Can I manage it? Well, you have to try it, you won't know, but what am I going to do with the back like in the nights I mean you got ta just lay put your scarf around it and let it lay flat. That'S what I do, but the shorter, the better that's the problem with the back. It definitely is all right all right, you guys, so we are doing a um, retouch relaxer on my client on the sides. Here we tried a new method for the crown area um to see if it would last longer, and it did it lasted very long. We thought that it would not last through her vacation, it lasted through her vacation. This is the same style. I thought she would have come back with it already out, but she didn't so. We are going to touch up her sides and her back um with relaxer and then we're gon na. Do her crown area uh later on we're also going to do a touch-up, color um, basically we're just doing a full service. You guys. The only thing we're not doing today is a haircut we're just going to kind of clean up the exterior parts to make everything you know taper down on the sides here and then reinstall on her crown. So I attempted to add more Amazon links to my description box, but I have to do it from my desktop computer or a laptop. It won't. Allow me to do it um. Well, actually, I'm lying it did. Allow me to do it from my cell phone. I just can't get to my YouTube Studio to be able to add the links as a default so that I have to do for my computer later. So all of those different links that you guys were asking about the groom, the the shampoo um, the hair color. All of that will be linked and then I'm gon na get one master link where you're able to go and it'll give you all of the links like links to my Amazon, Amazon recommendations or whatever and then you'll be able to get all the links in one Place rather than my description box having a billion links in it, so I'm trying a different thing to see if that will work, if not, then I'll just leave it the way it is if it's not broken, don't try to fix it so I'll see which way It works better all right so when I do um touch up services like this, where my client still has their installment on the top um, I don't take it out. First, I don't rinse them out. First I'll go ahead and do the processing of the relaxer, and then I will rinse them at the same time that I'm rinsing the relaxer and take the top part off and then that's when we wash everything all together. So you don't want to put your yourself through the added stress of removing um the extensions and then trying to go through and do your relaxer, because you could potentially aggravate the client's head even more, and then that can cause burning. So it's just better just leave it and then at the time, when you're doing your service, you can remove it during the wash. So you guys get to see basically start to finish. I know some of you are probably still in bed while we're in the salon. I should be asleep Saturdays, I always look like I have Netflix at all, but I'll be fine, and then this area here, where it's actually her hair that we use to cover, I don't relax that area very often, mainly because I want to keep the density when You have fine textured hair, as I always say it's all about um illusion, so we're always trying to give the illusion of fullness we're always trying to give the illusion of density, which is a the word to use, but that's exactly what we do with fine texture Here, because there's nothing, you can do to make your hair thick. That is our thick, so everything that we do in regards to dealing with fine textured hair, which I can speak from experience, because that's the texture hair that I have is all about Illusions and using um different techniques to give more fullness or more volume. So, even with shortcuts you guys, I don't relax the crown very often I I kind of follow the relaxer schedule when it comes on to the crown um, whereas with longer hair everybody's on the same schedule hey good morning good morning, everybody's on the same schedule when It comes on to um, fine, textured here or longer hair should I say all right, so I'm putting her relaxer on and then we will just kind of comb through just to make sure that everything lays now with short hair relaxers. You do have to kind of comb through it, because you want the hair to lay like you're you're, putting it in the direction that you want it to lay, whereas with longer hair, it doesn't really matter because the hair is longer. You have gravity to work with. You okie doke and we're not going to relax the hair. That'S under um the extension install because that hair is not going to be out. So I'm going to take a fine tooth comb um. But you have to be very careful like you. Don'T want to use the teeth and scratch the scalp you're, just using it to smooth the areas where you place the relaxer, so that the hair will lay nice and straight. If, if you leave it crunchy, it will have a um textured wave to it and it'll be a lot harder for you to keep your hair straight. So this is the reason why this part um with the comb is really important, because you want to smooth everything. So that it lays nice and straight foreign, so we're done with that side and then we're gon na do this side, and then she will sit for a couple more minutes to process now with short hair. The goal is to um make it bone straight. I can say that with short hair, you do want it to be bone straight because it grows out so quickly that, within a matter of a week to two weeks, your roots are already grown out. So if something is kind of a little bit different, it's a little contradicting compared to longer hair, but with short hair. We relax so often and we have to relax so often because it grows out so quickly and then we're also cutting it that just as fast so that part is really um. Like. I said it's contradicting to the typical relaxer standard and then I put a little bit right here just to make sure that these roots parts right here is nice and straight. So she processes just like that and then she'll go. I was gon na say: go under the dryer, but she's not gon na go out of the dryer all right foreign, one more piece of hair, okay yeah it doesn't have to be a lot of hair. No, that sounds like it should be. Fine okay come on over um. This