I took off my braids that I've had for two weeks and it's time to treat my hair with something that will revive it and give it strength not to break so I thought of not something else, but fenugreek seed, you guys, fenugreek seed is high in antioxidants. It is high in protein nutrients. Okay, that will grow your hair beautifully. I also added a teaspoon of my rosemary leaves. You can either use the fresh rosemary leaves or the dry ones, whichever one you have is perfect, and I added a close to 400 grams of milliliters of water. I mean to say into my jar: you can eyeball your water. The essence of this is just to help the fenugreek seed to release all its nutrients protein, whatever the benefit it has into the water right there, because I'll be showing you two different ways to use it leave it overnight, and this is the next day. So the next day the water has changed its color and all the nutrients from the fenugreek is not now in this water right here, which you can also use. Okay, so in a minute I'll show you how to either use it as a living spray and the next uh use, which you keep on watching to not go away. Guys. The rosemary leaves that I strain used when I was doing the spray and I'm going to extract all the seeds from the container there adding more water guys fenugreek is, is, I don't know it swells, okay, so two tablespoons is enough for this tutorial, whether you have Long, hair or short hair, if you have short hair, you can use one tablespoon, but if you want to keep it for the entire week, use two tablespoons. You can use it in this video, I'm going in right here to put this in a dry container, which I can be able to store in my fridge for up to a week in case. I want to use it for the next day or so so you can prepare this a day or two before you can leave this in your fridge for up to a week, you can use it to condition your hair two times. You can either use it as a pre-pool use it to moisturize dry hair. You can use it as a conditioner guys, whichever way, but I prefer you use it in a way that you are going to wash it off, because you don't want the smell of fenugreek to remain in your hair. In case you go out if in case you're walking and all that, so you don't have to smell fenugreek. Okay, so use it in a way that you wash it off. I mean the mask for the spray with the essential oils you can spray daily and no one will know, especially on your cornrows and before you put on your wigs and all that. So this is my hair. After three weeks of leaving the braids, I experienced a a breakage at the front of my edges right there, my forehead is it my edges yeah. So I experienced a little bit of breakage, so that is why I decided to go in for fenugreek treatment, because fenugreek will help grow. My edges back and just sticking my entire hair greatly and guys I haven't done anything to the hair after I removed the braids. So I only finger detangle, the hair, I did not use any comb, and this is me right here spraying the living spray. So in case your hair is clean or you have cornrows or you have protective style. You want to moisturize your hair, you can just go in with your living spray right there. You don't need to raise this out.
