his hair at the age of 20. I wish guys would not be afraid of showing their hair line.

Cosmo R: 0:25 the face of a man who just lied

8mmKyle: It's funny I was going through what Ashton's going through a couple years ago and I was 21. I looked into finastride, rogaine, the whole works... finally a couple of months ago I accepted the fact that I'm probably gonna loose my hair in my 30s (and I actually shaved my head lol) It's actually relieving when you accept your gonna lose your hair and not worry about hair loss products. I feel I'm more confident than when I had a fuller set of hair, so balding guys... it's gonna be alright ;)

Skulltones: Yeah I started losing my hair at 24, I'm now 32 and rocking that Bruce Willis look

Konrad Hamilton: I've been losing my hair since age 14. At age 18, my hairline rivals that of Clark Gregg.

David McKelvey: I'm no hair loss expert but that just looks like a mature hairline to me or receding in a very early stage.

Cavo: Is he joking hahah, he’s not losing his hair. He’s lost A HAIR.

FallOfMovement: Holy hell I thought he was like 31...but he's 40....

KG Productions: He can afford a hair transplant if he does ever go bald

Michael Walsh: The Conan fellas hair seems to have a mind of its own.

jAS Ras: I had a surgery in 2000 that destroyed my central nervous system, and as a side effect, all my hair, thick eyebrows and eyelashes have thinned to basically nothing (a known side effect from this surgery). Had no clue this would happen at the time as there was little info on the interwebz 18 years ago. I'm only 35 and it's made me look and feel like a completely different person. And here you have beautiful Ashton, losing 19 hairs complaining about it. LOL. He has no clue. I''m sure his life is so hard now.

Adam Hoffman: Lmao he's had that hairline since he was at least 22 years old in Dude Where's my Car. He'll be 60 and still have this head of hair.

HoustonSongz: His hair did look worse mid to late 70s show season. You can tell it was going. So he did start medication. And he was a good responder.

AgeOfFire: I was going crazy all the time about hairloss. I tried finasteride and minoxidil and they somehow worked for a couple years, but if you're doomed they'll only put things off lol. I shaved my head six months ago and it was a wise and liberating decision.

Future Trunks: Well I mean he could just have a maturing hairline. I got really scared when I was 15 and my haieline receded a lil bit. But it was due to an insane amount of stress(lost my brother in law) but after that, now I'm 18 boutta be 19 my hair is still really thick and my haoeline is fully comin back, I have one but it pushed back a little bit during all that madness

Biscuitchris7again: When you have Mila Kunis at your side and hundreds of millions at your disposal, you don't need hair.

JohnstasBACK: conan is so funny he is my favorite

Slash: i'm 23 and my scalp is like 70% bald. when the summer vacation starts i'm gonna go 2mm. Don't wanna be that guy who holds on to the last few hairs lol Oh and i'm also a baseball cap guy :P definitely helps.

RJJR: I started loosing mine SUDDENLY when I was 21. I dealt with it until I was 23 and started taking finastreride. It's 30 bucks a month but worth it. It at least stopped it from falling out more than it already had, cant say much for regrowth.

iamrichlol: I like how conan pretends that he doesnt know what finasteride/propecia is

19thHour: Meanwhile, Conan's hairline is planning a superhighway from his forehead to the back of his neck through that side part XD

popeye697: Hair loss has nothing to do with testosterone and everything to do with genetics. Sensitive hair follicles tend to shrink over time and cause baldness in many men and women.

cpcampbell3: Wouldn’t say it’s “going” just receding a bit which is normal. Conan pretending like he hasn’t heard of hair loss medication though... he’s a major Hollywood celebrity with noticeable hair loss and he really thinks he can pretend he’s never heard of these medications lol

Amanda Paredez: That 70 show reunion !!!! ♥️

topsy turvy: Ashton comes across as a very cool dude.

Andrew: I wish i had his hairline lmao

Edgar Patlan: For the past 4-5 years I had long hair hanging over my face. I just cut it super short about a week ago and noticed my hair is starting to go also. T_T

Arkanefull: Lol, this is nothing for a 40 yo man. I'm 23 and I already lost a lot of hair. I'll probably be looking like some kind of professor in a year or two.

Darkshadow: his hair looks absolutely fine to me, if i pull my hair back my hairline is jacked up. if my hair is not done then my cap will not come off.

Bobby Schulte: Conan almost said go the " Bruce Willis route"

Worick: Storytime Back in 2010 I went to a big casino in Australia and sat by one of the tables. I looked around the floor and saw a sea of people gambling their pay checks away. Suddenly my eyes caught a glimpse of an incredibly aesthetic profile. I honed in on this dude and slowly realised it was Ashton Kutcher. He was playing a game of blackjack with some randoms. Nobody had quite noticed him yet as he was wearing a hat and sitting out of view for most. For the next 20 minutes I tried and failed to look away from him. He was even high fiving the other players!! He oozed this magnetic allure which I was not ready for. After a short while he rose from the table and began walking towards an exit. Everyone stopped and stared. He walked with a casual grace like that of a Demi god and had the height and stature to match. The man was honestly mesmerising. I heard a sheepish girl let out a weak “Hi Ashton” as he passed her by which was reciprocated with a warm handsome grin. As he passed my table it was a surreal experience lol. It’s the only time I’ve ever been that in awe of someone and I wasn’t even a big fan. Celebrity felt very fitting for him as it was clear he was no ordinary man. The End !!

LukeBenson: When he said he wouldn't be getting fake hair/transplant I was like "YES FINALLY A CELEB WHO EMBRACES IT"