stick sit right here good morning. How are you, my dear Jessica, how are you good what you had the flu? The whole time I didn't know I had to oh fashion. Combination. Combination with you know the shower curtain inside and went on outside in the Rock I passed out, good thing: you didn't all right, you guys we are going to shampoo. My client here is this okay, that's this girl! Okay, I'm like! Why is it like that? Never mind um, we're gon na shampoo, my client and get her okay prepared for styling Mom. How you feel you? Okay, okay, come on back, so she has some finger waves in right now. We'Re just gon na rinse ring um and get those out and then start her shampoo process, and then we will arrend my client Marv, who has um relaxer in right now, but her hair with shorter hair. You do want it to lay like straight, and then we have a treat today, you guys so my client, who we did the cranial prosthesis on. She is here for a touch-up um, I'm not even gon na get y'all the conversation. It'S okay, but she's here she's here and the piece is she's, not looking like Donald Trump. So that's great, it's not flapping around. Is it in the front uh I'm like? Don'T do that don't do that did it did it stay a little bit right, okay and she perspires a lot. So the fact that um, I kind of did a text Direction on how to put it back down in the front, because the first time, oh Lord, he was just slapping in the wind slapping away, so we're going to um basically touch her up today. So you guys get to see the whole process really did they put protection up here, no um same thing, yeah. I think she took some kind of paper. Oh okay, okay, oh no, I'm not going to anybody that don't do it right! Okay, all right! Foreign! Okay! One of my um, the guy next door to me at the warehouse he um his Transformer blue, but okay, so his neighborhood. Apparently they have you know every neighborhood. You have different Transformers for different houses. He said him and like three other people in the entire neighborhood were the only ones that had no power for five years. No, everybody else had power the next minute like the minute after the storm, but he had to like use a generator and know that Duke wouldn't offend anybody. He had to buy lunch. The two Duke supervisors at a restaurant that he saw and asked them to. Please come and check crazy or he still wouldn't have power to this moment he was so upset, but you know thanks, then she's itching, so we're going to use a little bit of the soothing balance pre-treatment up here to help take away her itch and then I'm Also using some hair repair and restore um shampoo as well. Now, I'm not going to use this use the scalp agitator just yet, I'm just going to help use this to loosen up the um silicone that she has up here and then we'll go through and scratch that up. That is. That looks like our hair. I didn't see the video oh yeah, she she has nothing on the top. That looks like your hair. Oh, she said that it looks like your hair. I wouldn't have never guessed it. I mean I wasn't staring at you or nothing like that. Yeah is nice yeah. Every day, every day is to get implements. Yes, I didn't do anything to it and I didn't like this came out of the house today, like when crystals in my my hair, when I went to Miami. Oh my God, thank you. Thank you. So I'm using the scalp agitator, she has some some itchiness which comes with the territory when you cover up any part of your head. So usually this is like the best part of the whole day is to take that itch away. Yes, not itching anymore, it's better! It'S better yeah foreign, so this is going to be the final shampoo and then I'm going to put some conditioner on and then she will sit for five minutes with that. Conditioner. Oh, okay, all right! So we're gon na put some repair me mask and then also some soothe and balance. So this is going to help to soothe the itch, but at the same time it's a deep conditioning mask. She does have highlights as well, so we're gon na go ahead and give her a deep conditioner but she's fine in texture, you guys, so she doesn't need a whole 15 minutes all right. So we're gon na put a processing cap on and then go over to the dryer Marvin. You can see it this way, foreign all right, so we're gon na go ahead and rinse the relaxer part first and then, as I start rinsing I'll start rinsing her crown at the same time, just to start getting it wet. So now we're rinsing out the hair that we put in the crown area. She also has paper in that area. So how you get this off? Is you just rinse French and then you can start to peel it away foreign and I'm just wiggling them off whenever they won't wiggle off easily? You just use a little bit more water and then the area where we had like we braided her top there's some little just two little braids, nothing lower I'm putting some soothing balance up here, because I know she's super itchy, we'll start that, but for her size And her back, I'm gon na go ahead and neutralize her or normalize her okay, so you're not gon na use the shampoo to compensate for the normalizer. She did still get a relaxer and we'll come back now. I'M only scratching the area where she doesn't have the relaxer foreign 30 a little bit all right, so we're gon na normalize her once more. But this time I'm gon na go ahead and incorporate some Empress collection, which is Amina, shampoo, better yeah, foreign all right and then we're gon na use some hair repair and restore conditioner all right, so she's also gon na get a color today, which we're going to Be using um the Clairol Advanced gray solution, water's going to be cool, okay, foreign dry. Her first sit up all right, so let's get our color together, so we are going to do a midnight black. Yes, no more so, even though the Clairol is a semi-permanent color, I like to use the bowl and the brush um to apply my color, of course, it's more professional, but at the same time you have better control when you use less product and then when you Use the brush you can get into the little areas that typically like to hide when you're using the nozzle from the color, because it'll skim over especially with fine textured, hair or gray hair. You want to make sure that you cover everything and you over saturate, even when you think you saturated enough, add some more and then for the hairline I like to feather in the color, because you don't want them to have that. I spray painted my hair kind of look. People don't have straight hair lines. I think that's weird, so I hate to see the girls who spray painted their edges and it looks like a triangle turn this way and even though her Crown's not showing, I still apply it up there, too foreign, so another good thing you can do with fine Textured, hair or any hair any hair when you're, applying your color, take your comb and just comb through it, so that you know that everything has color on it. Foreign Alexa set timer for 20 minutes. You can gon na sit with that for 20 minutes. So let me rinse it up. I'M gon na go ahead and clean up my tools and when you're processing your Clairol color, you do not use heat. You do not use heat, it's with body heat, so we call it open. Open air processing hold on come on back. I know: okay, we're gon na go ahead and rinse her off with cool water, foreign and don't forget you guys today everything is 40 off, including our new um growth stimulator tool, but no code is needed all right. So we're gon na get her prepared to add um. Are you covering the whole top quite before yeah, okay yeah, so we're going to get her prepared to add some tracks to the crown of her hair? So let's go ahead for me, I'm gon na. Have you sit over here and you guys? Okay, just sit right here. I got to charge my battery side or maybe I should just get two ring like. I think I'm gon na get another one, so I don't have to keep moving, though it's very aggravating all right, so we are going to prepare her. Oh, my dad's on here he'd be in the comments, so I got a commenter my dad talks to people all right, so we're gon na get her prepared. Are you keeping the length on the side we can trim it so trim it down? Okay, all right! So we're gon na go ahead and do that. First. Okay, that's really cool! It'S gotten long on this flower, oh yeah! The thickness doesn't really happen for us by textured people. So we're just going to let that concept go thickness for us is an illusion. It'S going to always be an illusion all right, so I'm gon na cut her sides in her back first and then we will prepare her crown chin down for me, so I like to use cutting Combs when I do any form of cutting. So these are what you call cutting Combs you guys this is a cutting comb. Thank you! Oh it's now how much you want to take off, because it's really long, you want to see yeah good turn. It'S locked! Oh, not not! All of it. Just like 200 half a third yeah, half okay, so we're gon na take off half. Now, if you guys don't remember my client she's she's been on my station like for a long time you guys like from beginning to end. So the fact that I went doing a haircut on her longer hair and when she first came years ago, it was okay, let's just not cut anything, we're just gon na leave, everything where it is and her hair was so was so soft that we didn't have To relax it, we didn't have to do anything. I was still in um the other Altamonte now over here on the sides she's a little more sparse. So I try not to take too much off because we do still use some of that hair to keep it nice and dark yeah, like all in my face. Oh my gosh um to keep it dark or keep that area shaded so for her sideburns. I usually will carve out. I call it a triangle um and then kind of trim the hair above it, but I don't take a ton of hair off just in case I'd rather do that when her hair is dry, if I need to so sometimes it's better to kind of hold back On your cutting and not get super scissor happy because you can easily get scissor happy when you're doing shortcuts foreign, so that is all we're going to cut for now after she's dry, then we'll see if we need to cut any more all right. So for her crown area, I'm going to go ahead and put a little bit of super growth serum before she goes under the dryer and then I'll show you guys how to use our handy dandy, stimulator tool, where's, my alcohol. So, every time you go to use your tool spray it with alcohol 91, preferably and then allow it to air dry or you can blow dry it dry. But remember you don't want it to continue to touch clean hair and then you've used it so many times on the other parts of your head. So that's what almost any tool I mean. We don't do it a lot with Combs which you should, but we don't all right so you're going to take it. You'Ll rub the product in and then you'll open the areas where you're having any type of um stubbornness or thinning and you'll just roll it. It should not hurt when you roll it now, you will feel a little prickly, but it's not something that is like to hurt or to to break the skin. If you have a sore in the area that you're applying the serum, you cannot use this tool in that area, and what it's doing is it's basically allowing the product to absorb about 20 times faster than it normally would? If you were to just put it there and allow it to absorb naturally, and then it's also stimulating that blood flow in the area, you want to tell me that stuff was rolling down your face. You don't need your eyes, don't worry, I mean you can use this once a day twice a day as often as you choose. So, whenever you put your serums on that's when you want to use it all right, so we're gon na go ahead and what I like to do when I know I'm going to put my client under the dryer um to dry in the crown area I like To kind of air dry that area first, because I don't want them to go under the dryer and it's wet it's going to take a very long time when you're trying to mold this area and the hair is wet. So when you do it dry, it will partially dry. She dries a lot faster, all right, so we're going to leave our area that we cut out okay. So this is all the hair we're gon na cover up we're gon na take out some out of her crown right here. This is gon na, be her coverage, okay. So what I'm gon na do with this area, so I'm just gon na braid it down, keep it out of the way you can twist it down, braid it down whatever this is just so you can have um like a more. I guess just a neat application when you're doing your mold keeping the hair that you don't need out of the way, and then you don't want this hair to have any product on it either. So I'm only braiding it to keep it out of the way. It'S not going to actually stay braiding, I mean you can take a hairpin or a clip. Okay, so that's out of the way and then up here we're gon na go ahead and mold this area. So you can mold up here one of two ways: you can put it in a ponytail or you can just braid it down, and you want me to start it farther back again right, yes, okay, so all I'm doing is giving her one large braid. You can do a plait, you can do a ponytail, I prefer the braid, I think it lasts a lot longer. It keeps the area more secure and less hair to move around. I don't braid for style. I can braid to save my life, but I do not brace for style, so you guys don't judge my braid. Okay thanks foreign leave my little braid alone. It works okay, so I'm gon na go ahead and start the first layer. She'Ll go under the dryer and dry and I use the gel as the first layer, mainly because I don't want any of her hairs to be like sticking out. I want everybody to lay down so that I can protect them in the right way, and I know people look at it like well, gel is drying. Yes, it is, but glue is worse so, which one would you prefer the gel protecting you from all the glue that can potentially take every strand of hair? You have out, or a little bit of gel on that area, to keep it from taking every strand out. So a lot of people when they use those silicone protectants. They just put the protectant right on top of your hair and that's technically not the right way to do it. You need to protect the hair first, so give it something that will lay the hair down. Keep it in place and also serve as a base and then put the silicone on the hair in a silicone. If it goes on the hair in its raw form, eventually it's going to dissipate and then the glue starts to bind on the hair as your hair dries that glue binds onto the hair. I'Ve seen a lot of people go bald later on when they're taking out their their quick weaves and they're wondering why their hair is coming out with it all right. I'M gon na take one and get it out. I'M gon na take one of these. I'M gon na cut it in half only to protect right here where that braid is because remember, the gel can't really get so deep into the braid. So I use this to protect the braid, where I know that there's not going to be much gel or or um silicone or whatever you're, using for your bases in that area. Okay and then this part right here - oh, why did I throw that clip in here? What I'm gon na do with this part is I'm going to take the ends out: okay and then I'm gon na pull it forward so that it will dry flat, and then I'm going to include that in my protectant too. Now, if you want to put more paper around these parts, you can it's up to you. You have to know your client or your. Your stylist needs to know your hair now for her. I'M not going to put any paper up here because we don't actually put any tracks right there. We just protect the area, but it gets a little too tight in the front there. So we've stopped putting tracks about an inch up anyway. So I'm not going to put anything else there and then we're gon na go ahead and mold her sides and her back. I'M not going to use any gel for her because I know that we might end up having to cut some of it down in the nape chin down for me, can you take your straps foreign, so we're going to use our wrap strips? Oh, don't put straps back on first foreign. Keep your towel all right, say hello to my prosthesis client, I'm sorry! So I'm actually gon na move. You guys off of the tripod, because I'm gon na still do my recording so that I can do an update video. So I'm going to use my other phone as soon as I say that all right, let's see here, how are we gon na do this now, I'm gon na. Take you guys off of here. I'M gon na put you here. You know yeah good. Let me do my recording, so you guys hold on one second all right, so she has her unit on top, which I am looking to see. If we're gon na yeah we're gon na, remove this all right, so we're gon na, remove it and then we're going to re-install it. So what I'm going to do and get my remover all right. Let me get my remover here, um all right! So how long ago did we do this? Four weeks? It'S been four weeks? Okay, so it's still intact. She does have a little bit of lifting in the front, which is normal. She does perspire as well um, I think at the beginning. All she had to do was kind of real fix this front area right here and outside of that, I think you've been doing. Okay yeah, all right, good, good good. So what I'm gon na do is go ahead and start to taper her sides here: um we're not doing a color again right. So, okay, so we're going to taper her sides here and then texturize it a little more just. Do you want to texturize a little bit I'll loosen it all right? So actually we cannot, because you have color okay. Well, let me not say that all right, we'll text, you right, I think you'll be okay. I think it's not going to be on that long. For it to be a worry like literally a couple seconds: okay, so we're going to texturize her sides and back um you'll, see how quick this happens. Okay, so before I do that, I'm gon na go ahead and spray down her units on the base so that I can clean it and then we'll reapply it later. So we're gon na use some remover put back just a little bit. So I start by applying it around the base. Now it's still an intact, you guys, but her hair has grown back under here. So wherever she has hair, it has already started to grow back okay, so you guys see her hair too back. For me, her hair has started to grow back under here, so whatever is alive is going to grow back you guys, you cannot stop it from growing foreign all right. So we're gon na clean off the lace glue. That'S on here, which it cleans off really really easily, so we'll do that in just a moment. I'M gon na go ahead and texturize her um we're gon na shampoo, her get in the adhesive she has up here off. Let me spray some more lace: adhesive remover. Okay and then this part we'll go and clean that in just a moment, so I'm going to go ahead and texturize her now this is going to be very quick foreign guys, let's go over to the shampoo bowl, so you guys get to see all the good Stuff all right till something come on back. Okay, so remember this is just a texturizer, you guys, okay, so it doesn't stay on and we're just using it to slightly loosen her curl pattern. The water wants to get warm but it'll be nice. So you guys see how quick I have to move, because that hair will go bone straight. Just that fast, all right so for up here remember she does have some residual adhesive up here. So I'm just going to use my comb. You, okay is itchy. She says it's itchy, so we're gon na give her a good, a good scratch, but not too good, because remember, we still have to put more adhesive back up here to put her piece down, so I'm just using this to lift up any glue. Okay. So what I'm gon na do is take some of our soothing balance pre-treatment and put it in this area. Okay, let that sit now, I'm still gon na have to normalize the area that I did the texturizer. Remember, that's not done so. We still need to normalize. Okay, so up here, so I'm just going ahead and using my comb to remove any residual adhesive which that lace, remover and adhesive remover that works really well. So what you guys hear it? That'S her hair! Okay! So don't think I'm scratching up her scalp and taking off her skin. That'S hair, still itchy sure. Just around the edges, like here's on the sides, yeah. Okay, am I taking questions um um? Well, when she sits in the chair, she can read the questions for me. You want to moderate for me in a little bit: Yeah, okay, she'll read the questions in just a little bit. You guys all right, so we're going to go ahead and rinse her off. Okay, you just have a seat in the lobby. For me: okay, okay, babe. Okay, so we're gon na normalize her one more time and then this time, I'm gon na add a little bit of the soothing balance shampoo. Okay, so I did them together. Okay, this is and then we'll use a little bit of the soothing balance mask okay, we're gon na. Let that sit for just a moment. I'M gon na get her units a little bit so to remove the adhesive from the unit. It'S really easy. So all you do, is you wipe and it starts to remove? Okay, thank you just like that. Some people use a popsicle. Stick. I don't have any popsicle sticks, so I won't be using any so I'm trying to get through the middle part. First. I also seen this technique, but I don't know if this will work. This works too. I'M gon na dry dry towel and you want to make sure that you don't damage the lace while you're doing it. Oh, my God, oh cool foreign, I'm gon na find out. It'S your chance to relax yeah foreign yeah. This is one. I definitely need an assistant you're right, but hey and I'm not gon na do about it. Now the right person will come. The right person will come one day I'll, have another Ash soon and see. The fact of the matter is, I have to get the adhesive off, so I can wash the unit and put it under the dryer to dry because the lace has to be dry before I can use it again: foreign foreign okay. So it's all done. I'M gon na go ahead and wash this baby, so we're gon na use our hair repair and restore shampoo with some cold water. Just that much all right. I'M gon na do one more shampoo and then I'm gon na condition it foreign 24 Karat mask the lace. Does not need to be conditioned, you guys it's the hair. I think it has a blend. Yeah, okay and then I'm just going to use my comb to comb through comb through the roots here, foreign. Well, no, I think it is human, but they put a coating on the hair. There'S a coating on it, because if it was synthetic it wouldn't it would have, it would have balled up like real easily I'm gon na spray. So you don't want to be too rough with it. You guys remember it is still lace, you don't want it to go bald. All I'm doing is just detangling the coils with a wide tooth comb, foreign, okay and then rinse it off, and you guys see me squeezing it because I want to make sure that I get any um excess conditioner out and then you pick off any adhesive. That'S still left behind comes off really easily, so it's gon na go under the dryer all right, so we're gon na go ahead and rinse her off ready. The water's gon na be cool sitting. My chair, all right. You guys definitely a process. An assistant would have been great today. I promise all right, so she thought she's lightly, texturized that just kind of loosen her curl pattern a little bit her crown is nice and um clean. So I'm gon na go ahead and trim her top down foreign foreign foreign. This part is not the best part. Okay, this part is it's not the nicest part, but you have to clean it off. Okay, so most people don't like this part, but we just have to kind of dealing foreign. Oh, you want to moderate only what's related to life. Oh there's, no, better way. That is it. That is the way it is the worst thing ever, but once it's clean it's clean. If you wash the legs with the glue on it would be harder to get the block sometimes yeah like if it's just a little bit of glue on there. It'S not so bad. But when it's a lot of glue, it's bad and we have to use multiple layers of adhesive for this to work so yeah, sometimes foreign. So what you guys saw me putting on was a protectant that second black paper that you saw me using, that is a protectant for her scalp. It also helps with perspiration so like this part of the process. Now this is probably the longest. This is not even probably, this was the longest word. This is the longest part foreign, this part of the service. This is the longest part outside of the lace outside of cleaning the lace. Isn'T it all right? You guys hang tight for a moment. You can kind of hang tight over here, so you can see where I'm at on to the next card. Oh yeah, I think okay, foreign, if it itches with the adhesive it does, but it's a normal itch. So it's not any extra itching to the scalp. It'S just a normal, you know whatever tingling you get, you just scratch and that's it. If it's a question that you can answer, yeah you're, the one doing it. Okay and the adhesive is latex free, you guys. So if you have a latex allergy, the adhesive is latex free foreign all right, so we are going to go ahead and mold her to go under the dryer as well. You said no Cuts right, foreign if it itches just Pat tap your head LOL good way. All right, so I'm just going through just kind of cleaning up around her ear. I only have five people today, all right, you guys so we're gon na start in her crown area. Just like I did with my other clients, so I'm gon na try it just a little bit foreign. Are we sold out we're not sold out she's allergic to the gummies? Oh okay, she needs the capsules. Okay, I got it um. I didn't have a plan of getting them back, but if you're allergic I understand, but no we're not putting on Stocking both all right. So we're gon na put some goddess super growth in her scalp area. Here she also gets hers covered all the way up, we're gon na rub it in I kind of blow you guys up a little bit, so you can see a little bit there. You go! It'S not the best view, but it's a view. Okay, I mean I'm gon na part. Her hair same thing, spray it with alcohol to disinfect and clean. Was that her? You feel like something is like prickly on your head. You know oh good, so you're just gon na use it in the areas where you have that thinning or balding anywhere. You applied your super growth or your Nefertiti, or even your goddess, Hair Repair, Serum all right. So what I'm going to do now is go ahead and the same thing that I did with my other client foreign foreign, the hair journal or those coming soon. So I just got the um proof that I sent back and told them all is good. So it's in print production now, so they will be in very soon or a wall says Hi. How are you doing? Are you okay? I am doing great. Thank you for asking Mary Gibbs asked if the two uh the Scout scratcher, if that's one of its purposes, to scratch, the scalp um, the one that I just used, are the agitator that don't want to eat their shoes. No, it's not to scratch the scalp. No, that is to help with absorption and growth and stimulation. The scalp agitator is just got scratch the scalp during your wash phase, Francis Preston, says how is the weather in Florida upside here, but it looks gloomy outside the weather. Here in Florida is upside down. As usual, it starts out cold when you walk outside. You think you want to Bunch up your your stuff and within an hour, it's 95. Mary Gibbs uh, if you're using the same adhesive as the other client. No, the other client doesn't have adhesive on yet and no, they don't use the same adhesive at all, they're two totally different things. Two totally different surfaces, One is using actual lace, adhesive, the others. We do not use any form of lace adhesive at all, all right. So I'm gon na go ahead and mold her down on the sides. In the back I messed up foreign Mary Gibbs says she's going to uh go broke messing around with you and all your different products Miss Mary. If I see another order with your name on it, I see her orders like even cat is like Miss Mary, ordered again we're not mad. It'S gon na be like okay, like we are so glad for the support, because trust me, we could be sitting here twiddling our thumbs easily, but I'm thankful, but you guys say 40 off today, so today is the day that I would definitely get anything you need And today's the day that you can get the growth stimulator for 40 off, just remind me when you come in and I'll give you one you're, my faithful, so I won't do that. Granny Ty is asking if she can book her consultation online on the sky or a person, consultations, you'll book it online and there's two different types of consultations on there. All right Trisha said if you're saying something that they cannot hear. No, it's not mute. So you might want to um yeah, because it's not on new, if you guys can hear me, put a one in the chat. That'Ll tell me if everybody can hear me okay, so you might want to just back out of the line and come back in um yeah. Look in here Gloria said: have you ever heard of Arctic fox being hard to remove from here of what are they called Fox? What is arctic fox? What what is arctic fox hunting, I'm a cooler that is enlightenment, um, Monica Burrell says she has ccca with fine hair um ccca you can do the hold on. Let me finish what I'm doing here. Ccca soothing balance. Pre-Treatment it contains zinc. Zinc is great for that. Um, the soothing balance shampoo, is also great for that and the soothing balance mask the whole soothing balance line contains zinc. Zinc is great for people who are dealing with autoimmune diseases, um ccca being one of those um included and not even though it's not an autoimmune. Um, the super growth serum or even the Nefertiti serum that works as well um and then, if you need a moisturizer, because the soothing balance can sometimes be drying, you can get the moist repair shampoo and the conditioner just to kind of give you a backup all Right so we're gon na put on our next layer. Oh thank you. Oh I don't know anything about that anymore, hair, dye, yeah. I don't know what I've never used that one. If that's a company name or a color, I don't know I've never used it though um thank you, um those lights over there they were already in here. I paid the girl that had the unit before me to get some of her stuff, so I didn't have to do it myself, so I don't know where she got those from, but I'm more than certain it's just the LED lights that you can get. You can get those at Ross. You can get the menu with five below be creative. Honestly, I I could get that anywhere. I'Ve already used a pony, Coral Edge, gel or analytics products uh. I don't use anyone else's product, but Christmas products. So no. Never ever I don't even know who that is and a lot of the products you guys see in the beauty supply store. I make it my duty not to buy those products. I try to stay Pro everything um outside of like hair glue like that kind of stuff. You have to get into those but semi-permanent color, but I try not to and especially because I got a lot of my own products now anything that I use in the salon that I that I own I'm typically inventing it, because I don't want to use somebody Else'S product, you don't see Walmart calling Target hey. Could I borrow your boots? They'Re not doing it? No, I don't even aspire to do something. Uh it's gon na. Be that way because we're on Wi-Fi. So it's not like much that I can do about that um. I mean you can back out come back in, it usually goes in and out in quality, so you guys just kind of bear with it. I'M live so it kind of comes with the territory when you're live all right, so I am going to start my next client, which she's already here. Yes, you guys. This is my life on Saturday, so you guys are wondering how I do it and why I'm burnt out do you know why? Where did you get the way stopper from one way? Okay? So if I was going to tell you guys, okay, that's what she meant. Oh, when you were asking late supper, I thought she was talking about the glue, so the um they call them Prosthetics you guys they're, not lace. Toppers they're called Prosthetics the Prosthetics. Yes, you can get the Prosthetics through me. That'S how you confuse me. I don't! I don't know what a lace topper is, but a prosthetic. Yes, you can order a prosthetic symbol. I don't have them on the website if I do put them on the site, it'll be on the crystal W site, but it requires a consultation for you to even be able to order it because you have to match it to your hair. So just sleeping up because I don't want hair everywhere foreign all right, I'm gon na use the restroom and then they don't have vending machines out there. All right um pour this water into a bottle. I didn't drink, so I'm making more water sure I have yogurt. You want yogurt, thank you foreign. I mean you can't relax because um when the weather's changing too oh yeah, so I don't need to do anything else right. You can't hey guys all right, so I am gon na start. My next client, which I guess I can bring you guys over here, but it just won't, have any light. So if you wan na you wan na um, hang out in the hall you're welcome to you with your hair out trying to show off your login used to that. It'S not hot and sweaty yeah. We didn't even know he had long hair the whole time. It'S hard for me to um my neck is used up. Who knows that it's been hurting because I'm just resting my neck on that that the way we've been doing it. Okay, is there another way that um I can put a towel there? Maybe I don't mind getting wet, but I don't know about your floor. Well, no, it's not that I just it's easier for me not to get you wet. So do you want to come? Let me see something hold on foreign. If I'm sick, how do I keep them happy? I don't want y'all to take no offense when I answer the question. Okay, if I'm sick, my last Care on this planet is to keep my clients happy. Y'All, I'm sick, okay and I'm being very honest like it's. Not that I don't care, but I'm sick, so I have to take care of me now and your hair is not the priority at that very moment. So I will always, of course, reschedule my clients to let them know. Hey, I'm not feeling well um I'll, usually come up with a plan, and let them know I'll reschedule you after. I feel well, which I thank the Lord. I don't get sick very often at all. I haven't been taking a long time, but at the same time my health is first, so you have to learn to just you know say, unfortunately, I'm not able to come in I'm not coming in sick. I'M not doing that. You know, and if my clients can't understand typically that one client that can't understand is the one client that I needed to let go anyway. So it is what it is, and you have to learn to be that way when you're. If my kid is sick, I'm not coming to work. If I'm sick, I'm not coming to work. If my kid is having a hard time at school, I got ta go, I'm so sorry I'll be right back like that's me. I'M used to put my work in front of myself and my family and I quickly got burnt out that does not work. Coffee like I used to be oh, my gosh. What is Miss James gon na do if I don't go to work today, but then, when Miss James is not caring that I'm sick today and she's like well. I have something to do: I'm not able to make it then I'm sitting there like well man. I should have cared more about myself and you have to learn to care more about yourself, um, it's technically for the prosthetic. You need to be bald in that area. So that's the reason why we cut the hair down um, because the adhesive won't really stay over hair. That'S grown out, it's not supposed to be on top of hair, but it's fine, but now it's slow. What can she do? I mean I'm sure it's not growing. Slow, but when you're natural shrinkage is a normal thing, so it's going to appear that way. I would say you can start like pressing it once a quarter just to kind of do a growth check to see where you are, but natural hair doesn't really look long until it's stretched out, and then it takes time for that that gravity to start pulling it Down for you to start really noticing length, so that's a common thing, but I'd say stretch it out like once a quarter when you do your trims, you feeling, okay, yeah, Patricia Jefferson, says Hi. How are you doing it's on your day? Thank you. That'S my dad. Yeah, that's my dad. Oh, what do you think anyone had breakfast yet you looked at some um he's, probably there cooking! That'S all I got ta do is Cook cook cook and comment. My dad be in the comments all day. What'S your favorite schedule? Oh yeah! I'Ll! Definitely reschedule like I'm not that stylist and then I'm also the person where, if you can't reschedule, I give you the option. I will give you your deposit back up, I'm not holding myself hostage. You can have your deposit and go wherever you need to go baby. I could care less. You understand me, that's the last thing on my mind, foreign, my client Sandra. She comes in every two weeks, my Clockwork y'all Clockwork. I need her well, she says she's a little dry. So what I'm gon na do is a handheld hydration treatment and that'll kind of help with the moisture, even though she's relaxed that doesn't stop her from getting a hydration treatment. You just don't do it as often - and this is a quick treatment. You know our handheld steamer is fast fast and sufficient you're welcome correctly. Oh thank you. I'M glad. I pronounced it right because that's rare all right, so we're going to turn this on. Let it warm up. It only takes a couple seconds that is burning a hair itself. No hot comb will not burn your hair and scalp that don't exist. It'S how you use it. We don't have anymore, do not have any more steamers. I always tell you guys. We Do seasonal tools, like I'm funny with the tools, but I will find another fever and put it on my um description box for you guys. So I know you guys always ask me setting products so you're natural you have lots of shedding um. Are you low porosity, High porosity if you're low porosity, you can use the well for shedding it's the same, so you're going to do the repair RX treats and the repair RX hydrate? So that is a protein system that will help with the shedding and then you'll move on to just doing your regular moisturizing with the moist repair. So the water is going to be cool. What is it? What is oh, what is it for? I mean it's an instill, moisture hydration into the hair, open the cuticle, and then you close the cuticle with cold water right when you're done. So it's going to help with the dryness, like her question was: does my hair feel super dry because she's doing something? That'S currently not permanent, but it might be drying the hair out, which is definitely possible. So her question was: does it feel dry? So I said you know what? Let'S just do a hydration treatment and I use the repair me mask to do the treatment. So it's not going to weigh her hair down because she's relaxed, but it's also going to help to instill that moisture into our hair. That was the next question I didn't put so the conditioner does not go into the steamer. The steamer only uses water. The conditioner goes on the hair and then you do the treatment. So I'm going to go ahead and towel dry her and then I'm going to apply her leave-in conditioner and she'll go under the dryer and dry okay, okay! So I'm just detangling her okay and then she's gon na go under the dryer here. I'M gon na take Charlotte uh nope just sit for just a second okay. I can match I'll, be fine, even conditional, a sufficient alternative to a protein treatment. No leave-in conditioner is a leave-in conditioner. A protein is a protein. They don't go together. So the um yes, but the people that you get it from you can, can you make it? No, they use what she needs to make them and hand tie them. I don't make. I don't want to you know how long that takes to bend. It'S called ventilating. I don't ever want to ventilate anything yeah yeah, it's like knitting, blankets with two needles and the blanket is the size of Marshall's too. Some people do, but it costs a lot too, because it takes so much time to do ventilating so in when they make them. They use machines to do theirs and then they know how to hand tie them, but those machines are expensive, so you're ventilating these things - I don't even expire it. You know yeah and then hair in the in the U.S. You know you're in a in China. That'S who our hair manufacturers are yeah every year we have, even if you're, ventilating, guess what the hair is coming from yeah. So you can ventilate it, but it's not going to be U.S grown here right, yeah all right, Lara Wheels wall sat down, said: hi, Darrell, hi, down who's there on the bar. Oh, hey: Laura Who's down; okay, hi y'all be careful who's Daryl because I don't know Carol. Okay, Daryl all right, just stand up for one second: okay, okay, it's okay, perfect, all right! So someone asks is there her reason why a stylist will put me in pasta and dryer after applying relaxer to care should never be under a dryer after applying relaxer to your hair, there is no reason she's trying to she hates you. She wants you to go bald, you can sit there, she don't like you, but I would never hurt never ever all right as distilled water good for hydrating. It'S the best water to use for hydration. Yes, because it removes all the magnesium and stuff that's in the water, the calcium, so technically, like you're using a hydration steamer, you should be using distilled water or filtered water. It feels like it's hard, it'll feel tight. So let me know: that'll go second time, foreign. You said you don't get sick lips. How do you keep your immune system? The Lord, the Lord, that is all oh yeah. I do nothing special at all. I don't know my kids the same thing. They always get sick immune system. My husband's the same way, you normally know but yeah, it's rare, like it got to be really something like my last time I was sick. It was coded that was what two years ago like that, but not just constant codes. All the time. That'S awesome, the most. I get is like sinus infections, yeah, yeah yeah, that's it. I don't really have a lot of issues, but that's awesome all right, so we're gon na go ahead and apply her tracks. You know, I think, I'm going to use it at the base because I got ta cut off most of it anyway, so I use this at the base and then put the rest at the top. The music doesn't need to be thick yeah, just a little yeah. It'S still not enough. I'M gon na have to use a couple of this, but I cut off so much of it. Okay, that you won't really see it probably just show under the color. That'S already had any other questions. Are they just commenting just comment here? All right someone just asked: how often should they use the elite repair, Arts protein and reconstruct their treatment? So do you really repair our exes like a Band-Aid, you only use it when you need it. It'S for like a boo-boo, your hair is shedding. Your hair is breaking that's how you use it, you don't wear a Band-Aid for style. You don't have a time frame that you use it it's just whenever you have something, that's wrong, you put it on and that's how you're going to treat a protein treatment. You use it when you have a problem like shedding like your hair, shedding a lot or, if you just got a relaxer you'll. Do it two to three weeks after your relaxer to help rebuild the bonds in the hair that were broken during the relaxer process? Hydration moisture chatting away. Okay, I do that a lot in there. Thank you which one do you want to show more prominent definition. Sorry! So I'm going to split the weft on this track. Super thick shampoo, so the detox shampoo is which we don't have a detox shampoo. So are you using one of our older shampoos? Are you talking about the soothing balance? If you're talking about soothing balance, you use it when needed, and it's great for those of you, like. I said if you have any type of autoimmune issues, because it's high in zinc, zinc is great for those who are dealing with things like thyroid disease, lupus diabetes, high blood pressure, because it affects the hair and typically you're deficient in zinc and vitamin D.
